Five Star Reviews: | 50% Nice boxers! March 30, 2017 From a chick who only wears guy undies,I am very pleased with these boxers. I usually tend to wear knit boxer briefs and found these to be much more comfortable. They have plently of room for hips and butt. (I wear an equivalent of 38 in mens jeans) I could see where the lack of space in front could be a issue for men but for women it's perfect. The colors are great and the tiger design on the ones I got is really cool! No issues with build quality at all.I plan on ordering more soon! So comfy and nice quality! March 1, 2017 This review is about these 6pk Men's Seamless Athletic Comprssion Boxers. I wanted to gift my husband these boxers for Christmas. when I received them in the mail they were very nicely packaged. when my husband opened his Christmas gift he just had to try them on right away. sorry for being a little TMI but he LOVED THEM!!!!!!! I will have to buy them from you again because he wants more of them!! he goes to work and they don't roll up like the other types are rolling up. and he says they are so comfy and silky smooth! thank you so much will buy again! Fits like a dream... September 1, 2016 I've always worn boxers so I was a little weary buying this new style of briefs, but it was time and the price was right. What first attracted me was the simple yet cool color combinations and design. Once I put on my first pair the fit was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. I am a pretty big guy to any this that says one size fits all usually doesn't fit well. Totally not the case with these. Everything was held together without feeling too snug. I coach volleyball so often times I am Jon the court demonstrating various athletic moves. These compression boxers move with me. Definitely going to buy more. Very comfortable August 13, 2016 This may seem strange, but I am a woman and I love these boxers. I bought them for my husband, but he likes the thicker, cotton boxers that have bands around the bottom of the legs. I tried these on and they are so comfortable. The legs do roll up a bit, but it's not noticeable or uncomfortable. I like that they stretch and they're lightweight. For the summer months they're not too heavy, so I don't sweat. I also like not having elastic around the legs. They're very comfortable to wear while exercising. These things are super comfortable. I completely switched to wearing these over ... August 3, 2016 These things are super comfortable. I completely switched to wearing these over my normal compression boxer brief-like underwear. Now, they're not compression shorts, so I don't wear them for that purpose and they didn't replace my actual compression shorts that I wear when I workout. The only downside is...how do I put this...there have been times when some merchandise has fallen out of the bottom of the basket. However, definitely not a deal breaker. They're very elastic and feel great, so stock up on these. If you're a girl looking for compression shorts, these are the best I have found yet... March 4, 2016 I am a corrections officer and I wear these under my uniform pants. They are so comfortable. I work 12 hour shifts and these vs regular underwear on a shift that long, these have saved my life. The one thing I like the most about this product is this...they don't make compression underwear for women and if they do they are hard to come by, but when I buy men's they always have an obvious and uncomfortable gap wear the man's anatomy is supposed to nest. These are different, they fit more like underwear, but still have the length of compression shorts (hopefully that makes sense, I don't know how else to explain it). | 62% It gets the job done and then some October 12, 2017 . The size for me perfect I love the tagless feature, they also washed up well and shrank very little if any at all. I made a little video and I warn people this is not a video for the faint of heart watch it at your own risk there is some risqué business going on in the video. But I take my reviews serious and believe that my fellow customers should have the truth about everything. That's right I performed the smell test. Did they pass watch the video and see. Please note: there was a bit of acting in regards to my smell test so please don't be alarmed. Comfortable fit, true to size foe me August 20, 2017 Comfortable fit, true to size foe me, no tightness around the legs or waist. Appear to be well made - have been using Hanes products for years and these briefs do not disappoint. Recommended. Nice underpants... July 18, 2017 They're underpants, and they work pretty much as expected. The leg openings on the Hanes products have elastic that seems to have better life than other brands, and the fabric appears to be just a bit more durable and long lasting than others. I'll keep buying Hanes. Perfect fit, and size was right on. June 12, 2017 I have had this brand for years, and they serve me well. First time I have bought these from Amazon, and they arrived in 2 days and they are everything I have expected, just like what I had before. Size was perfectly right on. Very happy with them. Sorry, no photos, LOL. Hanes Men's 7-pack FreshIQ Brief, White, Large//// April 13, 2017 Men can never have too many pairs of briefs. They fit and wash well. Good quality at a good price. My husband likes them a lot. In most stores these briefs would cost double what I paid here, so this is a very good deal! |
Four Star Reviews: | 21% There are no reviews yet | 20% Good Value August 26, 2017 These briefs are what I expected for the price. They seem to fit well and have stood up after a few washings. If they last a year I will be happy. Not the same as I bought at Macy's. March 30, 2017 I was expecting to get exactly what I'd gotten in the store. These were not them. The fabric is the same, but the edging is not the same. I'll have to see how they hold up. Lighter weight than I expected October 8, 2016 These were an economy version of the older Hanes briefs I have. They are about 20% lighter and have the Hanes branding stamped on the inside back panel vs a label in the rear waist band. But for about $1.25 each, I am not complaining. Nice bright white tighty whities May 25, 2016 Nice, bright, white, tighty-whities. I hate boxers, they bunch up, get super stuffy, and don't provide any support. These are pretty old-school looking (high-waisted) but who cares. They keep everything together. I lilke 'em! May 20, 2016 I gave up wearing briefs years ago and opted for the fullness of boxers. However, it seems there is a disastrous difference in the physical structure of the Eastern men, evidently. The opening in the boxers has traveled upward so that now you're in good shape if your package is located just below your navel. I really don't understand the reasoning for this stupidity, but it brought me back to wearing the good old "Tidy-Whiteys".These Hanes briefs seem to be well worth the money... great price, and quite comfortable. Good fit. Good value July 27, 2015 I had had these before. Not exciting but they fit well, are well priced. I ordered a 7 pack but received a 3 pack. The company responded quickly and are sending a 7pack. They told me not to return the 3 pack, so I am happy |
Three Star Reviews: | 12% "One size" doesn't fit me; these are fairly uncomfortable September 28, 2017 PROS: Great, soft materialCONS: Really loose fitWhile the nylon, spandex material feels great to the touch, the briefs themselves fit terribly. These boxers are loose when worn and love riding up into my crack and the groove for the groin tends to favor bunching up between my boys and my right thigh. The product page states that the waist measurements "fully stretched" is 38 inches and "un-stretched" is 28 inches; I'm a 32 inch (and on a good day 30 inch) waist and these briefs barely hugs my sides. If anyone is rocking my waist size up above, I'd say skip out on these. At the very least, they're relegated to briefs worn for sleeping but certainly not exercise or any sort of physical activity, less I wish to dig these things out of my rectum every 20 minutes. Not bad - for the price June 21, 2017 These are OK. They're not quite what I was hoping for. I was hoping to find a budget priced version of the Puma 85/15 polyester / spandex - which are excellent. The "one size fits all" concept feels a little bit too stretchy. Not bad, but not for running a marathon. Doesn't fit terribly well, I am about a 34 waist and ... June 13, 2017 Doesn't fit terribly well, I am about a 34 waist and these fit a little looser than I would want so they move around a bit. Not really what I want from boxer briefs. They look nice enough but unless you are a little bigger I wouldn't get them as they probably wont fit how you would want. Oh and avoid any velcro, had some board shorts that destroyed a pair of these during the first wash. these are wonderfully soft and stretchy fabric March 8, 2017 In the first place, these are wonderfully soft and stretchy fabric. So perfectly comfortable for underwear. However, the dye that the company uses smells terribly! Absolutely horrid! Didn't think much of it when I washed them for the first time with the rest of our clothes but then pulled them out of the dryer and everything smelled like toxic chemicals :( I've tried washing the set by themselves again & the smell still lingers. Kinda makes ya wonder..... :( I'm giving 3 stars because the material quality looks good and the emblems are really attractive March 9, 2016 I'm giving 3 stars because the material quality looks good and the emblems are really attractive, but I find myself avoiding these underwear unless in dire need because the elastic just will not calm down over time to fit comfortably and they tend to ride up after sitting and moving a bit. If you guys made these a little looser and a little longer in the legs they'd be my favorite underwear. For now I recommend JINSHI instead. they'll love them to wear around the house November 24, 2015 my girlfriend found out she loves to wear these more than i. So get your ladies some, they'll love them to wear around the house, and their butts will look great in them ;)Now for the guys... not for working out / exercise... They move around alot during exercise (not tight enough, nor give enough support in the package area) thats what i got them for. Sometimes while exercising your parts may eject from the confines of these boxers during exercise, kind of defeating purpose. I am a size 32 W. | 9% A disappointment November 7, 2017 I bought these because I had previously purchased Hanes Men's underwear at a local store and was happy with those. That store no longer carries Hanes so I purchased these on Amazon expecting the same fit, size and quality. In this I was disappointed as the elastic band, wide and comfortable on the previous briefs, is narrow and does not feel very elastic. The size of the briefs is the same, and they fit as well, but the elastic gives me the feeling that they will not last long as it feels as though it will quickly lose its ability to keep the waist snug.OK, but a disappointment. In the breeze October 22, 2017 Good quality and great price. But too large. Stretch after just a few hours and leave you...hanging...as it were. I tried the lower size but were too small (speedo small). It's only slightly annoying so I won't return them August 25, 2017 I noticed too late that it said the brief was "full rise" which means it come higher up in the waist. My previous Hanes underwear from Amazon did NOT come up as high and I would have rather purchased that again. It's only slightly annoying so I won't return them. The size chart online doesn't even come close to the ... May 22, 2017 The size chart online doesn't even come close to the size chart on the package. Online, it says medium is 38-40" and on the package it says medium is 32-34". Smaller than expected April 11, 2017 The Hanes briefs were a bit smaller than expected, as earlier ones bought fit more loosely, but these are pretty snug. Hoping washing loosens them up. The one choice I was given was either 30-32 or ... April 4, 2017 The one choice I was given was either 30-32 or 32-34. There was no 32-34, which is usually what I order, but I took a chance on 30-32. They are too small. Since I made the mistake, I don't expect Hanes to accept them back. And, since they are made of a flimsy, synthetic material unlike any other Hanes briefs I've ordered in the past, they will probably stretch plenty. One more reason for me to be unhappy with this purchase. |
Two Star Reviews: | 9% One size does not fit most September 13, 2017 40" waist, one size does not fit all. Rides up and is expectedly uncomfortable, material is nice and design cool but doesn't compensate for aforementioned. I'm avg body build, 6' ~230lbs. If they had a small medium size and a large xl that could probably work. Junk For Your Junk February 10, 2017 Well...how do I put this delicately? When I read that "one size fits all" I was a little skeptical. I am not a little person, but with a 40 inch waist I found the "one size" thing intriguing. When they arrived, they looked great (hence the Two Stars), and I was able to get myself and my junk into them, BUT, and it's a big BUT, there is absolutely no compression, no control, no pouch to keep anything in place. They feel what I imagined ladies panties feel like. The waistband rolls down while you are wearing them, and with little or no elastic in the waist or the legs, they tend to sag after a few minutes. Take heed--if you are paying $2 a pair for underwear of any kind, you get what you pay for. These six pairs of underwear are going to Goodwill in a few days. There must be a lady out there who will appreciate them. Not for men. September 7, 2016 I thought these would be great until I tried them on. They may be "one size fits all" but certainly not "one size fits all comfortably." I am a 34" waist with a small amount of "dad bod," and these were just too small. As far as your junk goes, it's like the ugly middle child of boxers and boxer briefs. In this case the middle is not "just right" and I found myself having to "re-adjust" often due to multiple cases of what I like to call "frumpling." It doesn't provide the freedom and flow of boxers, nor the sense of security provided by boxer briefs. It's like being in Junior High and wearing a pair of tighty whities to gym that you outgrew the year before. Not only do they constantly ride up your leg like a noose for your pelvis but you are begging to be towel whipped in the locker room. I'm sure these would make very comfortable yoga attire for your wife. However, for a man, with man parts, no thanks. Bottom line, spend your money where your junk can be happy. I'm sticking with Fruit of the Loom. Too large if you're a smaller guy - no compression, and ride up your leg. But soft and look good, so there's that. May 26, 2016 TLDR: The one size does not work out if you're a smaller man or do not have developed leg muscles. Constantly riding up legs and no compression. Was looking for good compression shorts, and was hoping these would work out. I was stoked when they arrived - they're very soft. I got the Lion print, which is just the right mix of goofy and bad-a**, so was stoked to wear them.At 5'8'', 153 lbs, and a 31 waist, I'm not a huge guy, but am not super small either. These simply did not have enough elastic or tightness to be considered "compression" shorts. For a bigger guy, or someone with more developed leg or gluteus maximus muscles, I'm sure they'd be great.Additionally, the elastic in the waistband and leg bands is very light, so, while soft, the legs tend to right up constantly while working out (again, this may not happen if your legs are larger sized). So why 2 stars instead of 1? Well, they're definitely soft, and they outline the family jewels pretty nicely. That lion makes me chuckle, and the colors aren't bad, so I'm thinking they'll probably make good "third date" briefs, if ya catch my drift. but the way these are made and shaped are not good. if you have big nuts January 30, 2016 the material is very comfy, but the way these are made and shaped are not good. if you have big nuts, they will fall out either side of the leg, theres no big boy support in these whatsoever. so minimal physical activity or if you want to wear these to look sexy in around the house then these are great. another downside, theres no fly, unbuckle your pants to handle business.i would add a photo me wearing them but im sure yall dont want to see that Not a complete loss September 21, 2015 I can't workout in these. The waistband is too big (I'm 5'11", 175 lbs, 32" waist). Might be perfect for those with a 35" waistband or larger (the material is very stretchy). There is also no contour in the front which leads to almost zero support. So for my fellow well endowed individuals out there, I would highly recommend David Archy modal trunks instead of these. They give me the support I need and are still very soft and thin enough to breathe and dry really quickly.I have to say the material for the Knockers is very comfortable and soft. I like to wear them around the house and at night while I sleep. However I would never have bought them specifically for that purpose. | 4% Some of these briefs were stretched out. As in ... April 27, 2017 Some of these briefs were stretched out. As in the elasticity was not there. Out of a 7 pack, 3 had that stretched out look. Dont tell me, let me guess. These are not made in the U.S.A. ; (( Fabric very thin. April 4, 2017 Worn Hanes for years. These are not the Select briefs. The material is very thin cotton, and I don't expect to get much wear out of them. I can't recommend them. Runs very big, but waistband is fine, go figure April 3, 2017 Waistband is fine, but cotton briefs are way too big. I've always bought Hanes before, so I don't know what is going on with them. I washed them hoping to shrink them, but they are still too baggy. Poor material and construction. October 26, 2016 The material is so thin that several launderings will render them useless. The leg bands were finished with tags ending approximately 1/3" beyond the bands. Trimming them off caused immediate fraying on one pair. I am disappointed now that I did not buy a more costly, competitive brand that has worn very well in the past. The reviews on this brand were favorable and I based my decision on that data. I am now disappointed to give them to my husband. My old briefs fit fine. The new briefs don't January 23, 2016 It seems the style has changed over the years. My old briefs fit fine. The new briefs don't. Even after washing, the new briefs' waist band fits too far up my torso. (The product number printed inside is the same.) Their quality for about the same price is far superior. September 29, 2015 Poorly made. Thin fabric and somewhat small. I'll stick with Fruit of the Loom. Their quality for about the same price is far superior. |
One Star Reviews: | 8% Good for a wear or two... June 16, 2017 First couple times I wore these they were awesome, really enjoyed them. I'm a 5'10 guy with a 34 inch waist and they fit great, didn't ride up or down. After a couple washes, these are garbage. After walking for 4 steps they're rolled up and feel like saggy briefs and the material has thinned out. They're no longer snug on the leg, they're far from comfortable, I spend all day (not exaggerating, every time I stand, sit or walk they're riding up) pulling them out of my the area between my crotch and leg. I bought them a month ago, throwing the last pair in the trash when I get home from work today ( and debating going commando for the rest of the day). Seriously, find better options. Knock them out! September 5, 2016 They fit very small and short for a 36inch waist and 6 foot tall guy. It is soft to wear, but the problem is with the legs rolling up every other time. Single use and wash, they look terribly old. Get what you pay for July 19, 2016 I wear a large, and these fit, but they do not give as much support as my Jockey and UA. One pairs stiching came apart in the wash and I never got to west them. The outside of the material shows abrasive wear with just wearing jeans. I do not recommend. Worst briefs ever. February 21, 2016 Terrible. Thin to the point of literally being see- through and not well designed at all. In fact, i don't think these were designed. I think they just cut the top off from some cheap pantyhose and printed those patterns on then. They ride up in the worst parts and don't seem to have any special tailoring to allow for a man's bread and biscuits. Seller refused return of other unworn with tags briefs. January 20, 2016 After one wash, the fabric started pilling. Seller refused to accept return of the other 4 pairs that were not washed. Quality of the fabric is not as described. It doesn't wick sweat at all. I do not recommend this seller. complete waste of money and my time September 10, 2015 Item did not fit at all.. very much too large (I am size 40 waist).Already worn so not returnable... complete waste of money and my time. The only reason 1 star, I like the product breath ability...I found that under normal walking conditions the size is so large that my jewels simply would fall out of these. | 5% Poor fit no matter what the size, due to wimpy elastic September 3, 2017 The elastic especially around the legs is way too loose and so these fit more like 'boxers' than 'briefs'. I've found this to be a common problem with cheaper briefs like these -- and even on some very expensive ones. Currently the only briefs with acceptably tight elastic for me are the jockey classic briefs, and I've tried many! Cheap January 22, 2017 cheap crap!! fabric felt like sandpaper. Finally landed on Calvin Klein - there's quality. S***ty material ever! October 18, 2016 It fits as expected but these briefs are the cheapest product ever made! It's material is thinner than an onion skin. It didn't even last me 2 months. Just few washes and it's tore up already. I actually want a refund. Pure disappointment! Worst Hanes ever September 18, 2016 Most uncomfortable underwear I have ever owned. I threw them all out. The fabric is thin, don't fit well, and the seam in the elastic is damn near sharp. My wife offered to take pictures of me wearing them, but no one would appreciate that. Not Fit To Be Called Hanes June 27, 2016 The quality of these is far less than I have ever experienced with Hanes. Material is very thin and the workmanship is cheap to say the least. The fit was also poor. Probably bad enough to keep me from buying Hanes again. Correctly marked package - briefs wrong size inside October 29, 2013 We ordered 2 packages of Hane's men's briefs, which we received. One package (of 5) was the correct size, and the other package of 5, was not. It was labeled correctly but contained several sizes smaller. We had already opened it and washed them, so no return.Be careful to check all the sizes before washing or wearing! |
