Fantastic mouse!
June 12, 2017
Hands down, the best gaming mouse I have ever used. Not only was it affordable, but also had a very simple and ideal system for setting up macro commands and alternate button functions. It is also fairly durable and has a tough, but flexible wire. This is my second purchase of this mouse after the previous one finally began malfunctioning after several years of mistreatment and abuse. Also, while the mouse does not appear to be comfortable, it actually is. I would say though, the texture is very smooth and while there is an appeal to that, I would prefer a bit more grip. Also, I would like to see other colors, as the current options don't quite fit with my setup theme, but that is fairly superficial. Other than that, I have no real complaints at all! Perhaps it's just me, but I would say this was definitely a great purchase.
I've dropped it pretty rigorously and it still worked great

Very strong mouse, it has different sensitivity that you can adjust as you play games and it has various buttons that helped me to simplify things in my games. It is also very durable, I've dropped it pretty rigorously and it still worked great.
Good quality, good price
September 25, 2016
I took time to evaluate this mouse. At first I wasn't sure, and always want to really check something out before reviewing. I feel comfortable offering an opinion now. This mouse works really well. The gui is a but weird and counter-intuitive, I think due to a language difference, but the mouse itself performs solidly. The on the fly resolution adjustment is easy and works well, prepare for pwnage galore. The tactile/ergonomic aspect is well executed. I wish the led was on constant, though, instead of pulse, and that the software allowed you to switch that as well as editing which color was associated with which dpi, but the mouse performs well.
Good mouse for tinkering/throwing in a bag.

Got this on sale.People keep coming up to me and asking me about my "Optimus Prime Mouse".Feels good in my medium-large hands, I have not fully played with the button/led customizer software yet. Center button under scroll was confusing at first as it changes mouse tracking speed/corresponding led color, quickly figured that out and it has been smooth sailing since.I use this for work, 3D Modeling, and some FPS and RTS games.
Beautiful, but a bit sketchy
January 14, 2016
One of my favorite mice on the market, for the price, I can't argue the quality, aside from having to download the driver off a chinese and semi sketchy website, it's a very nice mouse. Here's the link for anyone that needs it: http://yun.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=840621569&uk=3004690344
Friggin LOVE this mouse
August 14, 2015
Friggin LOVE this mouse. What a great little piece of equipment. very smooth on a razer control pad. Aluminum build makes it feel rugged and the weight is just right not to light not to heavy. The cd that came with it was trash and did not work but in the questions area you find the link. The program for adjusting the mouse is great easy to use.

Great for travel; small hands
August 4, 2017
Very lightweight. It is smaller than I thought it would be, but I have small hands so it's great. Very portable. It lights up red when plugged in. Best when used with a mousepad.
Low price, good quality
April 23, 2017
I was looking for a cheap but effective mouse for my laptop, and this product delivered. I had it for over a year now, and it still works great. I don't use it for anything but browsing, so I can't speak for how the responsiveness handles during games but for everyday use, I can't complain. The cord is a good length as well which is a problem I sometimes run into with the cheaper models. Overall, a very solid product for the price. It is a great backup mouse to have when you are in a pinch.
Really nice travel mouse for the cost
March 27, 2017
Really nice travel mouse for the cost. It's small and lightweight, with a short USB cable. This is great to go along with my laptop, since it's so compact it can fit right in my bag. It lights up blue and red, which I didn't really "need", but I do enjoy it.
want a low priced and super cool mouse and fast shipping well this is the one for you......
June 18, 2016
a super cool mouse that lights up and is so cool at night and is small enough to not take up alot of space and fits in the palm of your hand and the price is so low its almost a steal of a deal and the shipping is so fast its like they almost went outside and gave it to me its fast shippping thanks
Love them!
June 16, 2016
I bought two of these a few months ago and just writing my review. I love these mice. I have one for my desktop and the other for my laptop. I love the color and the glow of them. They are ery pretty in the dark. These are very affordable and attractive that's why I picked them. They are not cheaply made though. Highly recommend if you need a new mouse.
Great Little Mouse
May 17, 2012
When amazon sent the confirmation letter on May 2, I was a little concerned. The delivery date was Mar 29 - June 15. So I wrote to the seller who replied in a few hours, that the mouse would be received in 7 - 10 days after shipping. The mouse shipped on May 3rd and I received it May 14th! That's pretty good for coming from China via USPS!!! After I plugged it in and saw the LED lite and how when you touched it, it got brighter, AND worked great I was amazed. I've played games, wrote email ect. and the mouse worked fine. My grandkids think it's really cool.

It is actually a very nice mouse for the price
May 28, 2016
It is actually a very nice mouse for the price. I did have a couple of problems when I first received the mouse and it was just that the manufacturer did not file down a couple of spots on the mouse that gave it sharp edges and would snag on my mouse pads, I thought at first that it might have been imperfections in the pad because I had another mouse that did the same thing and found they both had the same problem with the mouse not the pad. After I filed the "burrs" down myself the problem was fixed, the only problem I have left is that it is just a little too small for my big hands but it will be a perfect back up mouse instead. I have owned this mouse for about 3 months now and have found it to be a very sturdy mouse with some good weight behind it.
Good mouse
March 30, 2016
I was skeptical about buying this Gaming Mouse, mainly considering the majorityof the reviews seemed to have something negative within them. However, after abouta week of use, the mouse seems to be holding up nicely, despite the reviews saying howsome buttons didn't work or would break after a day or two. My only grievance so far isthe scroll wheel, which started making a faint "squeaking" noise after the third day or so.Even then, it's not a big deal. A tiny amount of WD-40 should take care of it.Overall, it's not a bad mouse. There are indeed ten buttons, which are fully customizable. However it's slightly misleading, seeing as how one of the buttons is on the bottom of themouse, used to turn the LED function on/off. It is changeable, but I don't see why you would. The other nine buttons are placed throughout the mouse nicely and function well. The quality of the mouse is good. It has a metal base/structure with plastic buttons and aplastic outer shell. The plastic is rubberized, however, giving it a nice feel. The mouse hasa nice weight and "slides" well on surfaces. I haven't had a single problem with opticalsensor, as it is very responsive and accurate.Considering the software, it was confusing at first. The mouse was in fact plug and play, meaning I simply plugged in the mouse and it worked fine. However, you can't customizeany of the buttons or features without installing the software on the disc, which came withthe mouse. After installing the software, which was in English for me and really simple, Icouldn't figure out how to launch the program. Thanks to another reviewer on here, I was ableto open it. The program might be "hidden" for some (I have Windows 10, and I believe thiswas the problem). In the picture below, you can see where to find it and what the icon looks like.Simply click it once, and the program to customize the mouse will open.On a side note, the default colors for the mouse LED light are RED, BLUE, GREEN, and WHITE,respectively. However, after playing around, I found that you can change the colors to nearly anycolor you wish, including brightness and saturation. As shown in the second picture, simply clickon the color block to change the color. All in all, you get what you pay for. I paid roughly $27 for this mouse, and it operates well. It has anice WOW factor that impresses people, and the customization features are impressive. As I havenever owned an expensive gaming mouse, I don't have much to compare it with. But I am notdisappointed at all.EDIT/UPDATE: The mouse did eventually stop working. The cord seemed to have short circuited and the mouse no longer received any power. However, after briefly explaining my problem to the seller, and providing a couple of pictures to prove my problem was in fact evident, they gave me a coupon code to replace the product. I am not changing my opinion of the mouse. It still is a good mouse. If the same problem reoccurs, I may switch to a different one. But I imagine this was a rare fluke, and the seller acted quickly and reasonably to help fix the matter, at no cost to me. Great customer service.
Second one works flawlessly.
March 25, 2016
I did write a negative review on the first YCCTEAM 4000 DPI mechanical mouse that I received and request a refund which Amazon provided as soon as I shipped it out. Then, I was contacted due to my dissatisfaction and sent the same model for testing of the product. Sent the new one free of charge and received the product within 2 days. Since I plugged in the new model to my computer and installed the driver/software that comes with it, I have had no problems and wished to revise my original review as if this were the first one received.Pros:Price.Clean look. (We call it my mini-Transformer, expecting it to transform one night and attack. lol)Great button mapping on the product. I can easily press one of the other 10 buttons with minimal shifting of my hand, if any.I can easily change the DPI settings on the product software as well as the LED lighting and button mapping with a simple click of the mouse.Braided USB cable with a nice red/black look (I received the Black YCCTEAM mouse)The logo illuminates properly on this product with the LED color of your choice.Easy to use with minimal strain on the wrist. Product even has a rest for your thumb while moving the mouse.Manual Off/On button for LED lighting as well as in the product softwareThe mouse is light and glides smoothly over my Razer Goliath gaming pad.The mouse comes with spare pads for the bottom of the mouse. This makes it easy to glide across the mouse pad.Cons:No wireless version. The mouse wheel had a bit more resistance than I would like, but this is just me being picky.4000 DPI is the highest setting. I would like this product to be around 8000-10000 for optimal gaming. In conclusion. Its a great gaming peripheral for casual-moderate gaming and for the price I do not expect it to be top of the line, but it definitely doesn't fall too far from the top. With a higher DPI setting, this could be a great pro-gaming device. I would like to see more mechanical mice and keyboards modeled after this product and maybe even a wireless/rechargeable version in the future.
A good deal, just know what you're buying and where its from.
February 10, 2016
To preface this, after looking around a bit more on amazon, it seems like there are many different products that look almost identical to this mouse, but of lesser quality. Know that the YCCTEAM one seems to be the best one out of all of them (Such is the life of buying products made in China...) This is a great mouse, but a bit difficult to to figure out at first. The product itself is really good, the base is made out of a hefty metal that gives it very nice weight and feel. The only part that is plastic are the hand rests on the top and side, which have a very nice matte finish. Upon plugging the mouse in and installing the drivers, things get a tad confusing. Since this product was indeed made and sold in China, some of the instructions are in China. However, the main installation guide and directions are in decent English, so there shouldn't be a problem. One big instruction that the guide isn't clear about is that the program will open in the hidden icon section of the taskbar, so don't think that the software is broken, it just opens in a strange location. The driver for the mouse is good enough, it is clear enough about assigning button values, but is a tad basic. WARNING: If your driver software does not work, due to owning the wrong version or other extenuating circumstances, DO NOT download the software from the link they provide! It is a very shady Chinese file storage site that is not safe! Email the company directly and either refund it or have them mail you the correct software on a disc. The mouse is surprisingly comfortable to hold, and could be used for long gaming sessions. The button placement on the side is comfortable, and not intrusive. Overall, I recommend this product, just know that you are buying from China and quality can sometimes vary.
Mostly solid.
January 17, 2016
Been using this mouse for quite some time, and I must say, the unit itself is wonderful! The design in person looks phenomenal, the clicks are responsive and solid, as a mouse should be, and although the body is lightweight, it's a solid feeling piece. On the other hand though.. The software needs some tuning, and as mine came with no CD, Google translate helped me find the software I needed. The control panel itself (software side) has trouble keeping tabs of macro inputs and, as frustrating as it can be, likes to update macros by appending new lines to macros that have since been deleted, and defaults in place. So that you may end up with a typed macro saying "SportsaSportsmanshiSportsm" instead of "Sportsmanship!"Man, that double-sided USB plug sure is nice though. Every time I used it I thought, "Wow. I am in space.."And I'm sure it's just me, so I'm leaving it at its deserved high rating, but CS:GO is quite difficult to play with a new, arising issue, which again, is likely my isolated case, which is the braided cable seems to be coming detached from inside the mouse, leading to no mouse response, and my the software telling me, "The system cannot detect the gaming mouse!"
just got this thing so I can't talk intelligently about its long term prospects
November 4, 2015
OK, just got this thing so I can't talk intelligently about its long term prospects. The good.1. Its got a good feel. Nice heft - though that's mainly due to the metal base. The rest is plastic. *Nice* plastic, so far. Got nice sort of 'Hogueish' grip texture.2. Basic mouse functions worked right out of the box.3. The DPI is adjustable on the fly - linked to the LED color on the mouse. You can preset how many DPI is associated with each color and switch between them by using the color change button.4. Buttons and scroll wheel feel good - though the 'clicks' as you scroll are barely perceptible - this is fine for me, but you MMV.5. All-in-all, it *feels* (so far) like it should be more expensive than it is.The Bad1. Everybody says 'seven colors' - I've only got 4. Only 4 being shown on the calibration software.2. Disk does not come with the correct calibration software - there's software on it for the G5/7/9, but not the G10. Their downloads page *link* to the software download only gives you a *picture* of the software. After some searching I found it - and to save you some timehttp://yun.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=840621569&uk=3004690344Click on the top, in the box right next to the blue box - says something, something, (2.7M) - to start the download.Once I found the software everything worked with no problems. You can do all the adjustments there, in addition to creating your own macros.

Get a few, and you're bound to end up with some good, long-lasting ones. Don't get just one.
May 27, 2017
I've got about 6 of these. They're great for the price. I drop them, stuff them in bags with other hard objects, and they last much longer than I would expect.Yes, the combination of Blue & Red lights is cool, however the last two I received only had the red lights inside.Over time, I've had the buttons go bad on a few. One spontaneously right-clicks, and another multi-clicks.It's hit-and-miss with the scroll wheels. Some work great, others are so-so. Some don't really work at all.Again for the sub-three-dollar price, get a few of them and keep them around.
Good!
April 5, 2016
Works fine on my DELL laptop. The wheel is not as smooth as other mouse wheels but it works just fine. In the picture they provided, I can see it lights up red and blue but the one I received only lights up red when it's plugged in. It stays lit up until you unplug it. Since it did ship from China, it took a while to receive but with the price, can't really complain about the slow shipment!
Great Deal!
February 15, 2016
This was an unbeatable price for a mouse! Everything about it was true to the description. Simply plug into the USB port and you are solid! I am using this with my macbook air and it there have been no problems (this is after about a week of use).I will say the Left click and Right click's are pretty noisy so if you are easily bothered by the sound of clicking/need to make a lot of right-click and left-clicks it may annoy you.Other than that, I would note it took about 3 weeks to arrive and had no Prime Option so if you need a mouse quickly i wouldn't suggest this one. Though, I did see the same one from another seller for about $4 more that was Prime.
small
January 5, 2016
in the picture you see this mouse next to a regular sized mouse. this one is small if you have bigger hands it will probably be uncomfortable, however, it is very pretty and works
Cool light up mouse
December 7, 2015
I have just received the mouse and this is my initial impression: The mouse works and I like the way it lights up. As someone mentioned, when your hand covers the mouse to move it, it lights up even more - this happens when you touch any of the clear plastic area where the light comes from. I compared it to my other mouse (a HP one) which was connected at the same time and found that this mouse moves the pointer much faster than my HP mouse so less movement is needed to get it across the screen (I like this). A slight con to this mouse is that the scroll wheel has a little more friction and takes more effort to scroll and click. For this reason, I prefer my HP mouse. So far though I do like the mouse and do recommend it - especially for the price.
FOUR STARS......TELL YOU WHY
September 25, 2014
I'm giving this one 4 stars and i'll tell you why...... Because 1 i bought this thing well over a year ago and it's still working [ok occasionally i have to now unplug & plug in again because it has stalled on me] 2 i've dropped mine several times through out the year and it came apart [no problem, all i did was snap that sucka back together] 3 it gets me to where i'm going on the computer and 4 the price was affordable.

March 3, 2017
This isnt a bad mouse, i just have big hands so its hard for me to find a mouse i like to begin with. The issue with this mouse is it has many open areas you dont think your fingers will get caught in and the thumb buttons are in places you would normally grip the mouse if you're playing a click intensive game (moba's fps'). Looks nice on a desk and i appreciate that this is still a quality made product
Cheap Copy of the original
December 13, 2016
The wire gave out after 6 months of use and it has an annoying feature where it notifies the user excessively when ever you disconnect and reconnect. I used this mouse exclusively for engineering design on CAD systems and traveled with it everywhere. I liked the ability to program all of the many buttons found around the mouse and it's design always caught everyone's attention. However, this mouse always felt like a cheap imitation of the original "Rat Mouse" and it ultimately crapped out of me from the use of cheap wiring material within the leading wire, despite the appearance of strong durability from the exterior woven cover. I learned the hard way to stop buying copycats of the original because you end up paying more in the long run.
Seller offered replacement after 1st one stopped working .....will update again after two/three months
September 15, 2016
UPDATE: Seller contacted me after seeing my original review. They offered a replacement, stating the one I received must be defective. I had to purchase again with a "coupon" applied at checkout which made the item cost $0.00. I will update again after two/three months to see if the new product works better. I feel that it was highly inappropriate and a bit sketchy that the Seller asked me to take down original my "negative" review.... which I WILL NOT DO until I know for sure the product will continue to work more more than a few months again.PREVIOUS REVIEW:The kids liked it until it stopped working!!! It was delivered Jul 26, 2016. Stopped working 9/9 and is out of policy for return or replacement. The lights and buttons are no longer working. I'll be calling Amazon to get that corrected and refunded/replaced.
Great mouse, lousy software.
September 6, 2016
The construction quality is amazing! Solid clicks, well balanced, very sturdy. It's just as solid as it looks. However, no matter how hard I tried, I could not get the software to work. I downloaded a fresh copy with manufacturer support but it would just not run on my Windows 10 box. It would launch, but there would be no window to work with. On the plus side - they did refund my money. If you can get it to work -- it's a bit wide and very low and flat. Great for claw grip or, if you have big hands like me, it's perfect for holding with your thumb and pinky and using your ring finger for the right button and your middle finger for the scroll. It's perfect that way. I just wish I could program it!!!
The problem lies with the wiring
January 27, 2016
So the mouse itself was really cool, easy to use, and the disc installed to my computer, using OS Win7, really quickly and worked relatively well. However, the mouse shortly after receiving it began to malfunction, now I know this company is good with their returns and will even send you a brand new one if yours is faulty, however my biggest fault was the wiring and based on what other people had posted they had similar issues. I noticed the first day I had received it that it would shut off randomly and my computer would stop detection of the mouse and it struck me as odd, after a 2-week period it completely stopped working, I sent in for a refund and I will hopefully get it, but for my first experience with the product, I cannot say I am completely satisfied. That being said, the mouse itself when it was working correctly was rather smooth and definitely worth the amount of money spent. I hope this helps. EDIT: So an update to my review, I did get a full refund and everything from there went relatively smooth, still, for this to be a common issue, they should sooner resolve it than waste more money having to refund or replace.
Really cool mouse but everything is in Japanese with no English versions to be found on their site.
December 3, 2015
This is a really cool mouse. I love the feel of the clicking, the lighting options and the cool design absolutely work. The only pitfall is the fact that the key installation and configuring tools are in Japanese. I only know this because my order came without the installation disc AND the manual. I looked on line to see if I could manually download the driver, but that was also extremely difficult because "YCCTEAM" does not yield any search results. So I did some searching and discovered that was not the company's name. That is when I was able to find their site, all in Japanese. Google translate took me to the target and I downloaded the drivers, but there was still no guide.I posted questions here and got an answer within a few days and said they would email me the disc, but more importantly, the manual that I will not be able to read. I worked out a lot of it but there were some that were not working or connecting properly with the software in that context. I tried suggestions from people around the web but was not meeting any success.I had a 14 day window on returns so that came when I was still trying, but I thought it was a really cool mouse.

because i got a better mouse during April 2017
May 26, 2017
If you need a quick and cheap mouse, look no further. This lasted me at nearly a whole year. I got it during the summer of 2016, and finally got rid of it, because i got a better mouse during April 2017. Take care of it though, the cord is pretty weak.
Epilepsy warning - mouse flashes blue light
May 18, 2017
The mouse works just fine. The problem is that it has a blue LED light inside that shines out of the clear plastic sides and the wheel. A constant blue glow would be a little annoying. The fact that it blinks randomly and rapidly whenever it is not in motion is obnoxious!! Also, it should come with a warning that no one with epilepsy should be in the same room with it.
This is a Mini-Mouse (Preliminary Review)
January 31, 2017
Preliminary Review: This mouse is tiny. It's a mini-mouse about 2/3rds the size of a standard scroll or optical mouse, and feels strange in my hand because of it. It didn't say it was mini in the description that I noticed. That said, the mouse works, and looks super cute with nice red and violet color when lit up. Unless it stops working quickly, it's not bad for the price. I wish it was standard size though.
Great at first, but now...
April 5, 2016
When I purchased this mouse back in early February, I was quite surprised by how responsive and lightweight it was. The lights were also a nice touch, as I'd never had a lit mouse before. However, After only using it for about a month, the mouse wheel stopped functioning. I do not even remember dropping it even once, so now I am stuck with a mouse that lacks a functioning scroll wheel. This really changes things for me, as I am someone who likes playing games like Counter Strike. If you can, spend a little more to get a mouse that can last you a while, and then you won't be disappointed.
Brightly Lit Mouse
April 4, 2016
Well for a cheap mouse, it does the basic needs of what a mouse does. There's really no specific details on function. Though details on looks is another thing. I'm gonna be blunt when I say that I was not expecting this thing to light up when I bought it. When my Prime was still active, all I noticed was the $4.90 price tag. Looking at the mouse again, I probably should of checked the features this mouse would of had as well as look at all the pictures. I'm not saying I dislike the mouse because it lights up, I just find it pointless unless it's the light needed to track the mouse. And the lights themselves are a bit too bright. It honestly temps me in getting some safe paint for plastic just to cover up all the clear plastic. But really I just needed a mouse in the end, so I can't fully complain since the mouse still does what it's designed to do.
Good mouse for laptops
January 27, 2014
I'm a college student and I find using the scrolling pad on my laptop to be a pain on my joints. This mouse is great. I can easily connect it and disconnect it from my hp laptop. I like the scrolling wheel on the mouse. Warning: The mouse to SOOO long to ship! I waited about 3 weeks before it arrived. Also, the red lights are sometimes glitchy so I just touch it for a second and then its fine again. Another thing- after around 5 months of using it on a regular basis, the cords started showing right where the mouse and the cord meet. I taped it so the cords hopefully it won't stop the mouse from working. Overall, I got what I paid for. The main thing is that it works and you get it for a really cheap price.

Optical Sensor Issues (Please Help)
December 14, 2016
Hey it was a fantastic mouse when I received it on November 16. Very accurate, no spin-out issues or jumping cursors and the LED's looked great! But now the optical sensor isn't working anymore and its only been 2 weeks. I read the comments and Q&As before I bought it and this seemed to be a common issue. The scroll wheel still works and the LED lights are stuck on a pulsing red, but the sensor on the bottom seems to be stuck off. I've deleted and reinstalled the driver software from numerous sites, updated all of my laptop drivers, and other mice work fine on my laptop. If anybody has found a solution to this issue please post it here so no one is wasting $30. Also, I can't seem to find a customer support center anywhere. Is there somewhere I can contact?
Don't trust the Pictures
October 29, 2016
It's an ok mouse, nothing special. Noteworthy considerations:-The only metal part is the base. This also adds most of the weight. The rest of the mouse is completely plastic. The silver on and around the scroll wheel and inside the mouse are a good example of what I mean. The silver is just painted plastic.-The silver paint chips off easily-The only adjustable part is the width. There's a little wheel towards the back of the mouse, which you'd assume is for height adjustment, but only seems to be there to mislead you.-The placement of the side buttons makes it easy for you to press when gripping the mouse tightly.-Once you get it set up, every button is completely programmable.
Looks good but doesn't perform great. Good thing the customer service is quite good.
June 13, 2016
While the mouse feels good in the hand and the clicks provide a nice feedback, I was forced to return this because it never tracked smoothly. I plugged it in and it skipped across the screen on my HP elite book. I plugged it into my mac and the same thing happened. I then installed the driver on my HP and it did nothing to change how the mouse performed. The closest thing I can relate my experience tois when debris gets under an optical mouse and it doesn't move smoothly. I suspect the optics were messed up as no matter how much cleaning I did on the sensor, nothing did the trick.I was really hoping this would work but my final conclusion is that this mouse is great at looking and feeling like a quality product but is unusable as a mouse, let alone a gaming mouse.I originally was going to give this item 1 star but have updated my review because the customer service was quite good for this mouse. The company followed up with me about my experience and would like to go above and beyond a simple return to make things right.

I wish this mouse worked for me. I really do. I wanted to like it. It felt good in the hand, the weight was nice and it looks pretty cool. However, the software is garbage. Neither the software on the CD, nor the numerous links i tried worked. It never would install correctly, so i couldn't assign any of the buttons, and I couldn't change the LED color. On top of that, the thumb buttons used for navigating webpages did not work. Instead you had to use the two small silver buttons at the base of the main left and right click buttons. No thanks. I tried using 3rd party software to assign buttons but I couldn't find one that recognized those buttons. In summary, I cannot recommend this mouse to anyone. There are better options available. I sent this back, bit the bullet and spent the extra cash for a Logitech G502, and I could't be happier.
Decent, but will some issues relating to static electrical shocks
December 20, 2015
Decent quality. Software can be hit or miss depending on the computer. I also keep getting small shocks from mine that seem to reset the mouse. Shocks seem to be related to static from winter, not necessarily the mouse shocking me. Overall, it is the software that took my rating from a 4 to a 3. It is still a nice mouse to use.--Update 01/30/2016--The shocks are getting more severe. They seem to focus on the right side of the mouse. Every time it shocks me, the light on the bottom turns off for a few seconds and I have to wait for it to turn back on. I do not know if this is a common issue, but for the static discharge to be able to reset the mouse and cause any video I am playing at the time to malfunction slightly is a bit concerning. If this continues, I will have to try a different mouse. On the plus side, it still handles fairly well as long as I don't take my hand off it for too long. Is anyone else having issues with getting shocked?
The two side buttons (most commonly used for forward and back buttons) are inconveniently placed as they are pretty much as low
December 4, 2015
After reading mixed reviews about this mouse, I thought I'd give it a shot. This mouse definitely isn't for me. The colors aren't accurate in the description. The LED colors are teal (with emphasis on green), green, a very light pink, and red. The two side buttons (most commonly used for forward and back buttons) are inconveniently placed as they are pretty much as low as the manufacturer could have put them, meaning you have to jam your thumb in the bottom corner to actually get the buttons to press. The rapid fire button is very loose and cheap feeling while not having instant snap back after being pressed (similar to feeling a little sticky). The driver software was something I thought I could look past (read all of the questions and answers), and while it is easy to install, it's just annoying. The good: Insulated USB cable to prevent damage, and it looks nice.

The blinky lights get annoying at times

The blinky lights get annoying at times; but the bigger problem is that the buttons didn't always respond as expected.
Short USB cord, short life span
April 22, 2017
Today is the return deadline, and my daughter just informed me that it's not working. We received the order promptly. The cord was shorter than I'd expected. We've had this mouse a few days shy of a month, & it's stopped working already. It still "clicks," but no longer lights up, and no longer moves the cursor around the page.
3 month follow-up - not as good as originally reported.
April 19, 2016
This is a follow-up to a previous review that I believe I gave a 4 or 5 star to. At that point it was a very new mouse and worked exactly as expected. Over time, however, the scroll has become a malfunction where it barely scrolls. If you wind it 3 or 4 times it'll scroll barely at all, if any. This is not a computer problem as it is the same on several different and of different types (PC and mac). Shame, but after a few months of light use it definitely doesn't hold up as you'd want.
It works, but don't expect much from the LEDs
December 21, 2015
So I purchased this mouse as a temporary device for my daughter until something better could be obtained. Within a month of purchasing this and with normal use, the blue light died out rather quick. The red light is still going strong, but it is showing signs of possibly dying soon.As for functionality, it is very responsive and reasonably comfortable for the user's purposes. My actual score for this mouse is 2.5 out of 5, and while you do get what you pay for, I expected a better lifespan for the LEDs than what was observed.
Good mouse while it lasted.

Like I've said in other reviews, our family is very rough on computer mice. We go through one about every 4 months on average. I think the longest we've had one is about a year. This one is very similar to one I ordered a few years ago that lasted almost a year. I thought it was the same one, but once I received it, I knew it was different. It's very cute and very cheap, but I hope you don't set your expectations too high.Anyway, we were more gentle on this one than we usually are on computer mice. I believe it was only dropped once. Unfortunately, it died suddenly about a month after I received it, for no apparent reason. Sometimes, when you give the mouse a week long vacation, they will come back to life, but this one was DOA even after the vacay. I was sort of disappointed, because even a month is dismal for us. I don't know if the drop had anything to do with it, but most mice, even 3 dollar ones, can handle being dropped dozens of times. It was annoying to have to order another mouse so soon. I ordered a different and more expensive ($4.00!) mouse this time. So far, the new one is holding out. Also, the seller is from Hong Kong, so it took a very long time for the mouse to ship, even though it arrived within the delivery window. So, if you need a mouse right away, I wouldn't get this one.

Just a piece of crap! Do not believe the other evaluations!!!
September 14, 2017
It is just for the looks...I bought it as I thought I could change the grip position, but all parts are fixed.I wanted it to play WC3 - DotA, but I can only configure 1 (one) single button, as the mouse does not support button combination. Very sad piece of hardware. Seems like all other evaluations are made by the same Chinese guys who make them.It comes with two crappy software packet installers, one works, the other one only messed up my PC. I used it for a couple of weeks, but my PCs corruption was a little to messy. So I reinstalled my Windows, and now the mouse does NOT work at all. Seems like it the second package messes the firmware. Now, when I plug it in, it turns the light on, but does not move the pointer on the screen nor clicks, or do anything. It just sucks!!Do not throw your money away on this!!! Better go for the real thing for a few more bucks, but get something worth the money.
"Bugged" Gaming Mouse (no support), Great Paper Weight.
April 9, 2017
After about a month of use the Scroll Wheel randomly stops working at the most inconvenient time, usually while I'm gaming. Rebooting the PC and reinstalling the mouse driver does nothing. Though my PC meets the required specs I get a Windows warning that "Windows does not detect a gaming Mouse!" Technical support for TCCTEAM is non-existent. The companies web site luom.com.cn does not have an English option and even after having google translate it there is NO option for Technical Support. What I waste, I have to buy another gaming mouse.
functions as a gaming mouse but cheap.
February 6, 2017
so first things first. it has many buttons and is excellent for gaming. i play WoW and it worked perfectly for abilities you would just continously click. beats constantly clicking your keyboard. the LED feature is cool and you can switch it to any color you want. the cord is in fact nylon which makes it nice for mobility.I'm rating this a 1 star because it did not last. i sat there and thought to my self i should at least give it 3 stars cause it is very good when it works. but whats the point if it does not function, it not only robs you of another crappy mouse that seemed amazing but died after so long, but of your actual hard earned money. every mouse i've owned lasted 3 years or more. while this mouse does have a 12 month warranty, it died 1 month after my warranty was terminated. i've bought the simple 10 dollar mouses and they have lasted 3 years. a GAMING mouse especially should be built to last long considering how much use they get.for now i switched to my r.a.t.7 mouse that has had 5 years of use before one the buttons finally jammed up and has just been sitting in my junk drawer. it works fine except for that button and i will probly be buying another r.a.t.7 mouse as my next one. do not be lured in by the low price. while this mouse functions as a gaming mouse, it will not last as long as a mouse should.summary: i've owned this mouse for 1 year about and it died. i like the mouse but i do not plan on buying the mouse every year. as a side note, this mouse does feel very cheap and light (the heavier the mouse, the better build usually). it functions as a gaming mouse but the build quality is poor and cheap.i am not a big time gamer who only uses elite mouses. i've used so many different cheap and expensive mouses and have had much longer use out of them than this one, consider this comment before you buy it.
A inexpensive duplication
January 9, 2017
I had this mouse for about two weeks, it looked cool and came with its own software. However it had major flaws that ruined its gaming mouse quality. The software had syncing issues with the mouse itself (i.e. Buttons would not work correctly after being programmed). I found myself unloading and reloading the software to temporarily fix the issue. I ended up returning this product and purchasing a more expensive name brand product.PROS:- Looks cool- Ergonomics are ok and feels alright in your hand- Inexpensive- Has programming softwareCONS:- Software is very glitchy- Support website is in a completely different language
I love the adjustable DPI
November 19, 2016
UPDATE: While I enjoyed this mouse while it lasted, I can't in good faith leave my positive review. After a few weeks of use, the sensor died and the mouse became a nothing more than a pretty paperweight.I've been using this mouse for about 2-3 days without any problems. I love the adjustable DPI, but am a little disappointed in the range of colors that you can set the light to. You can only set it to Red, Blue, Green or White, and you can register a DPI to the individual colors and at the press of a button toggle through the DPIs while playing a game. The mouse itself is really solid and feels good in my hand, but the button placements leave a little to be desired.Overall, good mouse for the price.
Looks cool, has fancy lights - NOT DURABLE.
January 4, 2016
UPDATE 2/3/2017 - This mouse broke. I'm not a gamer, just a Network Admin. It wasnt dropped or abused. Just sat at the same desk in the same position for a year. The plastic clicker buttons became unglued & the left click button became entirely detached. Considereing I get cheap mice free when we order PC's from HP or DELL for our business, and those mice still work even though they are cheap/free - I consider this to be quite disappointing especially when spending $24 vs.free. Nothing lasts forever, but I expected more than a year of use. Looks cool, NOT durable. Shame.Bought this to replace an aging Logitech Performance MX mouse. Looks nice, is programmable, not wireless but has braided cord. I customized it to feel & operate exactly how I like. Has 4000 DPI which is responsive. Has 4 different LED color settings & multiple customizable buttons. Craftsmanship, build quality & materials are mediocre at best - I wish it were weighted & heavier. I also wish it was a tad larger. Im an average guy with average hands & feel this mouse borders on small. I operate computers 10 hours a day - It works. UPDATE: It no longer works 2/3/2017.

Cheap junk..
August 9, 2017
Avoid and save your money. I waited a month before I received it and when it finally came it was broken. I took it out of the envelope and it wasn't even in a box. You could hear it rattling from whatever broke on the inside. I plugged it in and the buttons and scroll don't work. I tried to return it as damaged but there is no return policy.

This mouse started misbehaving barely 1 hr after I plugged it into my computer.
Meh.
March 16, 2017
This mouse is a great deal smaller than a standard mouse, it is unusually loud, and lags like crazy. I'm not very happy about my purchase but it'll have to work till I buy another this weekend.
Unusable
August 16, 2016
Very small, not good for ergonomics, after a while my hand starts to cramp. Also, the cord is a little shorter than I am used to and there are no blue lights. Maybe the blue light got broken in transport, but the mouse I have glows only red. This could have been because it arrived in just a lightly padded envelope with NO BOX. If you don't take the time to package a product properly, I'm not surprised that it doesn't work the way it's supposed to.The big problem I had was that the plastic on the inside of the mouse was scratched, so the optic light isn't as true as it should be, which results in the cursor moving around randomly. Since I use the mouse to paint pictures on my computer, I need the mouse to be very precise. I can't have a squirrely cursor. I cannot use this mouse at all and will have to purchase a new one from a different company.I attached pictures so you can see that the blue light is not working and also the scratches where the optic light shines.
