What can I say except that this chain replaces the original chain in my chain saw - the original did the job, and I have no doubt that this chain will do the same. Price on Amazon much better than purchasing locally.

Works as described, would buy again.

I don't cut wood every single day or use my chainsaw for a living. Bit I've bought and used cheap chains, and bout and used good quality chains. These are always excellent quality, last a long time between sharpenings and throw large chips.

These chains are flawless on a Husqvarna 350; however, I highly recommend either buying a few chains if you're looking to drop a good size tree w/ limbs, or pick up a high quality sharpening file set... cause these will dull a bit quickly with solid usage!

This is a great replacement chain for the chain saw. I have already gone through a couple chains cutting wood for the winter, and this is the second time I have purchased this one. It is a good deal for the price, and lasts about as long as can be expected.

Chainsaw blade held up for the whole tree cutting last season. i had to cut up a few dead oak trees. usually on hard wood the blades need sharpening at least once during the season. This blade went the distance. Pretty soon i will be out in the woods again looking for dead trees. i doubt the blade will last the whole season without needing sharpening. but so far so good.

I am very happy with these chains. They get twice the time between sharpening and they don't stretch as fast a others. They have more teeth and cut faster.. They last a long time compared to the chain specified for this saw.

Installed on my Husqvarna E142 chainsaw and it works good. I recommend getting the Dremel chainsaw sharpening kit. This ensures you get maximum life from your chain. I fyou have used a chainsaw enough you know it is easy to dull the chain. So its either replaces chains on a regular basis, pay someone to sharpen them or do it yourself which will save you a good amount of cash.

Replaced the the original factory chain that came with my Craftsman chainsaw. This chain takes out bigger chucks and not saw dust like the one that was on it new. Plus hasn't kicked back on me once after over 2 hours of cutting. The key is to sharpen the chain at least ever tank of gas. I Ordered an Oregon 5/32- inch file from amazon and takes only 5 minutes to sharpen the chain after a couple minutes of practice.

Durable blade, cuts great! Got it as a replacement blade for a Poulan Pro 18" saw. Fits fine, made quick work of downed tree in my parents yard.Funny story - when I first put it on, it was not working; at all. Was spinning, but not cutting, throwing off sparks, etc. Got to thinking, "man, I got ripped off", and actually drove to Lowes to find another replacement. Was talking to the folks there, and they asked if I had it on correctly. I realized I didn't even check that; went back, turned it around, and it fit perfectly & cut just like it was supposed to. Guess I should use it more often :-)Final verdict - no complaints here!

Fits my craftsman 18" well and has many more cutting blades than original. I would purchase it again in the future.

This chain was a nice upgrade to the original Poulan Pro chain that came with my chainsaw. It seems to spray out bigger chunks of sawdust, so not as much getting in chainsaw to clean up.

Does not fit a 55 rancher. Will fit other 55 models. Amazon would not refund this product, watch what you order. 55 rancher has different configuration of teeth and links.

Direct replacement for my Homelite 18"

Great chains for the price. They fit perfectly and seem just as sharp and durable as the ones that came with it. I will purchase again if needed.

Quality chain, but not the best you can get, nor will it last as long between sharpening as other specialty chains.I've used this chain to cut through Oak, Pine, and Cedar without any issues. I had cut maybe 3 cords by the time it needed to be sharpened for the first time.

All that has been said about it is true. Easy to start & restart and cuts through new timber like a hot knife through butter. It does have some difficulty when it comes to cutting aged, hardwood, logs. It is a good saw that will cut and idle through a full tank of gas without stalling. That in itself makes it worth buying.

I an having good luck with this new chain, Have sharpened it a few times and it seems to be holding up fine. And the price is a couple of dollars less than I can get it locally.

From what I can tell this will do the job for sure. Only problem I have is I haven't gotten around to putting on my tool.

Fits my Craftmen saw fine. The first run was satisfactory. I just need it to cut longer with less sharpening than the original chain. So it difficult to rate higher than a four... Sharp out the box and nice cuts in light use for early spring clean up cuts

I needed to replace a dull chain in a hurry and this did as well as the original chain on my Poulan chainsaw. The price made it possible to get a second chain rather than be without the original while it was being sharpened.

Great fit function for our chain saws. Sometimes out of stock/hard to find at local big box stores or elsewhere. That was the case with us.Chains are highly specific to your chainsaw and drive gear. Be sure/very careful to check the application for your specific chain saw, in length, number of links, and cutter chain type.The hassle of chain sharpening, cost of shop fees to re-sharpen chains, compared to new chains is a toss up.We buy a few new chain sets to add to our small pool of used chains that we periodically sharpen en mass, and change them out as needed in the woods.Have read, but cannot confirm that the single chain packaged products are made in the USA, and the dual packs are made in China. Possibly others can jump in here with comments on that.

but who cares right? as long as a chain saw chain is new and it cuts. with that said, in oregon cardboard box which was all but flat in the mailbox. no need to see anyone because no over-sized packaging and wasted plastic.

Seems to dull pretty easily but overall satisfied. Seems a bit pricey

THIS DOES NOT FIT THE "55" AS IT SAYS IN THE LISTING. I have a Rancher 55 with an 18-inch chain and this is about 11/2 inches short of fitting. Maybe I got a defective chain, I don't know. Secondly, I now know why this chain is the price it is. It is very lightweight and would not have held up well under the type of cutting I need to do on my property. All the specs are there, so my fault for not looking at it closer.

Good product, but I have found it cheaper elsewhere on the internet.

Haven't used the spare chain yet but I'm sure it will be good .

I wish I could find a chain coated with industrial diamond. At least these are not the very low kick back design so you can cut when they are sharp.

Chain is okay. Oregon used to make a chain that would last a year of use, but now you're luckt to get 24 true hours of use.

I ordered this product but instead received a D66 item number. That being said, it did not fit my chainsaw and I had to run around to stores looking for the right one I needed. Too bad I had ordered this as a back up so I could not return to amazon as I had not opened it until after the return date. Good product I'm sure but not able to do anything with this now.

Was dull after cutting up a medium poplar. Not thrilled.

I gave this three stars because the product is as advertised and it should fit our chain saw but doesn't seem to want to slip on right. Not sure if it is a defective chain or a defective user.

These wear out much too quickly.

The first one they sent how do defect which made it useless. I returned it and the new one sent has worked just fine.

I received the wrong chain was 2 inches to long - had another package and that one was right - can't seem to be able to get hld of any one about this

The chain cuts well....however when the chain jumps off the guide track it gets chewed up by the gear sprocket in the chainsaw. I have gone through three chains like this.

Went dull quickly, like fifteen minutes quickly. Did not hold up with the type of wood I had to cut (admittedly not the best). So now I have to figure out how to sharpen, or a waste of $14

Product did not hold edge, needing to be sharpened after only 10 minutes of use on one year old apple, appricot, maple and ash lumber. . .

Didn't fit my Ryobi 18" chainsaw (it's about an inch too short) despite being advertised as being same length and specification as my chainsaw's chain. Be careful when shopping for chains and be really certain that it is compatible!

I have a craftsman which came with 2 chains of very good quality and tough. But this replacement seemed too light, too thin....something was not right. I did not trust it. Maybe I got the wrong one? Well, I returned it and hopefully I will find an OEM.

After reading many rave reviews I purchased two of these. They may be awesome, but they won't fit a Homelite Pro 18" saw - no way no how.

This did not fit my 18 inch craftsman chain saw. It fell a link too short to use it on my chainsaw.

got the wrong size chain.opened it today to put on our saw,seems like we got a 20 inch chain in a package that said 18 inch,not sure if I can even return it now.

These chains come off when they heat up from use. Save yourself the headache and get a 20LPX072G or 20BPX072GThe first option is for the person who does not cut trees professionally. You will likely not notice the difference. The second one is a bit more aggressive though can cause the saw to kick back which is you do not know how to handle some thing that could cut you in half, I would say avoid the situation with out experience. Mostly never cut with the tip of the bar unless you know what it could do or play it safe and get the first low kick back version, these are not a toy and speaking of toys the Husqvarna chain in this size is junk unfortunately. Other sizes are amazing and I have cut many many trees with them with out issue for years. Two of these chains both came off in under 10 minutes when they heated up. This usually does not cause it to break though if it did, it could kill you. I have spoken with husqvarna about this and they recommended the Oregon chains and they tried to console me telling me this chain is not for professional use. I found this comment to be ridiculous in nature.

THIS CHAIN SAW BLADE IS SO DULL IT WOULD NOT CUT HOT BUTTER. I USUALLY DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT A PRODUCT. I ALWAYS SAY BUYER BEWARE. BUT THIS ONE IS SO BAD I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING.

false ads. ordered Oregon brand, received a chain inside a broken plain box, no description, no brand name, no way to tell if it is used or new. return straight back.

It was previously used and dull.

Sharpness didnt last a day

The Oregon S62 was recommended for my Homelite 46 cc 18" chain saw. The recommended chain did not fit. The photo shows that the code is the same, but the package no longer says "Homelite". Since I didn't change it right away, the return date expired by 1 week. Very disappointing. Will change my recommendation if Amazon allows me to exchange the chain.

Returned - does not fit my Homelite 4618.

Opened new package. Found one of the chain links not entirely connected from factory. Can't return back to Amazon since I opened it after return expiration date passed. Out $15.
