| Excellent product and company!October 23, 2017 This is an excellent product. I use it to help with lymphatic flow. I have a lot of congestion issues and it helps to loosen everything up. I jump 10 minutes a day before breakfast, lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this exercise for anyone dealing with a health issue. Bouncing also helps to release toxins, and in today's world, we are all inundated with toxins. Toxins are what make people gain weight. It is a great product and is well worth the money. The quality is exceptional. Plus, this company has superb customer service. I contacted them with a question and the person who responded was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. The people who work there are the best. If only all customer service could be so amazing. I cannot say enough about this product and company. Buy this trampoline! The safety bar is perfect- for me there is no embarrassment that I have it attached! it keeps me balanced throughout my routine, and allows me to workout longer. ( I believe I would use it even if I were not a senior exerciser ) I highly recommend this product! Have had the cheaper models in the past but they cannot compare to this one. Well worth the extra money for the security of this well made rebounder. For this one, you would not be disappointed with the purchase. When I first purchased this quality piece of exercise equipment I was looking for a rebounder that would work for someone that is heavier (I was over 250 lbs at the time). This rebounder has kept a nice bounce and works GREAT even after all of this time! My teenage daughter likes to use it (often over the treadmill or elliptical we have) as well! This is a SOLID piece of equipment and you can feel the sturdiness and the quality the first time you take it out of the box and use it! Set up takes less than a few minutes and you are ready to go! I had to contact the company to get a DVD that would work for the U.S. and they sent it to me free of charge and were very helpful! I had purchased one at Walmart for $40.00 and I had it not even a month before the springs started popping off , I was scared I would end up getting hurt and then I found this trampoline on amazon and besides the fact its a great brand its very nice and quiet, its gentle on my back and I have a very bad back. The DVD that came with it did not play in the US, probably because it was manufactered in the UK, but I called their customer service and they were VERY nice and helpful, and said they will send me the US compatible DVDs. I keep it in my living room so that it's easy to use throughout the day. The legs break down quickly and easily for times that I'm having friends over and don't want my living room to look like a gym; I can slide it behind a piece of furniture then to hide it.We all need to exercise; that is best accomplished by finding movement that is enjoyable. A couple of years ago I bought a bike and began riding again for the first time in 20+ years. I've realized that one of the things I love about bike riding is how it connects me to the way I felt as a kid on a bike. So it is with this rebounder. Bouncing is fun! This product description claimed it's "low impact", but after jumping for less than a minute, my lower back was getting painful, so I stopped. I will not use it again as I don't want to risk my herniated disc giving me the severe pain I've experienced in the past. Also, the DVD that was supposed to come with it, did not. DVD that comes with this is horrible. You have no option to move through it ...September 1, 2015 DVD that comes with this is horrible. You have no option to move through it to get to where you want to be. It will only play from the beginning. Also, instructions on how to attach handles were missing (if there even are any). Look a like it's of poor quality Disappointed I couldn't use.....Ugh back to the drawing board...June 16, 2017 I purchased this one thinking it was the better for my needs in that I wanted to use it as my main mode of exercise as I have joint issues. However after 5 minutes the frame was shifting from side to side, it was not staying put. Almost like I was jumping on a bed, mind you I was merely bouncing and not doing anything fancy or aggressive. So I moved the unit to a padded area, same effect, then I moved to tile flooring, same effect, then i moved to hard wood, same.... then i moved to carpet...same... I really wanted this to work...More obvious defects was the missing DVD, and the box was extremely damaged when I got it (Why I gave 2 stars) Perhaps my unit got damaged during shipping. The bounce of it was great, but within 5 months of me and my daughter using it everyday, the mat frayed and ripped. This might be understandable if me or my daughter were at all overweight, but we're not. The Urban rebounder cost me less and lasted 4 years before it needed replacing. | DAMAGED - NO DVD - RETURNINGJune 21, 2017 The box had punctures, the handle bar foam on all pieces of it were damaged (dented and ripped) and there was no DVD included. Other reviewers have had similar experience. Makes us wonder why the issues continue unresolved....We will order a replacement and see how this goes. Plan to update when received. Waste of MoneyAugust 30, 2016 Bought this rebounder for Christmas (12/2015) and noticed after a few weeks of use that the black caps and yellow plastic coil covers started to fall off. After six month of use the springs broke. Had a rebounder before this purchase that lasted over 6 years. Unfortunately the company is no longer in business or we would have purchased from that same company. It seemed to be fine, then a couple of weeks ago the cord that holds the cover over the springs suddenly snapped. This was after normal use. In fact it was only used about 3 times a week. The cover is ruined, with no way to hold it over the springs. I tried contacting the seller but never heard back from them. This was an expensive item for it to break after 3 1/2 months. Supposedly I can't even return the item because it would have needed to be returned by January 31st. It broke a week after that date. Very displeased with the product and the company. No bouncing here!January 14, 2016 Legs jammed and won't fold up or down had to return! One StarJuly 18, 2015 cannot fold the legs back to put under my bed. It is an eyesore always out for view. | |
