Great investment
August 28, 2017
Sturdy little machine for the price. It adjusts easily for different users. I weigh 135lbs at 5'3 and my partner is 200lbs at 5'10 and we are both able to use this comfortably.
Very durable and sturdy. Gets the job done

Bought this for my son to add to our weight room in the house. Very durable and sturdy. Gets the job done.
It's great. It's sturdy and heavy
November 7, 2016
Get it . It's great. It's sturdy and heavy. The price is great. My girlfriend uses it as a reverse hyper. My hips won't fit between the metal handles to use as a reverse hyper but the 40 lbs dumb bell behind my head while doing the glute hamstring exercise is comfortable and the machine doesn't budge, I am 245lbs . The feet guide is adjustable up and down and to and fro....according to your heighth. It's a good machine
Works great. Easy to assemble

Love this machine!
This is a Tough piece of equipment
August 20, 2013
This was a nice surprise. If you purchase this I recommend that you have (ratcheted) sockets (2) of the same size. You could put this together in 20 min. or less. If you choose to use wrenches think around 45 min. ***IMPORTANT NOTE: people who claim that the parts are unstable or shaky I recommend that you slide the parts to the spot that is comfortable for you to use and then tighten them down by tightening the locks. This makes everything feel pretty solid.P.S. It is kind of long for balance reasons so make sure that you have plenty of space to exercise.

i added 3 holes and this is an excellent machine for the price

It wouldn't hurt if they had a couple more holes drilled in it for shorter folks. Knowing this, prior to putting it together, i added 3 holes and this is an excellent machine for the price.

Really nice piece for the price and does the job of heavier more expensive GHD's
Pros -Price - Good luck finding a GH machine in this price range ...
December 4, 2014
This is rated 4 stars because of it's price. If this was the same price as the rouge glute ham it would have 1 star. But at it's price it does what it need to and does it well.Pros-Price - Good luck finding a GH machine in this price range- Is fully adjustable to whatever size you may be. The ankle holder moved up and down, back and forth- works for sit ups and Glute ham extentions.Cons- Lightweight - not light enough that it matters but it will move with some momentum- Pad - the pad will shift and flatten over time. Pads on side will shift out.- Height - Could be higher off the ground. I'm 6 and I can reach all the way down and touch my head during a sit up and back extention. If this was higher it could be used for unweighted reverse hypers. If i had to replace this I would purchase again for this price
Nutcrusher = dealbreaker for people who don't want to cut the leather, but overall an incredible value.
July 30, 2014
I'll add pictures soon, but I had to cut the nutcrusher part of the leg support out. More expensive benches come that way out of the box, but this one does not. As a result, the appearance of the leg/hip support pad is not not so amazing, but this thing was well over 100 dollars cheaper than the cheapest comparable bench. It is rock solid when the nuts and bolts are properly tightened and works perfectly. Since it works so well I decided to perform the equipment surgery, as I have no desire to return it.The foot catch is a bit wobbly, because the pipe it is on is square instead of rectangular, but is perfectly functional. All adjustments are easily made with the included pins.I'd like to give 3.5 stars because of the design elements, but this is honestly closer to 4 stars than 3 stars if I have to choose, because function matters the most to me.If you are a female then you won't have to use the nutcrusher removal strategy that I did, saving you about 60 seconds and a warranty.

Small foot pads
March 27, 2014
The foot pads are small making high intensity work more difficult.Overall just OK when I compare it to a Rogue setup, but a significant savings for sure.If you want less expensive and can put up with "small issues" this is the equipment for you.
Needs some work

"Machine is cheaply made cosmetically but gauge of the steal is fairly decent. The pad is barely stapled on to the flimsy particle board and it's very narrow for anyone who has a bigger body they may want to consider another option due to the fact its hard to stabilize because of its narrow pad surface. It was however shipped promptly and with all parts."
OK, but don't expect gym quality

This is a reasonably priced, serviceable GH developer for home use. Even when assembled correctly it can still feel a little jittery; that is, the footholds and frame still have a little bit of looseness in their fit. But that's OK and ultimately will not hamper back extensions or core development for CrossFit type workouts at home.

Good for a bit, but current price is not worth the money
July 16, 2017
I bought this a yr ago for far less then it is currently listed. I'm surprised the bigger heavier people have commented they like it. I'm 5'8 180 and the post that contains my feet has basically come unglued...the weld has failed and now I can't do a sit up w/o fear of falling on my head. I believe I got what I paid for, but buyer beware, at the current cost200+, your likely not going to get what you pay for 😭

It works well but needs to be level before all bolts are tightened. Not the greatest quality. Cautioned should be used during high intensity workouts so as not to break it.
Decent piece of equipment
April 1, 2009
This machine is decent. It is adequate enough for doing glute-ham raises or hyperextensions. While you can do the exercises on this machine without much trouble, the machine itself does have a few design flaws. First, the machine could stand to be constructed a little bit more sturdier. It is slightly wobbly, even when all screws are fastened tightly. Secondly, the seat pad apparently has a severe defect with it. The cushion can separate from the wooden base. Lastly, the seat cushion is not very comfortable for males. It puts a lot of pressure on the genitals and the pubic bone. The other issue is Yukon's (the manufacturer) customer service is terrible. My seat pad came torn on delivery. It took Yukon approximately 3 months to ship out the replacement. After a month and a half their policy seemed to be deception, and they kept telling me the seat would be delivered "next week," 4 weeks in a row.One service rep stated that the seat replacement is in so much demand that is in constant back-order. That is a red flag in itself.I recommend that if you do purchase this equipment you also buy some duct tape and thoroughly wrap it around the seat cushion and the base of the seat cushion. It should give the seat enough support so that it doesn't end up separating.

Unless you like chiropractors..
Don't waste your money
November 10, 2016
Lasted less than a year. I weigh 250 lbs. I purchased this product to save money however it's low quality. First issue I noticed was that it felt uneven and wobbly despite making sure everything was tightened. Next issue was the front pad moves and the sharp metal would cut up my left thigh. It got so bad that I had to put a towel in that spot. Finally, the metal completely ripped apart under the pad during to bad welding. It's not worth repairing. Save up and get a Titan fitness ghd for double the price of this one.
