Five Star Reviews: | 87% Hands down, The best Medicine ball on the market. July 22, 2017 There are many medicine balls on the market, and I've used my fair share. The SPIRI Xerball is in my opinion the best, most versatile ball out there. It's durable, weather resistant, and easy to clean. I have purchased most of the available weight options and have been pleased with every single one. The SPIRI Xerballs are my favorite, and most used piece of fitness equipment I own. Perfect. February 7, 2016 Perfect. My husband broke his last one throwing it to the ground. It was leather, and the seam broke. This one bounces. Feels like a basketball. Very happy with it. This is the one you want December 31, 2015 SPRI's medicine balls are awesome. We picked this 4-pounder up after a good experience with their 2-pounder. It has a nice grip and is very evenly weighted, making it great for workouts. It has some bounce, but as long as you do not add extra air, it is nothing like, say, a basketball. We do smashes and on a soft surface and it bounces back up about chest high, making for an easy retrieval. When our little leaguer is ready for a 6-pounder, it will be an SPRI again. My only complaint is that it is latex and is a bit stinky out of the box. Nothing terrible, but you might want to air it out in the garage for a bit before using, and even then, in the first few uses you will notice a slight residue and smell on your hands. That seems typical for medicine balls and goes away after a few uses. But, don't let that scare you away, it really is not a big deal and you will be pleased in the long-term. Nice heavy Basketball sized Medicine ball August 25, 2015 I was looking for a basketball sized medicine ball that was rubber and not leather. The leather ones are a little too mushy for me and I'd rather have a heavy ball. This fit exactly what I was looking for. The weight is what I was wanting. The grip is like a basketball. I don't bounce it on the ground. I just throw it up like I'm shooting a two handed shot and catch it. But, I tried bouncing it on the cement outside my house. It feels pretty solid with a little give. It bounces. I throw in down and it bounces back up about a 2.5ft. Very well done. The price of this one concerned me (you get what you pay for). But, in this case, I got exactly what I was looking for at a lower price. I tried the Power Systems Elite Power Medicine Ball at my gym and it was what I was targeting. The Power Systems is a quality medicine ball and would have worked. But, it is 1.7x the price of the SPRI. And, I'm ecstatic with what i got with the SPRI. Quality Fun October 25, 2014 There are less expensive and more expensive balls to consider. As one who is serious about exercise, I considered the more expensive for better quality and durability, but after working with SPRI balls I discovered they have the utmost quality for the price. I use my SPRI balls almost every day before my weight training - they're different, they're fun, and they improve my focus. I highly recommend the use of medicine balls in your exercise program and SPRI balls will not disappoint in quality, feel, and enjoyment. Great All in One Medicine Ball for the Price December 16, 2013 Great medicine ball for the price. I have the 20 pound version and it is great. If you are looking for something you can do medicine ball slams, wall ball tosses, and other medicine ball exercises I found this to be a great tool. | 100% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet |
Four Star Reviews: | 6% Good purchase January 16, 2014 Ball was as advertised. Heavier than I thought a 25lb ball would be. I would consider a 20lb if I had to make a similar purchase. Good Medicine Ball August 29, 2013 I was surprised by the "basketball" texture/feeling of the ball but it is well constructed and works great. Shipped fast and was undamaged. Feels sturdy and well built. Light enough to dribble while strengthening wrists/forearms. Actual weight was 1.8 lbs. July 31, 2013 Good feel to it - good grip. Light enough to dribble while strengthening wrists/forearms. Actual weight was 1.8 lbs. Purchased the 4 lb ball as well and it was same quality (actual weight was 3.8 lbs). Great Medicine Ball July 2, 2013 The grip on this ball is fantastic. The ball is similar to a basketball, in this ones case, a 25 lb basketball. I received it in short time.Negatives:Could have been packaged better as the ball had almost broken out of the box.Could have had more information material. The price is a little steep but the shipping price made up for it. Great balls! May 2, 2013 This ball is top the line. A little better bounce wud help but really a quality all around med ball. Grip, structure, bounce (Is great, just not the best) to get a quality med ball at a reasonable price this is your ball. | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet |
Three Star Reviews: | 3% Good for medium training. March 15, 2014 Good for warm ups and having something to do when bored. It's a tad slippery when brand new but that quickly fixes it's self, | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet |

One Star Reviews: | 3% Very displeased September 14, 2016 I got a set of 2-12 to replace my old beat up spri medicine balls (exact same balls). I thought the old balls were damaged from use but apparently they are made like that for some reason. Cracks and scratches all over the outside. It's hard to see in the pics but the spri being one of the more expensive brands, I really expected better quality. They didn't even bother to make the paint line up in a few places. The surface scratches may be a result of packaging but the paint not lining up with the grooves on the ball is ugly and looks very cheap! The balls are very much usable but with the price on them, I expected something I knew would hold up against workouts but surface scratches and sloppy paint jobs leaves me skeptical of their quality and how long they will last. Their presentation is not up to par for the price they're asking, double the price of other medicine balls.Scratches and misaligned paint in the pics was spotted as soon as they were removed from the boxes, so there's no chance that it happened during use. The page said they were new, they don't appear used so I'm assuming these are all manufacturing flaws. worked great just had a very short life September 5, 2014 worked great just had a very short life , it just came apart , it broke in half. I would buy again if I though the first one was just a bad ball but for the time it was used the cost was very high. It was not used outside and always on a smooth floor. Premium price...very poor quality. April 15, 2013 Delivered March 5th split bad @ air hole in multiple directions on April 13th. I added no air...used it exactly how it was delivered. Used less than 10 times only for ball slams by girls and guys...20 reps X 3 sets.Either I got a bad one or these are definitely not worth the money.obviously. | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet | 0% There are no reviews yet |
