Love this wok style pan. It works out perfectly for us. And it is not heavy, that is a great plus. So tired of pans I cannot lift.

I purchased this a couple months ago and just used it for the first time last week. Like this entire line of cookware, this is really great. I love having the lid with it for steaming as well as stir fry. This is a really great buy!

the everyday pan
September 2, 2007
Bought it about 18 months ago and have been using it almost everyday. Bought other pans too, from cuisinart and calphalon, about the same time, when I moved into this apartment. Those are good pans too, but this one has been my favoriate. It's large enough for everything, and convenient enough for stir fries. Even for those dishes that requires a flat pan (and i have two of them, both brand new), I often use this one, since the center of its bottom is flat.the inside is still perfect after 18 months' usage... and it cleans really well. i don't use dishwasher though. like the glass cover too, makes it easier for me to monitor the food while it's cooking.love it, will definitely consider giving it to sister and friends as gift.i did buy it at a better price too.

A REAL NON STICK FRYING PAN.
November 10, 2016
I am so glad I bought these frying pans. I've only used the medium sized one, but I love it. I made a perfect omelette with that pan. No sticking, and the food residue just wiped out. I have some really expensive sterling silver pans that are supposed to be non stick, that Ive used for 3 years, but man does food stick to them, and they're not that easy to clean. I finally gave in and bought these and I'm happy I did.
but so far they heat really well and the non stick surface is great. they seem to be well worth the 20$
November 6, 2016
i was a little skeptical when i first felt how light weight they are, but so far they heat really well and the non stick surface is great.they seem to be well worth the 20$update 7/11/17thought I would update after more then 6 months of use, and I'm upgrading the stars from 4 to 5. they are still in great shape, and I use them a lot. my only complaint at all is that the handles jiggle abit, but overall, I don't think you can do better for the money
Awesome frying pans
August 31, 2016
I like the fry pan set that I purchased from Amazon. They were  packaged very well in bubble wrap. When I fist took out the fry pans I noticed they were light and not heavy.I happened to use 9.5 pan to fry fish (talpia) and it cooked very well. It can easily fit two pieces of fish on there. I also used (Farberware) lid from my pervious fry pan, eventhough lid was was bigger size, the lid did not slip off on the 9.5 fry pan.Overall, I was hesitant to try this brand as I had not heard of this brand before. However, I am glad I did
Cooking omelettes is a breeze in the park again. Good deal for the prize!
August 4, 2016
It was time for me to replace pans as omelette would just stick to the old pan, and it was leaving mess all over the place. These pans have good heft to them. They are not super-light which is the way I prefer them. I use the medium sized one most often and I bought them together as it was a steal prized as a combo. The first time I used, omelette did stick to the pan a bit, but it worked well the second time.
Can't go wrong with these Frying pan
May 17, 2016
I cook a lot with my wife in the kitchen and over the years I have come to realize that if you don't have the right tools to cook, you can't really cook anything good. I have used many different pots and pans, but these frying pans are different.Pro1. Very light weight.2. Non-Stick Pan3. Three different sizes4. Easy to clean5. Very durable6. Cuts cooking time by at least 10 to 15 minutes, because it doesn't take long at all to heat up.ConI haven't found one yet. If and when I do, I will let you know.We simply love these Frying Pan.
Pans for my cooking needs!
November 2, 2015
I have been trying to find a frying pan set for awhile and wanted quality pans and did not want to spend a fortune. I just bought a new stove as well. I received these pans and they arrived in one box with each pan bubble wrapped. These pans are exactly what I wanted. They have extremely secure handles which my previous pans handles kept falling off. The bottoms are shiny and silver in color. These pans are non stick, dishwasher safe, and oven safe up to 350 degrees. The three things I wanted out of a pan were easy to clean, not stick dishwasher safe, and oven safe to keep the food warm as you are cooking something else. I have a gas stove and all of these pans work perfectly for all of my cooking needs. The variety of different sizes are good for when I want to cook stuff separately then add them together. I am so happy to and relieved to finally find some pans that fit my cooking style and budget. They are very durable and easy to use.

The best non stick pan I've used yet
December 9, 2013
So far this thing is great. I've had the best non stick cooking experience with this wok/frying pan.I hope it holds up - as of now - it seems like a very good quality piece of cookware!Personally I still wouldn't use metal utensils with it - I mean come on - eventually - use of metal utensils on any cooking surface it's going to have a negative effect. It does claim that metal is safe to use but, I won't and don't need to do that - plenty of awesome plastic/rubber heat resistant utensils out there..Edit: This pan is great - an awesome non-stick surface. I did notice one thing that causes me to take a star away - When I cook with my steel wok or iron calphalon pan vs this one - they all do well. Except pan searing - when I want to sear strips of meat - similar to japanese steakhouse frying - this pan falls short of the other 2.Pan searing meat is the only thing this pan doesn't do well - it just doesn't taste nearly as good as steel wok or iron pan cooking.I did deep fry french fries with this thing the other day - they turned out great!Overall still love this pan - it's just not a replacement for iron or steel cooking.
Great product, but not perfect.
June 14, 2013
A quarter (one forth for US readers ;-)) of our family's meals are cooked in a Wok, so when our old wok started rusting we replaced it with this wok.It is easy to clean, has an all metal construction including handles and excellent heat distribution. We use both metal and wooden utensils with the Wok and the cover fits well and is made from heat proof glass with a metal handle. It is a bit heavier than many woks we looked at, but this is not a problem in general as the cover is close to half of the weight. This means while cooking it is easy to manouver and tilt, but you really do need 2 hands to move it once the cover is on and there is food in it.The non-stick coating works very well, but does scratch, probably when using the metal utensils. This is my only concern so far as i cannot tell if over time the scratches will reduce the effectiveness of the coating. At the moment, the scratches do not seem to affect the wok and i hope this continues. We purchased this wok specifically becasue of the all metal construction and manufacturers indication that metal utensils are fine to use with this wok.

So far so good
October 8, 2017
I bought into the buy inexpensive pans thinking. Just tired of paying a lot and tossing them in 18 months anyway. We will see how these compare but so far it’s good. The only difference right now between these and more expensive ones I have bought is overall weight and the expensive ones have metal handles and look better. But that won’t justify the price difference if these last the same amount of time.
What you Pay for
July 30, 2017
Great pans for the money. They held up for more than a year. Now the one we use most is starting to get a loose handle and the Teflon material is chipping around the screws (not in the pan itself yet). With the PFC issues we're seeing in our state, I think I'm just going to regular stick pans to replace just in case.
Handles are made of very thin material so they get HOT
July 8, 2017
I wanted to wait until I had used these for a while before submitting my feedback. I LOVE the pans for their non-stick surface. The one drawback is that the handles are VERY THIN and get HOT HOT HOT! You absolutely must use pot holders. The handles were also loose when I received the pans so I had to tighten them with a screwdriver. They don't necessarily heat evenly, but they are fine for most things. I actually recommend them, except for the thin handles.
The largest pan arrived warped; great nonstick surface
October 1, 2016
I have been cooking with these for a couple of weeks. The largest size of the three did not sit flatly on my glass-top range before it was even used. The tilt is not huge, but enough to be annoying as I stir my scrambled eggs. Cooking is not even because the entire bottom is not in contact with the heat, but again, this is only for the largest of the three pans. The smaller two have worked well. They are very light, so if you are looking for a substantial pan, these are not for you. The surface is very non-stick and I'm pleased with the quick clean-up. Even the heads of the screws that go into the handles are coated, so cleaning the pans takes literally one or two swipes. The price is very, very reasonable for a set of three pans, which is why I chose these, and the non-stick function is great. If only they had a little more weight to them, I would give them 5 stars.
I like them. Very light weight, and all 3 work as discribed.
April 24, 2016
I like them. Very light weight. They work well, and as described. How long they will last will depend on how many times they are used. I am one man who lives alone so these 3 pans will last me for 3 life times ;-)... . ...lol.
Not perfect but likely the best you can get for the money
July 8, 2015
I have a set of Circulon skillets that are nothing short of superb but, the cooking surface is grooved with circles and this makes them not so great for things like fried eggs and omelets. This is the reason I thought I'd purchase a set of skillets which has a flat cooking surface and ended up purchasing these. The Pros:I've been using these skillets for about a week now - I've used them a total of roughly 15 times. They are truly non stick, they don't have any apparent hotspots (surprising for something this inexpensive) and the overall quality is quite acceptable given their price.I believe you'll be pleased with the results you'll get from them. The Cons:It is obvious that these are designed to, first and foremost, cut manufacturing costs which implies some compromises. The first problem the cost cutting design creates is that, the non-stick coating does _not_ cover the edge (note the shiny edge in the picture.) This causes small particles of fat splatter to stick to the edge while cooking (since it is not non-stick), which in turn makes cleaning the skillet more difficult (unless you don't mind the edge serving as a "hall of past grease fame".) A sponge with a soft scrubbing side can be used to clean the edge but one must be careful not to scrub the non-stick material. They look and feel inexpensive - can't really complain about that - they _are_ quite inexpensive. For instance, the non-stick coating doesn't reach the edge perfectly - this won't have any impact on the cooking performance but it is a bit visually disappointing. Also, the outside color coat has a number of small but noticeable imperfections. Conclusion:None of the cons will prevent these skillets from cooking a good meal, it would be difficult to do better for the money and very easy to do worse.

It lasts for 2 years, then coating starts to peel off
November 30, 2009
This was purchased on 2007. After 2 years of regular use, we used it about 3 times a week for chinese stir fry cooking, wash it only with yellow sponge of Scotch-Brite, now as of November 2009. I've been noticed the coating starts to peel off. Since I don't want the coating mix with my food, I have to retire this one and get a new one.

For the price I am satisfied
August 21, 2016
For the price I am satisfied. These pans are thinner, lighter in weight, than I had hoped for but for the great price I can't complain. Food doesn't stick and very easy to clean. The bottoms of these pans have a sharp circular pattern that would scratch the nonstick cooking surface if stacked together so just put a napkin or something in-between to protect it.
The pans were fine. The only problem that I had
July 5, 2016
The pans were fine. The only problem that I had, which I've noticed is common for pans with plastic handles on a gas stove, is that they would start to crack where the plastic part connects to the metal. I'm assuming this is because of the heat. I was using them for a few months in my college apartment, but I would not recommend buying them if you need something that will last you a long time.

Scratch easily. A waste of money. Go for the cheaper ones!
November 30, 2015
I have been using similar (and cheaper) products for the most part of my 20+ years cooking life. As a result, I am really good in taking care of the non-stick coatings of my previous, much cheaper pans which would usually last me at least 1 year or 2 of daily use. This time I decided to invest in a more expensive and heavier pan so I ordered this one. First pan received was defective, returned for a new one, and the replacement I received only lasted me for about 30 uses before deep, long, scratches started to show up. Never used metal spatula and only washed carefully with 3M soft sponges. Very disappointed about money wasted and the Cuisinart name. Still giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because of the heavy, sturdy built. Will go back to the cheaper non-stick pans.

August 31, 2013
Worked well for six months, and then it could be used any more -- became sticky on the bottom for everything. I thought Cuisinart makes good products, so I tried this one after many other cheap ones ($20-$30), but it turned out it is not better than others. I am tired of non-stick pans, and I will get a cast iron instead.
OK, but short-lived...
October 28, 2010
Bought this around two years ago and, like previously mentioned, it has started losing the non-stick. We use it as our "everyday" pan and cook lots of curries with it. We always use a Thai Coconut Spoon and never metal on it; it is never put in the dishwasher. The finish isn't peeling, but looks to have essentially broken down on the bottom (almost as if it is burned, but we tend to be pretty careful). We thought it was pretty good at first, but be warned, the finish doesn't hold up. Now we are searching again...

December 1, 2016
Ordered the first set and the handles were loose right out of the box. Returned them for a replacement set and the handles were loose once again. I ended up keeping them but had to take the handles apart and add gorilla glue to tighten them off. Now the pans are beginning to warp after a few uses. Why two stars? The non-stick surface is the one redeeming quality of this product.

Lightweight and shallow frying pans
December 16, 2015
With all the five star reviews I thought these pans would be the deal. In this case I'm afraid I got what I paid for. These are a good size (although shallow) and the non stick coating works well. However they are so lightweight that I would be surprised to see them last more than a year or two with heavy use. As long as you don't expect much they are not bad pans. I wish I would have spent a little more for better frying pans.

August 27, 2015
Been using it for a while now. DO NOT LIKE IT. Whoever designed the handle hates hands and wants to see them suffer in pain and heat. It was so opposite of ergonomic design. The handle is too narrow to hold comfortably. All the metal parts heat up real quick, including the one on the lid. And the nonstick coating is already chipping after one month of use despite the fact that I use wooden spatula only. Stay away if you can!! Too late for me...
Poor, poor choice for Chinese food...!
November 25, 2014
Yikes! This wok is downright DANGEROUS! The non-stick PFE coating will start to come off and disappear very quickly if you are indeed stir frying, and not stir stewing!Non-stick is a BAD idea for a wok anyway. Stir fries are meant to be done over high, high heat. When you get your wok hot enough, and you add the oil before starting to stir fry, the wok and the oil should be SMOKING. Unfortunately at these temps for good stir fries--around 600F--non-stick coatings start to burn away. The fumes from this disintegrating PFE coating are dangerous, and can actually kill captive birds that live in your home (parrots, parakeets and canaries, etc...) For steaming or stew stewing (what most Americans do on their home stoves when you only keep the flame/burner on medium), I guess this wok would be okay. But if you are interested in making authentic tasting Chinese or Malaysian food, look into a carbon steel or cast iron wok. Yes, you will have to season it, and it's a bit more work--but OH MY, the flavors from the seasoned metal and the high heat are SO superior!Non-stick should be limited to a small fry pan that you fry eggs in at lower temps, or a sauce pan to heat canned soups up in. It really is a POOR choice for stir frying...!

Good for the first few month, and then sticky
April 19, 2011
We have been using cheap frying woks (<$10) from Chinese market and Ikea for many years. These usually last about a year before the non-sticking coating starts to fail. So this time we decided to spend a bit more and hoped that it would last longer. We bought this one in April, 2010, and by the end of 2010, the wok became very sticky, especially when light-frying marinated pork which we cooked almost everyday. We have only used wooden utensils when stiring, yet this wok still underperforms the cheaper ones of 1/5 of its price. This earns it no star. The one star is given to its heavy weight, which helps significantly in trapping heat. This is especially useful if the stove has low heat output, which is true for most American household gas ranges.
