I bought these back in 2015 but never got around to doing the review. They are great. This is a 2 pack that comes with different sizes. I liked that there was a smaller one that I could use in the toaster over. I bake often but I don’t always need to use the big over. So the smaller mat / sheet comes in handy. These mats are good quality. They have held up over time and have less staining than a few of the other mats that I have. It seems like they last a long time. This product is great! Nothing sticks to the sheets, cleanup is a breeze, and no oil is necessary. If you are baking fries or something that does have oil, it cooks perfectly without burning on the bottom. I had used a similar product that did not cleanup nearly as well. I highly recommend this product.

LOVE these baking sheets. Non-stick, clean up is simple (dishwasher), and they've held up really well. Don't spend $$$$ on the well known mats because these are identical, fit my half sheet baking sheets edge to edge and have been amazing!

I own Silpat mats and these are EVERY bit as good. They function flawlessly - cleanup is a snap! This is my second pair of these to use with some new baking sheets I recently purchased. You won't go wrong with these!

I have been eyeballing a couple of Silicone baking mats for some time now. My skepticism kept using "plasticy" things in the oven kept me from buying them but when I saw these on sale the other day, the price I was paying for TWO mats was all I needed to help make my decision. I received these last night and couldn't wait to use them this morning. These came ROLLED up in the mail. I was a little bummed when I saw that because I thought "Oh great, now they won't lay flat". Well, I was wrong. I unrolled them and they were ready to go! I took them straight to my kitchen sink and rinsed with warm soapy water and left them to dry out in my dish rack. My first grader ONLY likes HOT lunches - he's not a sandwich guy. I couldn't wait to make his pizza rolls on these this morning. I placed one of the mats on my cookie sheet and laid out about 12 pizza rolls. They bake at 425 degrees for about 10-11 minutes. When I bake these on my cookie sheet and on aluminum foil, they are normally toasted pretty well (sometimes dark brown at the bottom) at around 9-10 minutes with the cheese leaking out. When I did these on my ChicoChef, at 5 minutes (halfway through baking), the pizza rolls still seemed pretty "raw". I started to get worried. Plus, I saw a LITTLE smoke around the mats - I was even more worried that this thing was going to burn up in the oven (so I stuck around and kept an eye on the baking process. I'm not quite sure if the smoke was due to my VERY old and used cookie sheet either). I decided to add an extra minute to my pizza rolls though...then checked my pizza rolls at the 1:00 minute remaining marker...lo and behold...pizza rolls were INDEED nice and cooked...cheese seeping through the edges and all!!! The mat was NOT burnt! In fact, I decided to take the oven off and let the rolls sit in the warmth for the additional minute. The rolls did not have the dark brown "burnt up" look and feel to it like they do most of the time. And like all the other reviewers pointed out...there is NO STICKING and scraping needed to remove food items on these. They wipe right off or you can just use your fingers to pull stuff right off. I cannot wait to try other things with this as my week progress.I will ONLY update this comment if I have an issue with this mat. The only thing I would say is a con to these mats (as with anything with this type of material) is that you have to watch for staining. The areas where the pizza rolls leaked out the cheese/sauce have that yellowish/orangish tinge/stain to it. I did wash with warm soapy water (I'm afraid to scrub too hard) but the stains are still there.These are a GREAT bargain for TWO mats! I've seen other manufacturers charge this price for 1. I bake A LOT. I make my sons lunch EVERYDAY - the cost for liners can add up at the end of a school year! Also, most of our dinners are done in the oven as well. Try them, you have nothing to lose...these are FDA approved (something that caught my eye in the description as well) and come with a lifetime guarantee. I received a ChicoChef baking mat as a free gift from a friend. I'd never baked with silicone before, so I was a bit apprehensive. I also try to avoid gluten, so I wasn't sure how useful it would be in my kitchen. Now, I'm a convert! I use my ChicoChef baking mat for everything - chicken, fish, veggies, potatoes, and the occaisional non-GF goodie. It's also helped me to get my kids to cook more. They really like the color (mine is blue) and have a great time helping me plate fresh goodies - when they don't eat them all! I wouldn't trade my mat for the world. It's an excellent addition to my kitchen, and I'm very grateful to my friend for the gift. Now that I know where he found it, I will be buying a few as gifts for friends and family. Especially for those that have kids! :)UPDATE: Did see one negative review on here, and just had a quick response, because my experience has been so much to the contrary - the emailhad the same label as the product, and the book was easy to find and download. If you read through the product description, it never says you get a booklet. It talks about downloading a recipe book, which is what I did. Speaking of which, I used my book AND one of the company's YouTube videos to make some great pizzas and some yummy cereal for my family. I bought a new set of mats for my mom and sister, too! There's a well-researched chapter on infant and child nutrition at the beginning of the book that I wasn't expecting, but that is really nice to have on hand - the author even few in some info on what kids need at different ages, which helps me understand why some days my son eats like a fiend, and other days he barely touches his plate (he's a toddler. go figure!). :) Love, Love, LOVE this product!

All you have to do is lay this liner on a cookie sheet, place the food on top of the little silicone studs and Voila! Food cooks while all the fat drips into the little nooks made by the raised studs. You can actually see all the grease pooling under your food. It doesn't change the odor of the food and is specially good for breaded items like chicken and such because the coating crisps really well without absorbing the fat otherwise it would end up in your food. The only con is the cleaning part because the grease seems to want to stay in it. I did manage to clean it thoroughly with Dawn. I suggest that the seller should post tips for cleaning or send a little paper with cleaning tips in the order. It doesn't cost much but it will be very appreciated by the cook.

I grew weary of frying bacon and then "cleaning the kitchen" afterward.This elevates food off the "sheet pan/baking sheet" (which I cover with foil just to make cleanup easier)and it does a great job. I've noticed 2 things in the "negative comments" which I'll address:"They smell when they're in the oven". Hmmmm. First, did you wash them thoroughly and dry them? Not knowingwho handled them, precautionarily I washed them prior to use. I placed them on a foil lined baking sheet and put themin the oven, at 400* without anything on them, to see how they "smelled". They smelled like new silicon for the first time in the oven.Next, I baked a full pound of bacon at 400*. Took about 20 minutes, but I DID have to flip the bacon over, no big deal for me there."They're so difficult to clean". Again, Hmmmmmm. I rinsed mine off under running hot water, then put them in a dishpan half filled with soapy water to soak for about 30 minutes, then took a stiff bristled brush to them, and besides "a few spots remaining", they looked likethey had never been used. And I cooked some "brown sugar maple bacon" and again, the cleaning wasn't a "chore" like some havecomplained about.I'd like to try some packaged frozen fries on this, and once I do, I'll update it with my findings. Overall, I'd recommend it for "oven cooking ofnormally fried foods"...........

Very good and works well. People complain about it being hard to clean. I don't know what they are doing but i had no problem. Worse case if is a bit caked on, soak it in hot water and Oxy clean for a few minutes and everything fall right off.

I bought this to bake my pepperoni rolls on. I was tired of the rolls sitting in the oils that always ooze out (no matter how nicely I close the edges). Although the dough expanded and filled in around the pointy bottom, it was better than the rolls sitting on the bottom of a flat baking sheet.I actually wish the baking mat were less flexible. It was pretty wiggly trying to maneuver it. It's impossible without a baking sheet under it. My biggest baking sheets don't have little sides on them and I was afraid that the oils oozing out of the rolls would spill over the baking sheet so I had to get creative with aluminum foil.I'm still giving it five stars (none of the above issues I had were the mat's fault). It performed perfectly in the oven, with absolutely no sticking. Clean up was also a breeze.

This mat works very well in my toaster oven. I cut it to size and use it to make frozen french fries so I don't have to turn on the stove and heat up the house too much. I don't spray it with anything, just put the fries on it and bake them for 20 minutes. It has been no problem to clean up.

Terrific product! Cut round piece, put in aluminum baking pan and use in portable Halogen Oven. Avoids turning food over-fan blows air on top and bottom. Cleans easily. Have used for years and very pleased that available from Amazon.

Learned the hard way you can't put aluminum in the dishwasher. Bought these as a replacement and I will take care of them the right way! I have a 3/4 sheet from Nordicware as well - they feel pretty sturdy compared to other brands of aluminum pans I've purchased. I will say the 3/4 pan warped just a bit and started "bonging" after a few months, but it's really not a big deal. It's not at all to the point where it's making the pan too wavy. I highly recommend the Amazon silicone baking mats!!

Love these pans! I was so sick and tired of my cookie sheets, that sometimes tend to pop up on one corner. I have bought so many different kinds and still have never been happy with them, even with using parchment sheets. They never seems to heat evenly. So I saw these and took a chance and bought 2 of them. These pans are heavy. So far we have only used them to bake Christmas cookies. But what a difference. . .these pans distribute the heat evenly and round cookies came out perfectly. We were amazed that we no longer had guess at the length of bake time -- after the first couple of batches, we realized that we could then perfectly time the cooking to exactly 8 minutes per sheet for drop cookies, and 7 minutes for shapes. I will be going back to see if this company make other types of pans out of this same material. Hopefully I can then throw out every pie tin, cake pan, and sheet pan.

This is an update of my original review (if I left one). I have had these half sheet pans for about 10 months. I have bought so many high priced "commercial grade" cookie sheets in the past that I hesitated to buy these. HOWEVER... I am so happy with them that I don't think I will ever buy another brand - but also because I may never have to. The attached photo is what they look like today, after heavy use all summer (I sell baked goods every weekend from April through October.) I do always use a cookie sheet liner or a piece of parchment, but even so, I've never had pans look this good after this much use. They clean up like a dream and the NEVER do the "spring" thing in the oven. I can't give 10 stars, so I'll give 5.

The prefect pan to make Texas sheet cakes in!! So glad I finally found the right size I was looking for. I've made 3 different cakes in it and I just love it!!

I love the jelly roll size. Two of these fit perfectly in the oven on the rack. They are much easier to clean than one huge pan, plus easier to store inside cabinets. It is very well-made with measurements exactly as described. These are by far the most frequently used item in my kitchen.

I bought this pan for making pumpkin rolls. This pan cooks evenly distributes heat resulting in a perfectly cooked cake for my pumpkin rolls!! It's also very easily cleaned! It's a little lighter pan and its aluminum so it did scratch already, just a little scratch, but other than that I am super happy with it!! I might even buy another one because they're the perfect size for my pumpkin rolls and very reasonably priced! If I didn't notice a scratch the first time I used it, I would've given it a 5 star rating!Update: I just made my orange cookies and they cooked soo evenly!!! Every time I've ever made them on other cookie sheets, the bottom was always brown and cooked more! On this pan the bottoms were PERFECT!! They were the same color as the rest of the cookies!! So I am taking this from a 4 star rating to a 5 start!!! So what it had a stratch!!!

I've been needing these for so long. They are great, works well for fried chicken, French fries and all kinds of other things. I like my food crispy so these are a must have. They seem like a non stick surface, they're the perfect size.

I bought this for the oven and for cooling items. So far I have tested this for 50 mins in the oven at 400 degrees, I was cooking pig skins. It was easy to clean none of the nonstick coating came off, now my kitchen was smoky but when your cooking pig skins the grease melts off and creates smoke plus I spilled some of the grease in the stove. Will try oven fried chicken and french fries next.

These are simple yet effective baking racks that come in a 2 pack, dimensions as described 10X16 inches. The thing I love about them is that they are coated in a black Nonstick texture that won't tarnish or rust like the baking rack I am replacing! They sit fairly low to the counter, which isn't a problem or anything just more of an FYI. Perfect for what I need them for and easy to store!

These are perfect. The only wire cooling racks I had were the ones without the cross bars so cookies would fall through and they were flimsy. These are sturdy and have the perfect sized openings. I also like that they are coated so no rusting.

These are very nice while being inexpensive. As someone who has always had to create makeshift cooling racks, this was a pleasant oddity. Made cooling and decorating doughnuts a breeze. I noted in other reviews that these are rusting problems, so I've been careful to simply wipe them down with a cloth and then thoroughly dry- has worked fine so far. I'm also very happy to note that they fit well over pans and baking dishes, which makes cleaning up much simple afterwards

I am not using it for cooling my baked goods. I'm using it to air out my cold-process soap, so that it will cure faster. For that purpose, these racks are great. They fit in my drawer perfectly and because they are cross-hatched, I don't get weird indentations in my soap bars. I'd imagine the opinion would be the same for people cooling cookies or other goods that don't cool in a pan. Instead of seeing the cookie sink between a single bar rack, I know the cookie would be kept level and cool more evenly, as well. Price-wise, this is a great rack and does all it says it will. In fact, I ordered my second set today!

I bought these to use in place of tin foil in the oven. Some of my baking sheets have seen better days and I purchased these mats to place over the old finish and protect my food. These mats work great and most food comes right off with no problem. They will stain however and are a little hard to clean but still a good buy to use in the oven.

I really like these mats and have been using them for a month or so now. I love that I don't have to fight any stuck on food on my cookie sheets anymore! My only wish is that these came in some kind of nicer box or something to keep them in. They arrive rolled with a small piece of heavier paper taped around them.They are now loosely rolled in my cupboard, and they're always kind of flopping around. I just wish a nicer box/package had been provided so the instructions and everything were right there too. The product itself was great - the packaging could use improvement!

These things work great, though cleaning them is a bit of a challenge. They retain stains (maybe I need to do more research) but they look a bit nasty after a while. On the plus side, they are definitely helpful with not using a ton of oil on the pan, so functionally they work as advertised. I'd get them again, if needed, but I'd need to hide them out of sight as they turn a bit ugly after a while.

I bought these over the holiday as I needed to bake lots of cookies. They work perfectly & I really liked the price when I bought them. They got quite a lot of workout in the last month and they're still looking great & unlike another (by another company) that I bought before, this one holds no scents from the food baked on it. If I ever need more, I'd buy these again.

I did not use it for baking yet but I find it a good place mat for my kids, it did not move around on the table and I can put hot soup bowl or hot pot on it. But yet to know whether will it protect my wood table or not. Without it certainly will because the bottom of the bowl would actually stick on the table. Well for kneading the dough...certainly good. I hope they got a bigger sheet may be 4 times or 6 times the size to give me more working surface.

These mats work fine. My oatmeal cookies came out slightly browned on the bottom, but not not burnt as can sometimes happen with parchment paper. They function as expected, as well as the one non-Silpat silicone mat I purchased from webstaurant. However, there is one difference - the mat I purchased from webstaurant actually does fit my half pans perfectly. But these mats do not fit. I am shortchanged by 1/2" length-wise. This is not a terrible problem, except sometimes you have oozing cookies or you simply don't want any food touching the pan but only the mat.

I used it to cook bacon and it worked very good. Most of the grease dropped down in the grooves.

A smaller size would give more flexibility in the kitchen.

When I first opened this, it had a strong chemical smell, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I aired it out on my window sill and eventually it went away. As far as the function goes, it works great. I used this on a pan to make chicken and was pleasantly surprised to find how it browned on both sides. Clean up was so much easier too. Definitely worth purchasing.

I have used my mat for frozen foods like breaded fish and fries, and it is nice to get rid of the oil the food would be sitting in. No problems with cleanup so far, no odor from the mat. This product came directly from China in a clear plastic bag with no directions or product information whatsoever. If you have concerns about material safety, buyer beware.

I use it when I bake something greasy. It allows the grease to stay off the food. it also works fantastic with tator tots! Allows the heat in the oven to evenly bake them on all sides without stirring.

this is great. chicken was crispy, like pan frying. I had trouble cleaning it, so I put it in the dishwasher and it came out very clean. I has used it for baking. the baked goods are crispy on the bottom, but not burnt.

These pans are pretty good. I bake a LOT of cookies and use them often. I haven't found a use for the lids though. I thought I would use them for storing cookies before I decorate them, but I find it better to bag the cookies and store in Rubbermaid containers so they stay fresher. One strange thing I noticed is that they creak when I take them out of the oven and allow them to cool. I've never experienced that with other pans.

I actually bought this pan, because I bought the Vremi 3 Piece Silicone Baking Mat Set and wanted a new pan that the largest mat would perfectly fit into. I've used it several times already (with the mat) to make keto pizza (chicken crust, cauliflower crust, and fat head crust) and sausage & cheese stuffed jalapenos and sweet peppers. I have not had any problems with it. It's the perfect size for my oven and cooking needs and it cleans up easily and still looks brand new. I'm considering buying other sizes of this brand, if available.

sigh...not the dimensions listed in product description; can only conclude that these pans have been changed to improve profit margin (similat to canned goods that no longer are full size by ounzes, but priced the same or higher). These pans are nearly an inch less wide in width and length than described..they are 11.35 x 8 inches as described on attached label and 1 inch deep. Had hoped for the bit larger size, as I have a spacious counter oven, but won't quite fit a half sheet. Will make do. Of course they are lovely pans, they are NordicWare.

I really have no complaints for the jelly roll pan. It has never buckled. My only real complaint is the marks left behind by the sticky stuff used to affix the label. It leaves a dark mark that cannot be washed or scoured off. Oh, and for those who have never cooked or baked with aluminum from "back in the day", aluminum will scratch when used and it may get "chalky" if run through the dishwasher. That is just the nature of the metal.

I bought two of these. The first was so that we would have two half sheet pans and another after getting the first and realizing what we had prior was not half sheet. I did not use it to bake cookies, but fried chicken. Wife has celiac disease so I decided to fry up some chicken because she had been craving it. Used the pan and a wire rack in the prep. Worked out well.Used them again to finish cooking the chicken in the oven after frying them. Cleaning in between prep and baking was easy. The pan is lightweight but very sturdy. I'm very pleased to have a fine product manufactured here in the USA. Wife should be baking cookies using these soon!

Fantastic baking sheet that conducts heat (and cold if left in the refrigerator) amazingly well. I bought the half-sheet and quarter-sheet. Be aware that these items' finish will scratch fairly easily. I accidentally used a heavy-duty Scotch-Brite pad on the quarter-sheet, and the finish is now heavily scratched. However, this does not affect its use - only its look. So, I still highly recommend this product.I do not wash this item in the dishwasher. The product information that you receive with the item says that while you can wash them in the dishwasher, it will cause discoloration but will not affect it's cooking ability. So, if you want a dishwasher safe baking pan that will look brand new after several washings, do not buy this product.

Great for cooling muffins, scones, and other baked goods. They dip a little in the middle, but there's still enough clearance to air cool your treats. That's what they do. Nothing else. If you're looking for something other than a non-stick rack to cool your baked goods after they've been removed from the oven ... look elsewhere.

For what it is, a cooling rack, it's good. Not flimsy, but not really sturdy - you don't really need sturdy for cookies or other baked goodies. Just used both last night baking a batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies - each easily fits a dozen and you could possible squeeze on there 15 regular sized cookies on there. Could easily do a 9 inch circular cake on each. The nonstick coating makes cleaning a breeze. The reason I am only giving it 4 stars is that one seems to have an ever so slight dip in the middle - like I said, not the most sturdy in build, but that doesn't prevent it from cooling a batch of cookies.

These wire racks are great! They're light, easy to stack and store, and easy to clean because of they're nonstick coatings. I use them for baking all the time. They are durable and I haven't had any issues with the nonstick coating peeling off, and I am sure these will last quite some time. The only drawback I've found to them so far is that the wires in the frame are a bit thin and it's easy for them to bend. As such, it's only been a month or so since I got them and they're bowing inwards slightly. I can bend them back but they don't always stay that way and I do not want to break them. It hasn't caused any problems, but it can be a bit tricky if it makes things like muffins fall over sometimes.

I like these racks, as they're very affordable and nonstick. Although it's kind of a nuisance to hand-wash them - I'm afraid to wash them in the dishwasher based on others' reviews. Also, while not a huge downfall to the product, they're not super sturdy. I stacked a heavy pan on top of one rack once, and now the middle of the rack is "sinking" a little. But since they're meant for cakes and cookies and other lightweight items, this shouldn't be a problem. Just be mindful of what you stack on them!

No update since 9/2015 means they have held up so far.

Never having had a cooling rack before, I wasn't prepared for the task of cleaning it afterward. All those fiddly little wire squares are a hassle to clean in a sink; and I don't have a dishwasher. Even with the great coating on the wires, it is still a chore requiring infinite patience.However, other than that, the rack is plenty heavy enough to take whatever I have thrown at it so far. I am pleased with it, outside of the work I have to do cleaning it. I think I will be using a lot of paper towels, or even aluminium foil to cut my work load, even if it does lengthen colling time.

The idea is great. Non stick for sure. The problem I run into is the "stuff" that runs underneath these mats, while baking, which is a complete pain to clean as it sticks to the pan (which these mats should keep from happening). I wish they edges had a curled up or a groove like profile which would keep any liquid or anything from spilling underneath the mat.

OK. Don't fit my pan and does not make the Oreda fries crunchy when cooking on these. Good for re-heating things in the oven and baking non-crunchy things.

It really does prevent anything from being sticky but it is a pain to wash. But I guess it's as equally a pain to clean the pan, except more flexible so it's not so awkward in the sink. I think this is best for sweet baked foods like cookies it biscuits. I used this for savory things like chicken it roasted vegetables and found the food order doesn't leave the silicone.

First off, I am really into baking these days. That's why I decided to purchased these set a couple weeks ago due to all the great reviews. These are my first baking silicone and I was impressed once I recieved them. Very flexible, stick to the surface good( I can't say it's really good because I rolled out my dough and it moved so I kept readjusting it, not a deal breaker though.). However, my dough sticks to the surface and I have to brush it off while working AND the discoloration! I don't know if it sticks because of the discoloration because the first time I used it, it was great! Keep in mind, with only a few weeks into using these, it turns yellow! I attached the pictures as well. I am quite disappointed in the quality. I even looked up for another mat from the same company but after see these, I would stay away from Chico Chef.

Works awesome for things like chicken nuggets, etc - but just isn't working with my cookies. They are either raw, or too crunchy. There seems to be too much of an insulating effect. Going to try the ones without fiberglass in the next. Kind of a pain to clean because they are a bit "sticky" but that is the price of reusability I guess.

1st time ever buying silicone mats. The mats do work when i can use them. They are huge! They don't even properly fit my huge cookie sheet pan.. I still use them in it but the sides are raised up so i don't get all my room. Idk great product just should've done some measuring 1st.

Its so thin.. Im worried about the wear an tear if I will have to hand wash so it doesn't' wear out to fast?

I ordered 2 of these so I could gift one of them. Neither came with the frother as shown in picture. One of the mats has debris if some kind embedded into the silicone mat and there is a chemical smell when cooking in the oven even though the box says 'food grade' silicone. I don't believe they are.

When I purchased this, it didn't come with the hand held mixer, I just purchased the mat. The first (and so far last) time I used this mat, I cooked chicken on it. The chicken turned out very well but this thing was really a pain to clean. I don't use a dishwasher so I wiped it off as much as I could before I washed the mat. It still looked dirty so I put the mat back in the oven to dry up the food left on it as much as possible and I washed it again. That helped but it isn't worth going through all that.

As it is being used for the first time today and as the food is still in the oven cooking, I can't say how good the product itself is.I can say the packaging is frustrating in that it provides no details regarding temperature extremes, manufacturer information, cleaning or handling instructions. Yes, it's a pretty basic item but I like to double check myself when using a new item. The only thing I know for sure is from the listing itself: "VivEnery Mats are Food Grade FDA/LFGB Approved Silicone Baking Mats and Can Tolerate -40F to +500F." "Fits Easily Inside Oven Sheets or Can Be Cut to a Specific Size; Dimensions: 11.5" by 16" "Cleans Up Easy with just a little Soap and Water, Saves Space by Rolling it up for Storage, Truly Smart Cooking". It is disturbing that I can't get any additional information to come up on the product and the maker. I will continue to hunt.Finally, the purchase was supposed to include a free e-book. Copywrighted Ebook Included with Purchase: The Ultimate Chicken Wing Cookbook - And as Always, Satisfaction is Guaranteed". I did not receive mine. I contacted Amazon via chat and was given a $10 credit so I could purchase/download the book myself which I did. Amazon, as always, was very quick in responding to and addressing my issue. As I couldn't find any directions or links I'm just hoping that simply cutting it was all that was required. It cut very easily and having the little pyramid grids made it easy to cut in straight lines!

A little disappointed as to durability. One of the 2 mats started to fall apart after the 2nd use. Not certain the cause as it was always used in an over under 500 degrees and was dishwasher washed on the upper rack specifically made for plastic items. The 2nd mat appears to be doing okay although I can see a little discoloration so am uncertain what this will result in. Have used this 3 times.. It does do what it says as to output of food.

IF I'm using a silpat mat or a rack for roasting - this sheet pan is fine. IF however, I want to bake directly in this pan - for brownies or a sheet cake, then there are the dings - one of them pretty significant - that need to be considered. And so I always resort to my old sheet pan instead of this 'new' replacement. This is the sort of thing I should have kept in mind before ordering. Sometimes items ordered are pristine & work wonderfully from the get go.. and sometimes you get something FAR from it. This sheet pan is one of those 'far from it' items. I won't buy another sheet pan online, but will shop in a store for a replacement - probably from another brand since I don't know who allowed for a dinged up pan to be sent out in the first place. Disappointed.

I love sheet pans similar this and have owned many in my lifetime. Everyone else I know must love them too, as my supply of five sheet pans had dwindled down to two. I needed more - so I ordered these since they were so well reviewed. When they got here I was really disappointed in two things: specifically they feel a little lighter weight than the ones I've owned in the past, and they have a sizable raised logo that stretches across about a third of the bottom of pan – which is exactly what I don't want – I don't want one more place for gunk to get stuck.

This would have got 5 stars if not for the dents and there are a few, before purchasing I read in reviews that others have received them dented as well but I figured I might get lucky, didn't happen! The dents are not from shipping so your guess is as good as mine. I would have returned it but for the price its not worth the hassle. This would be a nice product if not for dents but again... reviews indicate many have received this item dented. I would recommend to others looking at this item to look elsewhere, preferably locally where you can actually see the item.

This fits my Breville Toaster Oven (Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven 1800-Watt Convection Toaster Oven with Element IQ, Silver) just right and I like the heft of the pan -- it is the kind that won't warp. My problem is: when my husband accidentally put this into the dishwasher, the metal darkens and now have spots from Silpat that I use on top of it. I don't know if I should toss this away but I wouldn't bake anything without the silpat on it, so I figure my food won't touch the metal directly. For this, I deduct 2 points -- truly, it is very easy to toss everything in the dishwasher and I'm sure we are not the first/last person to have done so.

I am disappointed by how thin this pan is. It's only 20-gauge. While the pan has wire embedded in the rim to prevent or reduce warping, the thin gauge is not so good for even heat distribution. My other sheet pans vary from 12-gauge to 14-gauge.

Not super impressed with these.Not quite big enough to go edge to edge on a half sheet pan, and kind of flimsy. Both of them have warped a little after just a few uses and kind of rock.

These racks came as expected, but are already rusting after 2 months. In addition to using them to cool cookies, I use them to "grill" meat in the oven, placing the meat on the rack and the rack over a casserole dish or cookie sheet.

The metal it's self is thinner than I expected. Also, poor shipping packaging. Both racks bow inward. I

These appear to be good quality however, the holes are on the big side. Some cookies I make are smaller and these definitely won't hold them well - they would fall apart on these.. Only for big sized cookies.

I'm still happy with them as i only use them for overflow or cookies that aren't heavy. Coated in black they are easy to clean in the sink.

Needed some additional baker's cooling racks and purchased these. They were listed under Frequently Bought Together so I just added them to my cart when I was buying some baking sheets. Big mistake. These are flimsy and coated with a black plastic material. They have a grid pattern which is more difficult to clean. Don't think these will last long, but i dont want the hassle of returning them. Oh, well.

I had them for less than 2 years. They changed color and I had to throw them away. I invested in another company now.

These are not the size advertised. They are an inch wider than it says they are making it inconvenient to use.

The sole reason for my purchasing this mat is I needed the correct size to fit my half sheet pan. I have a Silpat that I always have to use metal paper clips to hold the half inch overlap so the pad will lay flat on the pan. I checked the item description and measured my pan, but instead of getting just the right size, they ended up being exactly the same size as what I already had!! And unfortunately the paper wrapping was impossible to remove without shredding it into lots of pieces, so now I'm probably stuck with them. I would love to trim them but after reading all about silicon baking pads, trimming is highly unrecommended.FYI the precise measurements are 16 1/2" x 11 1/2"

I bought them because of the statements of hoe safe they were. Then I got them and read all the warnings about fiberglass contamination if they are damaged in anyway. I've gone back to parchment paper and oil.I use them as shelf liners where they can't get into any trouble.

I ordered four sets of these and tucked some away for the future. I immediately used one package and loved them. Last week when I opened up the second package I noticed that they were smaller and did not fit the half pan completely. I checked the other two that I purchased and one is the correct size and the other one is smaller. I ordered all the same product and received two different dimensions 11 x 16 5/8 and 11 1/2 x 16 5/8. I went to return the smaller ones but I have exceeded the time limit on returns. I guess I should not have assumed they would all be the same size and checked each package earlier. I guess I will contact the company directly to see if they can exchange the smaller ones.

I love silicone baking mats, but the covering on these started peeling after just a few uses. I didn't use high heat or abrasive cleaners, so there is no good reason for the deterioration in quality other than cheap materials. I would recommend spending a bit more and buying some of the nicer baking mats on Amazon. You'll save money in the long run by not needing replacements.

As other reviewers have noted, this thing produces a very obnoxious odor accompanied by a fair amount of smoke when you first use it. Expecting this, I washed/rinsed it well with soap and water before putting it in a 350F oven and within 10 minutes my whole first floor smelled like burnt plastic. I left it in the oven (with no food, just the mat) for about an hour, then took it out and rewashed it.After that first run I wanted to test whether the product was finished outgassing before I used it to cook, so I preheated the oven with the mat in it before using it. It didn't produce any smoke or odor, so now I am able to use it without a problem. Even still, I wish I'd gotten a different one made from better material than this. It was much thinner than I had anticipated, and the smell was a major turn-off. If you're weary of cooking on something that smokes and stinks like plastic the first time you heat it to cooking temperature, don't buy this.

I was unimpressed with this but feel like maybe mine wasn't "authentic". Non stick: Yes. Silicone: yes. Healthy: um... It smoked up my oven when I tried to use it, and I only baked at 350. Also even though there is no way to calculate this accurately, it greatly increased my cooking time, so my chicken was very done on the outside but some bits were not fully cooked on the inside. I had to throw that meal away. I'd say crinkle foil or use metal racks, stick with what works for baking.

So disappointed. I have a silicone muffin "tin" and I love it. Nothing sticks and it is super easy to clean. When I read the description for this it said that one side was flat, it didn't look like that in the picture but it was the description from the manufacturer and I was using the Amazon app on my phone and just didn't look closely enough at it. Regardless of what side you cook on, there are so many crevices it it the biggest pain to clean. I wash it, then put it in the dishwasher, then have to wash it again, then take a paper towel to get what was still left behind. I did like that the bacon cooked out of the grease which is why I gave it two starrs instead on one, but I probably won't use it often if ever again..and if I do, the thing I cook will not be greasy or fatty. Really I was hoping to use this for cookies and such but that just is not going to work out.

This was a disappointing purchase, even for the price. No cookbook was shipped, which was a bit misleading given the product title. Apparently the cookbook is an "ebook" and there are no instructions on how to obtain it, which was not made clear when I purchased it. There is no information included with the mat at all (I was expecting at least care and cleaning instructions...). The silicon itself is much thinner than expected. It does not provide support for heavier food items to keep them elevated, negating most of the benefits of the shape of the baking mat as the peaks squish flat. The product arrived with what appeared to be some kind of chemical or oil on it, perhaps left over from the manufacturing process and needed a thorough cleaning before its first use.

Flimsy, and the little cells turn inside out very easily.Although I ordered a Prime product, it was fulfilled directly from China and took a month. (This isn't the first time that clicking to purchase one thing has resulted in a different thing being in my cart, I'm afraid.) It also wasn't well-packaged. That's not the fault of the product, so doesn't play a part in the rating, but it's something to be aware of when ordering--check your cart closely, and be sure the product is being fulfilled the way you expect it to be!

Have several other silicone baking mats that are a breeze to clean, and the food is great slides off. This was not what I expected. I scrubbed it washed out and then put it in the dishwasher twice, too much TROUBLE!

Was looking forward to these pans since they fit perfectly side-by-side in my oven and they have great reviews. But after one dishwashing, they completely lost their lustre & smoothness. Not sure if the protective film came off or what but not the quality I expected when so many customers raved about them.As another reviewer put it "There were map-like spots" after the first wash and they never look shiny again. See pics to see what this means exactly.I still use them even though they look embarrassingly gross, but only because I use them with a cooling rack too, (Stainless Steel Cooling Rack - 10 Inches X 15 Inches Heavy Duty, Commercial, Metal Wire Grid Rack) so my food doesn't actually touch the nasty pans.

The first thing I cooked on this surface was a batch of 6 tortilla flats with pesto and ham toppings. Upon removing the cooked food, I noticed that the aluminum beneath had turned a rusty brown. I hand-washed it and was able to remove the stains, but they just continued to accumulate from other foods. Now, if I scrub off the brown stains, my wash pad is covered in black residue. The surface of the pan also "springs" when lifted. Considering the fact that I bought these to replace rusty steel sheets on which I could not cook without aluminum foil, this is absolutely wasted money.Never use these without a sheet liner. Not even once.

So disappointed! I had high hopes for this pan but it came dented!! Not happy at all - it wasn't the packaging - it was packaged great - has awesome reviews but...........

I ordered these for a gift initially. One of them had small dents in it so I didn't feel like I could gift it. Amazon replaced them and I kept them for myself as the event passed for the gift. When I washed them, one of the sheets appears as though the finish has come off in places. It is a darker gray and not shiny at all like the rest of the cookie sheet and the other one. I am afraid to use it now because I don't know what is underneath the finish. I would replace these, but cannot find a link to do so since these are already replacements. Very disappointed in this product and glad I didn't give it as a gift.

Let me start with saying I loved this pan at first. It was the perfect thickness and baked my cookies evenly. My purchase date was December 8th, 2015. Now, just over a month after ordering my pan SEVERELY warped. I was baking pizza in the oven and placed the pan on hot pads. It immediately warped. It was a pretty expensive pan, so I am disappointed. Overall, it has received excellent reviews, so I am kind of shocked it warped on me. Just a little disappointed.

If, like me, you ordered this based on America's Test Kitchen recommendation and link, you will be disappointed. This pan is not the one they reviewed which fit their best rated rack. I ordered both intending to give as presents, but the dimensions of this pan are not as large as the previous half sheet pan, so the rack doesn't fit inside the pan. I attempted to order this directly and via the America's test kitchen site, but the pan that arrived was the 'natural' version rather than the original half bakers sheet.

fine for cooling rack, but i assumed that if it was non-stick that would mean you could cook on it too. The literature that came with it made it clear you can't cook on it, since it isn't oven safe. This was misleading. What would require non-stick surface if it wan't being cooked on?

inexpensive kitchen gear, these fit the bill .they will work for cookies, anything heavier like fried chicken it bucks in.

I am disappointed in this purchase. I did receive this in a timely fashion but my problem is that these have rusted after cleaning them once. I also have the problem where these are slightly warped, I do not think that was due to shipping since they arrived safely in an undamaged box.

I have used these now for a few months. These cool cookies great, but anything heavier than that is worthless. They sag whenever I put loaves of bread on them. They sag and bounce and sag, they're unstable with their tiny legs. If I had known this a when I was looking for a cooling rack, I would have splurged for something I could use in the oven and is sturdy. If you want something cheap for cookies and croissants, go ahead. Anything else, look elsewhere.

These are so cheap that they buckle almost down to the counter in the middle when you have anything on them-- but what else do you expect for $8. If you need something for a one-off baking project these are fine, but if you want to invest in your baking tools then spend a bit more.

Horrible. They stink up the whole house with a toxic smell when I use them & they're impossible to clean. Too bad because I've been wanting these for a while.

Threw them away. Even though they were hand washed and air dried, they would leach an oily film after being stored.

I return this item because after once use in the oven, on a cookie sheet to reheat chicken, the silicone came off in a couple of spots about the size of a quarter. Very disappointed. I'm not sure if this is just this company's brand's problem or the product in general.

I'm not one to leave reviews but after I received these Silicone Baking Mats I decided I would. I opened them and they were covered in mold. It was terrible. I asked for a refund and don't think I will be buying them again.

Warning! These must be knocks off or something. We got this as a Christmas gift and finally used it today. Totally started melting and giving off crazy fumes. Entire meal is ruined and whole house smells like burnt plastic. Shocked that Amazon allows this kind of stuff to be listed when it clearly is not safe.

I pre heated the mat to see what would happen and it gave off smoke and a awful chemical smell after 10 minutes at 350 degrees.I then ran it through the dishwasher and tried it again with the same results smoke and a chemical smellIt is being returned.

Terrible product. Labeling does not show country of origin, name of manufacturer, or instructions for use. First reviewer (5 stars) states they bought this at Bed Bath & Beyond. Impossible, this product is not sold there. It is a knockoff of the Pyramid Mat which is sold there. Probably a bogus review.

Seemed like a great idea. Used once as directed and it almost caught fire in the oven. Layers separated and silicone became gooey. Waste of money.

I have only used his product once at 375* and when I did it created a really strange toxic smell in my kitchen. As I love the concept of the product I will try it one more time. If it smells again I will return it!

A friend of mine ordered one of these and I borrowed it and loved it so I decided to purchase one, however it came with some nasty stuff on the bottom I can't wash or scrub off without scratching the pan and it was completely covered in this gross dark black dirt that was really hard to wash off.

I don't understand why this product is so highly reviewed. I ordered it based on those recommendations, however, the product is a total disappointment - not nearly as well made as the reviewers and product maker suggest. Have used it 3 or 4 times and the bottom of the pan is completely scratched up. All I have done to it is wash it, take it in and out of the oven, and store it alone on a shelf. These scratches must be from taking it in and out of then oven, a normal process which all my other bakeware seems to survive unscathed.Furthermore, the pan it self isn't solid. That is to say, the bottom pops back and forth depending on which side you touch, like the pop up button on a bottled drink that let's you know if it's been tampered with. It has yet to bow in the oven but I'm sure that will come soon enough as I have only been using it at 375. I wish I could return it but it is out of date as I only bake once a month or so. I will be sure to recycle it. You have been warned.

Sent this back right away. After washing for the first time lots of silver material came off while drying it. After many washes and lots of dry wiping the silver residue persisted.

I bought these because of the high ratings. When i got the item it looked so promising. But, sad to say, after the first wash, it lost it lustre, smoothness and quality. There were map-like spots.

They were too disgusting to cook on after that so I just threw them in the trash. Don't buy this product!

I received my racks today, they are not chrome as written in the description, but black coated metal of somekind. The grid is damaged on one side, not attached on one of the outside edges. These probably won't see much use.

You get what you pay for! When you read the product information on the label, you discover that, yes, they are"cooling racks", but only if what you are cooling is not too hot. No hot dishes or pans, not to be used as a trivet, not to be used in any kind of oven, or any kind of cooking. Light weight, coated, hand wash. I would have returned them if it hadn't cost more than they were worth.

I am sure this is adequate for cooling a few cookies but they are very lightweight and flimsy. I briefly rested a pan of lasagna out of the oven on one for a few seconds while transferring it to a large wooden cutting board and the entire rack warped. It melted into waves and bent. I did put my freshly baked cookies on it a few minutes later so it was fine for that.

I did not like the painted surface of these racks and opted for the more common chrome racks. I honestly didn't wait for these to rust or peel as many had reported, but returned them.

I used and washed them, in accordance to the manufacturer's instructions, only a few times before they began to peel. I thought what I was seeing was dirt, but it was actually the metal underneath the black coating.I'm sure they might have been fine for most users, they get a very high rating, but I wouldn't buy these again.
