For around $17 for seven pairs, this is a worthwhile investment. Did buy fruit of the loom for a few dollars cheaper at the same time, and those were thinner. These briefs did not roll on themselves and have not stretched in a dozen or so washings. I am happy with purchasing this pack of underwear. Anything is better than buying tighty whities.

The only underwear I'll buy I have the gray collection and the blue's collection. The fit and the quality are perfect well worth the few extra bucks compared to the lower end hanes out there. They don't ride up and most importantly they don't pinch the boys or cause any discomfort. I switched to the ultimate brand a few years ago and couldn't be more happy.

Better than going commando. White briefs discolor over time, colored briefs can be a bit too wild. Black and grey are great for business professional who tends to go to meetings wearing only his underwear. Not a buisness professional? Well, fake it 'til you make it.

Great product for a great price. I think it fits as described. Excellent deal. not a huge fan of the low cut undies or the full cut, but if I had to pick I like the full cut. I think this product comes up to my waist exactly... not too high. Soft material.Pros: great price, soft material.cons: thin materialoverall: I will buy this product again.

These are the most comfortable underwear I have ever had! It is a combination of the fabric and the waist band; everything has a soft feel and lots of stretch so they conform to your needs. I instantly ordered a second package and took all of my white, regular cotton units, out of my drawer. A note: all in the package were 100$ cotton except the Gray pair; they are 75% cotton & 25% polyester. I would like to buy a package of all-gray if possible...?

Very comfortable, easy to wash and the waist band stays strong for awhile. The main reason was the price. Incredible! I was scared these were going to be different from what the add or picture looked like, but it was true to heart.

Very Comfortable and perfect the someone who is busy moving around at work and perspires a lot. Keeps me cool and comfortable during my job with no restrictions. Recommend. Well made and have lasted me a while with no signs of holes or weakening.

I am impressed with these. I have muscular legs and usually the bands around my thighs loosen and ride up on me. These ones are holding causing me nothing but comfort.

Awesome undies! I wear 34" pants/shorts. The large in these fit perfect for me. Not too tight around the thighs, but not baggy like regular boxers. I've been wearing these for years. Only undies I get!

The Ultimate Fresh IQ boxer briefs are much stronger than the regular ones. I had to pay a little extra, but it was worth every pen! If you like boxer briefs, I highly recommend these!

I have always been leery of buying boxer briefs as I am an old guy and have never tried them. I can say they are the most comfortable things I have worn in my life.

great underwear, only reason why they lost 1 star from me was because of the elastic band holding it together, ordered the same size i've always used forever, as i don't grow in waist sizes who knows why ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ , anyho the elastic band felt very constricting when compare with the other fruit company i've always used.They should work on the elastic bands a bit more, that's why i've given them 4 stars

Fit's as expected. Very comfortable. Very little shrinkage when washed. Did not rate 5 stars because as opposed to what description says, the light gray ones are not 100% cotton (75% cotton and 25% polyester). The light and dark blue ones are 100% cotton.

Comfortable, well fitting briefs in all areas. They don't do a great job of evaporating off sweat after a long day, so be prepared for a little discomfort on those really hot and humid days, as these will be soaked with sweat.

Based on the description I deducted a star. The briefs are great however the black/gray is misleading in that elsewhere there was an indication of various colors. There were more colors than just black and gray however they were tasteful and of the same high quality as the other colors.

I couldn't see myself spending mega-bucks for underpants, but I'm a senior and I'm not concerned so much about a little "sweat and stink" as other high-priced products advertise, my dating days are over and I'm no longer out to "impress", my days of commando boxers and the pride of the "bulge" are over. I'll be so relieved when designers and well known purveyors of men's clothing recognize that even men have sensitive skin issues and have made the decision to remove irritating tags from their products, can't tell you how many t-shirts, undies and shirts I've destroyed over the years removing tags, I am still seeking shirts with breast pockets so the "murse" isn't a necessary "accessory", but I digress. I only give these a 4 star since I question the durability of the material, only time will tell. These are utile and comfortable at an affordable price, what more could I ask for

These briefs are just like the ones I previously bought and they have held up where several competitors have not. All the waist bands of the so-called "major brands" I bought before (EXCEPT the Hanes brand) have given out and stretched to the point of being unusable for me. They were all in the laundry together, and none were subjected to any great stress or abuse. Until I get different results, I'll stay with the Hanes brand.

I have a 38 or 39 inch waist, so 36/38 is a bit tight and 40/42 a bit big. Not Haynes fault. I guess I should have ordered 38/40. I have worn several versions ofHaynes "boxer briefs" over the years as they have evolved and often improved. I prefer the "2015 version" but these seem well made. Too early to tell though.

As others have mentioned they definitely don't have the weight/heft of older Hanes boxer briefs I bought several years ago. However these aren't awful just on the thinner side not sure how long they'll last but they fit fine and do what briefs are meant to do.

These were a gift after folding my son's laundry during a recent visit. It's a "mother thing." Grown sons often do not pay attention to underwear.

The quality of these boxer briefs is excellent. The elastic is firm, but not too tight for all-day comfort. The cradle of the crotch isn't distinct enough from the leg section for proper containment of the "goods", as it were (or the leg fit is a little large,) and it felt as if the support was just a little lacking.

These are comfortable but after a few washes they pile but it doesn't compromise the fit and they are under garments.

good, inexpensive boxers. great colors. definitely look at the sizing chart though. I'll order small next time (30 waist) ...i should have looked at the sizing chart before i ordered

Pretty much as I would expect Hanes quality to be. For what it's worth, a better quality Hanes than the Hanes you get at Walmart. Here's an update to my review: these do NOT have elastic around the legs. If I had known, I would not have purchased them.

Last briefs I had were made by Dockers. They were five star.I guess Dockers doesn't make briefs any longer. With these briefs, the material is thin - like they wanted to make a good brief, but decided to make more money or something - so they skimped on the amount of material they used. Just OK, but not great.

Fit as Expected. Only problem is the sewing. All came looking like that. Way to go Hanes.

i bought the size recommended, but when I tried them on, ...TOO BIG!! So, I hot dried them,to shrink them! Yes, they do shrink! The waist elastic is fine, after HOT drying( only 1 time!!, to shrink them), BUT THE LEGS...... Become loose after wearing just a few hours( very CHEAP ELASTIC!! I have BOUGHT JOCKEY FOR THE LAST 27 yrs, while living in Japan, but no Amazon store ships to Japan. I always had to have my friends buy them, and ship to me! I took a chance and bought these Hanes...( direct ship, Amazon). Probably Won't do it again. But they were cheap, compared to the Jockey style I like. NOT the sellers fault! I checked my husbands other Hanes underwear to make sure I had the right size and when he put them on the leg holes were tight

after trying half a dozen name brands (dickies, fruit of the loom, calvin klein, dockers, jockey and hanes), it seems that all briefs, in these troubled economic times, have been cheapened by using a lighter fabric than in the past. they don't last as long as they once did, having a tendency to rip where the elastic waist joins the body. though the product description says 100% cotton, two of the briefs were a synthetic/cotton blend. i have found no one still producing a nice thick cotton brief. compared to everything else available, these hane's briefs are okay. wish i could find someone still producing heavier briefs.

Nothing fancy, just a comfortable set of boxer briefs; the fly opening is a welcome feature.

The elastic waist can really squeeze, even after ordering a couple sizes larger. I wish they could make these with a waist material that could gently hug the hips rather than act like it needs to be securely strapped on.On the good side, they are made with good thick material.Also, on a side note, the thigh material loosens up over time while wearing but goes back after washing.

For the price they are fine.They aren't as nice as my other Hanes. These feel like the legs don't have the same elasticity and get loose in the thigh. They also have a visibly different weave to the fabric. My old ones have a tighter and softer weave. These look like a wife-beater fabric. By the way, I've never thought about that name before. Sounds not so great. Lol.

Nothing serious here to write home about, they feel great even after i washed them nothing to shocking there but im happy.

If you like cheap underwear, this may be for you. Let me begin by saying you can definitely get by wearing these, no problem. But there are some slight issues I have. The material has a texture similar to corduroy pants. I find this annoying but not extremely uncomfortable. Just slightly. The elastic is not the best and will roll over the day. The material can start to bunch up as they didn't fit me all too well. The waist fits fine but the legs did not cling as I expect from boxer briefs. I wouldn't waste my money on these and plan on making my next purchase on better quality like Calvin Klein.

Description is not accurate. Large size is actually only 36-38", not 38-40". All material is not 100% cotton. Only the solid, dark colors are 100% cotton. The gray/heather colors are a cotton/polyester blend. If country of origin matters to you, the package label says made in Vietnam; the actual product label says made in Mexico.

I don't know what happened, but what used to be my favorite brief due to the snug, but confident fit around the legs and no-roll waistband, fell from grace. Expecting the new batch to fit more snugly than the washed-out ones they replaced, I was disappointed to discover that they were in some cases worse than the old ones these were to replace. It was as though some of them have no leg elastic at all sewn into the leg openings. Further, the waistband on some of them roll, making them even more uncomfortable. I'm done with Hanes briefs.

I have to say, I've had the products for a little while and the waistbands on the black have lost their stretch. They've expanded and no longer fit nice and snug. I'm a bit disappointed. The grey have worked fine though.

I like the colors. After I had been wearing them the last 5 days I noticed that It was becoming raw on the side of my crotch. TMI? I also noticed that they were a lot hotter inside then other underwear I have purchased. I am going switch to Boxers.

These undies feel good and fit nice when you first put them on but the elastic in the legs stretch and become loose very quickly and allow all of your equipment to fall out on one side.I guess thats what you get when everything is made in a foreign country for little or nothing.I am now stuck with shorts that are useless and i plan on trying a different brand.Hanes has really gone down hill in the quality of their underwear but guess that is to be expected.I would definately not recommend these undies and would never buy them again.These were 7 pack and pre shrunk undies but are useless to me if they dont restrain your equipment.

I've bought other Hane's Men's briefs and they were perfect in fit. These ones are way too small on their leg openings. Then again, I am a thick legged person because I do much weight lifting, so I am thinking that by going on a size higher that it may correct the issue here, but I don't know if it will take a toll on the waist size either. Needless to say that they are so tight on me now that they end up rubbing and cutting in to my skin around the groin area. I bought two 7-packs thinking that they were going to perform flawlessly as others bought before, but now I learned to and for next time to buy one pack at a time and order one size larger than the recommended size for me (and that's just a guess).

Like some other reviews have mentioned only 5 out of 7 of these are 100% cotton. The 2 x Grey Heather pairs are an 75% Cotton / 25% polyester blend. Not a big issue.The leg openings are snug but not constricting. Seems to stretch out during the day leaving some small gaps wanting to say "Commando!" After wash, it retains its original snugness.Time will tell if the snug fit on the leg openings will last.I wear a 32" waist in jeans so the Medium fits me well.UPDATE: Downgraded to 2 stars. The leg openings stretch out on the 100% cotton ones to where it rides up towards your crevice. The Cotton/Polyester blend fairs better, but still not as good as the Fruit of the Looms I bought. Seriously thinking about trashing these.

The size chart provided for the underwear was wrong. I followed the size chart provided and the sizing is not what was advertised. Amazon is letting me exchange the items, however My new estimated deliver is over a week. Not super thrilled about this. Go by what you know your size is and don't follow the provided size chart until they fix it. As far as quality of the product, I don't know because I never opened the package.

I'm really not a fan of these. They give you no "wiggle room". Your man "can't breathe" if you get what I'm saying.

The legs of these will get stretched out within about 4 hours of putting them on. I do 2 star because this is so annoying, this is the reason why you wear boxer briefs. The top fits correctly.

I've been wearing hanes for years. Not sure about these. Fit well in waste and leg opening but around the hips they feel huge..... Not sure what's changed but I'll be looking for new briefs.

The legs in 3 pair have longer inseams, leaving me very unsatisfied. Unfortunately 1 pair has been worn. The ones with longer legs will be donated to Good Will.

The fabric feels like sandpaper on my skin. I don't know if I got a different product from these other reviews, but these are so scratchy on my skin, I can't wear them. The seam around the thigh is scratchy, as well. The only positives are that the fit is appropriate and the side open fly is a nice feature.

Purchased less than a year ago. The quality is completely gone. These were paper thin when I purchased; so there was a concern. At this juncture, almost all pairs have either partially ripped away from the waist band, the waist band elastic has failed, or both. (no, I didn't gain a lot of weight). Won't be buying from Hanes again.

I am at a loss to understand why people like this product. They fit way to small. I have always bought medium for decades and my waist is a 32. However these are very tight - everywhere. I will give them to the clothing bank. Now I am going to try a different brand. I am done with Hanes.

Stop. Do you know what this FRESHIQ chemical is that they have put on this underwear? Do you want this right up on your you know whats soaking into your skin? They won't tell you.The chemicals in products such as these have unknown long-term effect on humans,to say nothing of the environment. Therefore, eventually, we must know whatingredients are in all products so it will be possible to retroactively trace the sourceof problem chemicals if they arise.

Just as Other guy reviews stated. these Brief,s leg hole are to large and has NO basket for the package at all. do not buy these because you will throw them out after wearing them the first time....I had purchased another model earlier that had a great fit but not this model... I really like Hanes stuff....

THIS PRODUCT WAS AWFUL AND I WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN. ONLY 2 PAIR IN THIS 8 PACK FIT PROPERLY, ALL THE REST WERE WAY TO LARGE TO WEAR. INCONSISTENT SIZING MAKES THIS A VERY BAD PRODUCT.

The fit is great and comfortable. The only problem is the stitching. These underwear are 5 weeks old and they are all coming apart in the crotch.I don't know what Hanes is doing but Hanes used to be the best in my book. What's up Hanes? You're losing your customers!

No holes in new underwear, but these are noticeably cheaper than the last ones I bought from a different vendor. Much thinner (not softer) cotton than the last batch and two of the three pairs I've worn so far felt like the elastic was already failing. Either these were counterfeit or Hanes has given up caring. The good news is that I won't have to tolerate them for very long before they end up in the rag bag.

Absolutely the worst underwear I've ever had. They are so baggy and loose in the areas that matter most. You get an added bonus when you wear these. Chaffing. Make sure you get some A&D Cream when you buy these.

I normally wear 36 pants. Bought a Large, which is sized for 36-38. Waist fits fine, legs fit fine and do not ride up. however, the front is pretty much flat and barely has any room for manhood. Things get extremely compressed and squished down there, so much so that I might as well have bought women's underwear.Last year I bought another pack of Hanes from Amazon before, in Large, that was perfect. In fact, clicking on that old order led me to this product. That one was perfect. On the tagless label, it said "our most comfortable underwear ever", which this product does not say.Regardless of which product line it was though, a pair of Men's bottoms SHOULD NOT be so compressed down there. After two weeks, I broke down and bought some Fruit of the Loom, which were slightly better but still not quite as good as my old Hanes or the Tommy Hilfiger or Calvin Kleins that I had.Stay away from this "FreshIQ" nonsense.

I will not buy again. These are not as soft as the other Hanes. The stitching below the waistband has very little stretch, making them hard to put on/ off. The fabric is not terribly soft either. Trash bound.
