i love this shower head also bought the extension with it i love the way it looks and the comfort and have shown to everyone who comes over my whole family wants to order this now. its the perfect size where your whole body can be in the water. i have always wanted a rainfall shower and whe i recieved this it more than exceded my ecpectations. with the settings in the main shower head and the part i love most is the wand. on top of feeling surrounded by rainfall at the temperature you set in your shower it is amazing for bathing children and pets as well. i use the wand while washing my childrens hair it has the i guess horisontal jet that works amazingly at rinsing out the shampoo and keeping away from their eyes, and ive found that same setting also has enough pressure to more easily bathe the dogs helping remove the dirt in their undercoat and also eas of rinsing out the soap from thick fur

Really good product with wide spray area, although it does lean to the right sometimes when the weight of the alternate shower head starts to turn it. Needs better quality control and make sure that whatever is inside is tight enough to stop it tilting over

This shower head was meant to be for a guest bathroom, but we decided this one will go in our master bathroom. The shower system looks beautiful and performs really well. It is nice to be able to change the settings right on the head of the shower instead of trying to reach around like most others on the market.

I wanted a shower head that gave me a voluminous yet not shattering spray...I also wanted good coverage. The extra handle was a perk! So far, I'm 100% pleased, especially considering the price.If you install it as you should with the proper O-rings, it shouldn't leak. If you don't hang off it, it shouldn't break. It has 3 basic spray settings and - seriously - who needs more?The wand has 2 settings - and the 'water sheet' setting is awesome. AND...because I'm a compulsive maniac about these things...the hose it's attached to is FLEXIBLE! It's not a hard-rubber hose that hangs oddly and hits your arms and shower caddy and generally gets in the way.It's a well thought-out shower head, and I am highly pleased. I'd recommend it like crazy and have every intention of taking it with me (and putting the original clogged-up POS shower head back on!)

I am not the most handy person in the world, and i was quite surprised that this thing came with NO instructions at all on how to install it. What may come as easy to some, doesn't for others, and I would never expect a product to come without instructions. Other than that fact, it works well and I think I will get many many hours of enjoyment from this product! The detachable hose is a nifty little addition to the product for those people like me who like both a traditional shower and a detachable device too. The pressure is to my liking, and if you;re not satisfied with the base pressure, the detachable hose has 2 settings, 1 lighter pressure, and 1 stronger, so it covers all bases. I give the product itself 5 stars, but If I could rate the company, I would take a few stars off for assuming that everyone is handy with stuff like this and instructions weren't necessary!

This is a great shower head once you remove the flow regulator. Use needle knose pliars to remove the washer/screen piece from the connection on the back of the panel. Under the screen is the flow regulator, use the pliars to remove the regulator. Return the screen to its place and enjoy a great shower.

This shower head is almost as nice as my other rain style shower head that cost 8 times the price. My only recommendation is that you may want to be sure you can control water flow/pressure and not just temperature as you may end up going through all of your hot water quickly.

I've been wanting to try these "rain" shower heads for a while now but didn't want to be paying $40 for something I was not sure I was going to really enjoy. So while looking for good deals I came across this shower head... Had mostly good reviews even tho the price was too cheap which made me a bit nervous. Figured to give it a try and so glad I did!It is a very nice looking piece, big enough, and of course the way the water comes out is just awesome. Very satisfied customer

Great value for the price. No issues, no leaking, husband put it up in 5 min or less. (5 stars)***EDIT 12/21/15***I came back to buy 2 more for my other bathrooms, but they have increased the price by $20+!Probably not the best value any more, no issues yet and we've had it for a month, but I am taking a star away for the dramatic price increase.***EDIT 12/25/15***Just happen to see the price went back down to $8 again. Bought 2 more. Put my 5th star back. Will update with any issues.

We got this for my daughter's shower. It was a great price and she had been wanting the "rain" shower style. She really likes it. I happened to use her shower when I stayed with her and ended up really liking it, too. The water falls like rain and has a silky, soft feel even with hard water. It was easy to install (at least that's what my husband said). I do wish it was more maneuverable. It only bends a little. You basically have to stand right under it. Doesn't leak. I've seen some that cost way more. This was a perfect price and does a great job.

I really don't understand how this shower head received the negative reviews it got. It honestly can't be beat at this price point. Yeah....it's cheaply made. But for under $10 what do you expect? It isn't actual solid stainless. Seems to be chrome plate over brass or some alloy.I don't have any leaks. Make sure you put the strainer gasket on the end and use teflon tape on the threads.This is definitely not a water conserving shower head. It is absolutely amazing. It's like taking a shower in a hot waterfall. So much water! I love it. I take fast showers though. If you have a shower hog or have multiple people who are taking showers one right after another in the morning, I'd personally avoid this shower head. Nothing worse than a cold shower on a winter morning!It does what it is supposed to do. I'd definitely buy this again. Time will tell how long it will last. I just hope it doesn't plug too quickly with my well water as hard as it is.

This shower head is really fantastic. I live in an apartment building with horrible water pressure and I wanted something that would improve the pressure, while also expanding the surface area of the spray. In some ways those two desires are at odds with each other (lol) so I debated and researched a long time before buying something. Although this wasn't advertised as a high pressure head, a lot of the reviews commented that it approved their pressure - they were so right!! My shower feels really luxurious now and the product is very high quality. Nice mirror like chrome finish with silicone nozzles so calcium build up doesn't clog the head. I would never guess this was only 20 bucks just looking at it. Wouldn't change a thing.

This was a great upgrade to my old rain shower head. It's a bit smaller than I imagined but works just fine. The sprayer handle is really handy at washing down the shower or washing large items in the tub. The materials seem a bit on the cheap side but its worked well the last few months I've had it. I am wondering if this plastic one will hold up longer or shorter than the metal one I used to have. There are three settings: hand held, low pressure rain, and high pressure spray.

As soon as I got it I did what everyone else was talking about with pulling the green water flow restrictor out and then installed it. I love this shower head, my only concern is how much water it uses but its not that big of a deal to me.

Seems to be working perfectly fine. It was a bit of a tight squeeze onto the pipe, and I did have leakage BUT luckily the package came with some tape to fix that. It works great with the arm I bought for it and now it works just the way I wanted. The only down side is the knob to turn the shower wand on is in the middle of the shower head and when turned on, the left over cold water that was stuck in the hose shoots out the nozzle at you. Oh and there is no indications on the knob to tell you what you are turning it to, but I figure over time I'll just know what I'm turning it to. :) Over all great product and unless for some reason it breaks I wont be returning it

I've had this for about 3 months now and I like it. It's different than anything you can get in the store (which I usually hunt for) and the quality is purty darn good! For the price I would recommend it to a friend.

Nice shower head. Installation was a snap and required no tools. This unit is simply a replacement shower head and should work to replace any shower head with no modifications to the piping.Pros:- Handsome, stylish design.- Easy installation - it just screws on like any other shower head.Cons:- Allows a LOT of water through, so consider a flow restricting washer (noticed that the water started to run cold after the second shower of the morning - we use a lot more water with this shower head compared to our old one).- Unit is mostly plastic.- Control knob in the center of the shower head - make sure you turn it to the desired position before turning the water on (or after you're already in the shower).

Great shower head for the price! High quality, easy to install, and the two modes for the wand is terrific!Downsides: Had to buy a 14" extender, probably due to my own specific needs and situation (doesn't detract from stars).3 way diverter - this is a little bit of an inaccuracy - as with a traditional diverter you should be able to run the shower head, and the wand at the same time. I believe the diverter refers to the knob in the center that chooses between the two modes for the main showerhead (rain, or pulse), and diverting the water to the wand. I guess I was a little hopeful that I could run the main head in either mode, along with the wand at the same time, but this will lead me into my next point.I would highly suggest passing on this shower head if you have weak water pressure. We have roughly 70PSI where we live, but this seems just enough to operate this shower at a decent pressure. Although this doesn't detract from the functionality of the unit, with the amount of holes it would operate better with more pressure.In short, it works great, all of the connections are solid brass, and easy to install. Only real drawback is the "3 way" diverter, but not really all that big of a deal.

First, I did NOT receive this product at a discount or free, so this is an actual unbiased review. My shower head broke and we decided we wanted a rain-style one to replace it. We ordered this one, thinking it would work decent for our situation. Upon inspecting the piece, it appears to be well-made, although the edges of the spray plate were a tiny bit rough. It doesn't leak, and works as advertised. The threaded swivel is of decent quality, and has a rubber 0-gasket to seal it, but I'd recommend some teflon tape just the same (Mine didn't come with any, but I have a whole peg full of rolls of it). All in all, it's a basic, decent shower head. It was certainly better than what was described on some of the other reviews not related to a free or discounted item. I'd recommend.

This product arrived timely. Plumbing tape was included as well. It installed easily and provides a very soothing and soaking rain effect.

I actually paid full price for this on my own dime, and without any promotional ANYTHING:My review is ACTUALLY UNBIASED.I'll preface this with the fact that we have like NO water pressure in our condo.I'm glad I'm just a renter, because I couldn't deal with that for any substantial time passing.I bought the extender arm at Home Depot, same one they have on Amazon, same price too.I was hoping to find a piece of stainless or chromed pipe that had threaded male AND female ends.Harder than you'd think. (Then again, Home Depot these days has reverted back to ignorant employees whohave no business in customer service, that's for sure.) I've installed these before as well, so I know what I need to buy.I've configured them with shaped pipe, etc before and they always work out.This one has smaller surface area than I really need, but it is still a far larger area than my standardshower head. I WAS going for cheap though, and this one is certainly cheap. I can see that it mightget clogged up pretty easily, but at this price point, these are disposable.Seemed like a nice even rain shower, and the thinness of the head is really nice and classy.After I installed it, and took out the filtering screen and the pipe reducing washer, along with the extra length thewater needed to travel horizontally I basically ended up with a dribble. Only half of the head was actually "spraying" out water, theother holes were just leaking basically.I would recommend this for what it is, and I probably could have justified 5 stars based on the price, if I'd been able to use it for more thana week. Sadly, I recycled it and had to reattach the old shower head, it was taking me 2-3 times as long to get my shower, and that would have been fantastic if I was getting pelted by "raindrops." But it was just kind of falling out of the head, LOL.Give it a whirl, it's certainly worth the money. Buy the extender at the same time, OH, and it comes with a baby roll of teflon style tape, that was a nice bonus! Then you don't have search the garage, and you can install it in 3 minutes and have it done with.You can find lots of PVC and ultimately metal pipe that will work with you if you need it, but it's easier to just get the adjustable arm that is so popular.

This is a lighter weight option. There are rubber points on each water hole opening that I wasn't necessarily expecting. I really like this shower head, it uses significantly more water so beware if you have a small hot water heater. It doesn't look cheap and has a good water pattern.

Bought this for an outdoor shower. Great value. Nice, heavy rainfall spray. Two weeks off use. So far, so good.

This is a nice shower head, but it does have a few drawbacks. First there does not appear to be a setting to have the head and hand held both on. Second and more important is that the water pressure is not very good. I may be moving this to my guest bathroom and spend the money on a higher quality head with similar design.

It's a very cool shower head. But it seems my older one sprayed a lot harder and the new one gets loose some at the neck of it. Even do I tighten it pretty tight. And I also wish it had more settings for different spray options. But still a good buy

 At first the shower heads worked perfectly. Fast forward to about 6 months after he purchase, the smaller head can not switch its mode anymore. I think it's a pretty good shower head overall but it lasted shorter than I expected.

The design is beautiful, and looks super modern in the bathroom. However, we are returning simply due to you not being able to use both spouts at once and the pressure. While it is good pressure, it isn't to the pressure I desire. Perfect for someone who likes a good, simple shower. I prefer a strong water pressure shower.

Restricts water pressure a little more than I would like. Really needs to be mounted high to get rainfall effect. The ball joint on the head of it doesn't hold the head very tightly, so it's a little difficult to adjust.

I probably jumped the gun buying this and didn't realize it was plastic. Also, where the treads are is a smooth surface so you can't use a wrench and have to use pliers and scrap up the surface. If you hand tighten it it fill flop around like a wet noodle

Water pressure not great

This shower head looks great, but that's about it. First thing I noticed after taking it our of the box was how cheap it felt. It's all plastic. Second, after installation, I noticed a significant decrease in the water pressure compared to the previous shower head I had. Third, it's EXTREMELY noisy! That's not an understatement. I can literally hear it from my kitchen downstairs and the shower is tucked all the way in a corner of my home upstairs. I wouldn't be able to hear someone talking to me if they were standing in the same room with this thing going on.

It has a nice spray pattern on one setting but the spray on the other setting is loud and not comfortable at all. It almost stings. Plus it makes the water feel much colder because of the fine misty spray pattern. It's the same with the wand. One pattern is a regular spray pattern. The other one sprays so hard it sprays water all over the bathroom because the water hits so hard. Also the shower head doesn't stay in place very well unless there's water flowing through it. When you turn off the water the shower head just flops around no matter how tight it's screwed on. In addition, the switch to change the spray pattern is right in the center of the of the face of the shower head. It looks nice but I don't recommend this shower head. Sorry

Bought 2 of these on Prime Day. Thought it was a good deal. Looked great out of the package. No instructions but thats ok its pretty straight forward and easy installation as I've done a few different shower heads over the years. Installed the first one in bath # 1. Steady leak where it connects to the existing arm, ok so I re-installed it using my own teflon tape and snugged it up........still leaks. Installed second one in bathroom #2. Leaked worse than the first one and from 2 places despite re-tightening all joints. Packaged both back up and returning them. Very disappointed. So much for my "deal".Only reason why I gave it 2-stars was because the product looks real nice and was packaged nice.

It looks great, but it won't stay in its position well at all, I constantly have to push it back up while taking a shower.... it feels like rather cheap plastic. I guess that's to be expected at that price. I'm keeping it, but don't like it nearly as much as I thought I would.

Was very excited about getting this shower head especially at the price! Unfortunately, it didn't work. When I opened the package, I noticed the part where you screw it onto the piece that comes out of the wall (sorry, I don't know the technical terms), was chipped. Looked like someone had already tried installing it and caused the silver to come off. It wouldn't attach to the piece that comes out of the wall correctly (no matter how many times we tried). Bummer it didn't work and looked used. Sadly had to return.

Not what I expected... The water pressure that comes out of this is very weak. There are only 2 settings, the normal setting is very weak and the stronger setting only has water coming out of the middle so it does not cover your whole body. Waste of money for me

First for the good, Shower head is nice and big. The little plastic nozzle are easy to clean if they get crud in them. You just have to flick them a couple of times and they clear out.Now the bad, after less then a year the top swivel screw on part started leaking VERY badly from the swivel part. Sprayed water all over the bathroom.

It puts out so much water - I wanted good water pressure but this is like the water main broke, but falling over a large surface. I'm replacing it.

We loved this showerhead when we first installed it. The water output was super strong. However, after only 6 weeks of daily use, some of the rubber tips on each of the nozzles are coming off. Water goes everywhere, and we'll have to replace it. We bought it on sale, but even at the sale price, it's not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this.

I had a couple of really good showers with this when I bought it in October and now it's December and falling apart.

looks nice, probably easy to clean because of the rubber jets, could have added some texture or shape to the connection to make it easier to tighten it onto the shower neck, i have low water pressure and when i installed this, i still had low water pressure.i understand its "rain shower" and not a pressure washer but was hoping it would boost it a little

Not well designed, or constructed. The coupling that connects the head to the riser is round, and the chrome on it is extremely thin. To install the head, you have to wrap the coupling with tape, tape up your channel locks, and start to tighten. When I removed the tape, the chrome came off with it. The washer/screen that came with the unit, completely collapsed inside of the main head chamber when it was tightened down. I had to use a hard rubber washer, and remove the screen in order to seal the coupling so that it would not leak. After so many installations, the coupling is brass now.The product looks great, I'd buy more of them if they were built properly.

Was great for the entirety of a day. I see a lot of 1 star reviews saying pressure was low or leaked but i didn't have that problem. you just really gotta tighten it.The wand on the other hand does not switch anymore. It switch itself moves but the function is stuck in the high pressure setting. I enjoyed 1 (one) shower. Had its been months and that happened i would have just said meh and kept it moving, but one (1) shower is unacceptable.

I had hoped this item would be great, however the regulator in it makes the water barely trickle out, and upon moving the head a few times, the whole system because loose and would only fall/point directly down because it was heavier than the base would support. Very dissatisfied.

This shower head has the worst water pressure of anything I've ever owned.

Crap- it's been installed for four days and it leaking out of the back. And now 6 months later the pull down shower head only sprays on one setting and its not ok! DO NOT BUY

Bought this because of the very good reviews but this thing is a leaky mess. Whenever I turn on the handle part the front of the main shower head leaks. When I move it around or switch to different settings the back starts leaking and spraying all around! I can fiddle around and tighten it to where it doesn't leak but then after I switch settings or adjust it, it starts leaking again!Also the plastic feels super cheap and the pressure on the rain shower is way too low.

Horrible only had it for a month and the neck joint broke so it doesn't stay up anymore

We have been using it for less than a year and it has already begun to rust and spays water from where the ball and shower head meet. Also, does not attach well to the existing plumbing, I had to use some plumber's tape to form a water tight seal. Very poor product, do not be fooled by the price and good reviews.

I hate it. It is extremly thin. Like a piece of tin. It was chipped on the end. I would not want anyone to see this product in my shower.

I had to return it to Amazon because it leaked at the pivot.

Not very well made. I returned mine, it was leaking water around the edge. Buyer beware: this company gives people a promotional offer to rate the product 5 stars. It is also true that this will run through your hot water tank very fast. I returned mine for a full refund.

I recieved 2 of them and both leaked. One leaked from the rubber pieces and the other leaked from the edge

Very poor quality. Rough edges and crudely made. Take a look at all the good reviews and notice they received a free or reduced price item. I doubt this product will last a year based on how it is made.
