I only use Splenda in my coffee or tea. I don't like the thick, heavy taste of table sugar (if that makes sense). One packet is enough since it's sweeter than table sugar. It's great for carbing down. I make low carb ice cream with cream, splenda, vanilla extract and ice in the blender. Yummy! I haven't baked with it.This is a great price at $13.97 with subscribe and save (in Shoprite it is $17.99) and I don't have to go to the store!Someone told me that it causes cancer, so I read this government review at: www.cancer.gov /about-cancer/causes-prevention/risk/diet/artificial-sweeteners-fact-sheet#q2.I know it contains sucralose ((chlorinated sucrose, just like salt (sodium and chlorine)), which doesn't promote cavities. I can't find any published studies regarding cancer.It contains dextrose which is identical to glucose (D-glucose).It also contains maltodextrin which is a polysachharide. In large doses, it enters the blood stream quickly for energy (athletes use it for post workout recovery).Bottom Line: I am going to continue to use Splenda because I like the taste and there are no calories.If I am incorrect, please let me know. Sometimes bulk boxes of artificial sweetener is actually stale. Dont know why that is. It happened to us with a large box of equal. It had lumps as if it was damp at one time. This box of Splenda was very fresh and our favorite of all the brands.

If you are a Splenda lover like me, then this box is such a great value compared to the ridiculous grocery store prices. I like the little packs for my coffee because they are just so convenient in getting the perfect amount. And just a tip for you guys, always look at the coupons because I got an even better deal on this product with my coupon. So it was such a great value and I don't think even the big warehouse stores can beat Amazon prices on subscribe and save products if you are getting five and definitely not if you use coupons on those products!

I have used splenda since it first came out on the market. It is not like some of the others that have a slight backtaste. A box of this size is so much more less expensive when I did the math. I use it in my coffee...my morning cereal....and baking. I can't tell the difference in the taste of this and sugar but My Calorie intake is much less because I drink a lot of coffee. The packets are small so I throw a few in my purse when I'm on the road. Good product!

I don't normally write reviews because it's not worth my time. I've been using Splenda for a long time now. I had ordered this 700 single packet box from Amazon and I decided to look at the reviews for some reason. That's when I saw a review that started out "[Note: This review has been attached to another Splenda product and some have found it to be helpful, so I'm reposting it on this product.]" I thought it was an auto review transposed by Amazon. Like it was from the same exact product except a different size. 1000 count box or 400 count box, whatever. I have been watching my carbs and I canceled my order because the review alarmed me. It was claiming that Splenda has a lot of carbs. This is most likely true for a different Splenda product. I know they sell Splenda in a container that you can scoop out whatever you need for cooking. For me, I use two packets of this exact product in my coffee every morning. I walked into my kitchen and checked the nutritional information on this specific product. One packet of Splenda contains less than 1 carb. In this case 1 packet = 1 serving. Assuming the worst case that means both my packets of Splenda in my cup of coffee are costing me less than 2 carbs. It could be much less then that but either way I'm not worried about 2 carbs.I just want to give people a heads up that these are two completely different products. I really don't care what you buy.As long as I'm writing a review I may as well through this in. My box of Splenda came sealed. It also came in a slightly smaller box then I am used to receiving. Same number of packets, less air, slightly shorter box.

Splenda no calorie sweetener is my favorite and I go thru a lot of it fast! So when I first found the bulk (700) I was thrilled, and the price was very reasonable, too. As i was checking out, Amazon gave me the option to LET them send me more automatically when I started running low, and I controlled the delivery schedule!!!! Well shoot, now I would just be a fool if I didn't order it. In addition to auto sending so that I wouldn't run out, signing up would drop the price even more! I've been signed up and using the product on auto-ship for more than a year now (maybe even two). I'm very happy with the product and Amazon.

i've replaced my creamer and sugar in my coffee and my sugar and honey in my tea with this and i am very happy i did. originally i was trying to cut out some calories but it really tastes great and i actually prefer it over sugar in my tea! for my coffee i use way less of this than i did with sugar and it tastes even better. glad i tried it out because i am really happy with it and you get a LOT for the price, it'll definitely be lasting me awhile

I got started on equal. I use the generic brand of Equal but it's got more expensive (popularity-supply and demand) than Equal. This is a great value for the money and I love the product....even tho' everybody says it's going to kill me. They said that about MSG in the mid 80s. NOT. I am 70 and no stuff going on inside. I get blood/urine checks every 4 months.Besides 70 is a great age to live (not that I have any stupid thoughts). At least the Bible says it is.I don't have diabetes and almost everyone I know as it or something like it and they all struggle with morbid obesity.

Great price for this item! We normally pay $8-$10 locally for about 200 packages, so getting 800 packages here for $15 was an excellent buy! My roommate tried them and said they were just as fresh and delicious as what we were getting locally but half the price.Will purchase again as we go through a lot of Nutrasweet.

Be sure that you have room in your kitchen cabinet for this box of Equal, because it's quite large! There's enough Equal in here to probably last 400 days. I calculated this by dividing the total number of equal packets (800) by the quantity that I use per day (2). 800 ÷ 2 = 400 days! That's one year and 35 days! So around February 2017 I'll be ordering up a replacement box of these bad-boys.I like equal a lot. It's better than sugar and can add the perfect amount to my tea to get optimal sweetness. I highly recommend it!

Tastes great, I usually use natrataste which is the cheaper, less strong off brand of equal. At this price it is worth buying the equal since I can use one and a half packets instead of two for the same sweetness. I usually pay $4.50 for 250 of the natrataste so 800 would cost $14.40. At the time of this review 800 equal cost $11.63. Equal does have a shelf life so buying more than you can use by best date is risky. Hope this helps.

I drink a lot of coffee--about 6 cups a day. I like my coffee blonde and sweet but as much coffee as I drink that is a lot of granulated sugar to be drinking every day. I need to loose some weight as I have gained a lot in my senior years, so I decided to cut down on sugar everywhere that I can. So now I use Equal in my coffee and on my breakfast oatmeal instead of sugar. I use to use Equal back in the 1970s and don't know why I quit using it. I will continue to use Equal but I won't be buying it from Amazon any more. This box was delivered just as you see it--not put into another box and the box of Equal's corners were damaged during the shipping. The reason for the 5 stars is because I can't complain about the product and this review is just suppose to be a review of the product itself and not a rating for the seller.

We use Splenda. We like it and the fact that we can get the large box so we don't run out.

Always use this at home. In diners I use sugar. Another product called Regal tastes the same to me as Splenda. I've used Splenda for years. The price on Amazon has been best until recently. Even though I bought this 700 packs X 3 I also bought this at web restaurant or something like that. They also had Regal.This is a good buy and I will buy it again.

I'm lazy. I have all my coffee supplies delivered directly to the office. I've ordered this multiple times and love the convenience.The box also holds up well in the office kitchen which I feel like is a feat in and of itself.

I've been using Splenda since it came out. I've never had any problems with it. I get a 700 count bulk box, two or three times per year.I cannot tolerate Aspartame, which is a proven toxin, especially when heated. For me, Aspartame causes bad memory loss and nasty gastrointestinal distress. Ever since it was illegally pushed through the FDA approval process [which I was told by an original NutraSweet/Aspartame production team member] and added to millions of food and drink products, I've had to stop consuming all of them and read every product label. Thank FSM for Splenda! It may not be 100% perfect, but it's not poison and it doesn't make me sick.I don't understand the people that complain about unwanted effects when using large quantities. Large quantities of natural sugar is horrible for you. Large quantities of high-fructose corn syrup is bad for you. Even too much water can kill a person. More people need to learn about moderation.

I love buying Splenda in bulk. Subscribe & save feature rocks for items like this that I know I buy on a monthly basis and now I just have to click a few buttons on Amazon and wait for the delivery right to my door. Except I didn't know the box had been delivered until I was going through my emails and decided to check on my delivery status about a week after I knew it should have arrived. It was sitting in my post office mailbox at my apartment complex unbeknownst to me. I live in a complex where the mailboxes are all bunched together in a common area that is not right outside my apartment door. I guess it would have been delivered to my door if I lived in a house where the mailman would drop the box off to me. Other than not knowing that my package had been delivered over a week ago, the item arrived in great condition and had all 700 packets in it. Just kidding, I didn't really count it.

We like Equal for coffee, baking, and any other application where sugar is needed as I am diabetic and it works fine for me, and tastes good. I have tried other substitutes and this one, in my opinion, is the best

I like my tea sweet, so I use Equal. So far, it's my favorite artificial sweetener. I just wish these were cheaper. I find that ALL artificial sweeteners over sell the sweetness of their products. Each package is supposed to be equal to two teaspoons of sugar. Not so. I don't even think it's equal to one teaspoon of sugar. But all these artificial sweeteners say the same thing. It's better than most, I think.

I love the blue color and I love the Equal brand. Not much to review since most people who use artificial sweetener are familiar with it at restaurants. The box is huge and will last me awhile. I thought the price is a bit high like it is in the stores, always higher than Sweet 'n Low for some reason, but not as high as Splenda and a couple others. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price, even in higher volume of 800 packets.

When I originally purchased this item from Amazon, I could get this 700 count box to my door for $19 all in. It is currently up to $26 as the price increased slightly and shipping went up to around $6. I won't continue to buy this item from Amazon as there is currently little to no savings to me.

ENJOYED PRODUCT AND ONE OF THE FEW THAT ACTUALLY TASTED LIKE SUGAR. I AM TRYING TO CUT BACK ON SUGAR AND NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE WAY TO DO BUT SHOULD I NEED MORE WOULD REORDER.

Bought this because I was out of Splenda and out of time - a crazy schedule. This is NOT a large box like at Costco - more like two of the ones from Walmart. Although it was packets, it was FULL of splenda POWDER which leaked all over everything (floor, counters, etc) before I even got the wrapping off the box. There were no cuts in the box - so the leak was not caused by a mistake by the delivery person. It is simply inferior product from the manufacturer. So, I'm so busy I order this online, yet noe I have to scrub up all this mess off of everything. Go to Costco, get more for much less. And it won't leak all over the place, either.

I have found many of the packages to be off-cut. This means many are already empty, or worse emptying themselves all over the counter and me. I realize this is typically done by machine, but it still does not make the product better. Where is the quality control?

I love this product but gave it only 3 stars, as the package was unprotected when I received it, and there were packets all over my front stoop. Not a single strip of tape to cover the open-fold of the bottom of the box. However, equal itself tastes just fine.

Not great taste

Always a great way to get sweetener at a reduced rate than buying at the store. My wife and I have come to the conclusion however that Wal-Mart generic brand only requires half the sweetener to get the same flavor. So, price for quantity and quality are less than desirable.

As much as I like buying from Amazon, I found this and some others to be extremely priced. $15 for 7000 packets is a lot. I found 1000 packets for only 13.99 at clubs and supermarket.

I have been using equal for over 20 years. Now they have changed the ingredients. Besides aspartame there is a lot of other ingredients I don't recognize. The Taste is different the sweetness is not as sweet and when I open a pack the sugar sweetener is brown instead of white. Don't like this new formula.

Comes in the package box alone. Handled and broken open.

Some of the packets were light in weight or contain no sweetner. This is equal sweeter as far as I can tell.

getting too expensive. getting wal-mart great value brand. same stuff about half the cost. 2.08 per 250 packs. 10.40 for 1000. equal is 16 bucks for 800.

I was surprised at the contents of this box. Many of the individual packets have little or nothing in them. I'm not sure what happened but I hope it was just a fluke.

These were sent as a replacement for the plates I had ordered. These plates might be fine for a picnic, but don't plan on using them in the microwave.

You can get this cheaper if you buy a smaller size. Look at the cost per unit.

bad bad for health

Don't buy this splenda online. I use splenda all the time, so I thought buying it online would be cheaper and easier. This box has 700 packets in it, but only about half of them are usable-- the other half are hardened and unusable/ don't disintegrate into drinks. I don't know why/how the packets ruined.

This box of Splenda individual packets was in terrible condition. All the packets appear to have been exposed to excessive moisture. The Splenda inside is all caked and lumpy. It is impossible to use any of the packets. Cut them any which way and more than half the Splenda remains inside. A complete waste of good money. I would give zero stars if I knew how.

I just opened the box that looks used. Some of the packets looked like coffee was already spilled on them. The box smelled like window cleaner.

I use a lot of equal. I like Aspartame. My experience with Aspartame is that its sweetness diminishes over time, esp if exposed to heat. I had heard reports that some sellers sell "stale" Equal that has little sweetening power left. I believe that is what I got in my last purchase here. I have to use 40% more to get the same sweetness in my morning coffee, long time routine. Box says Best if Used by Oct2018, but it's sweetening power has already dropped dramatically. My GF agrees. She puts it in her diet tonic water to juice it up a bit. Not sure how one avoids getting weak Equal online. First time for me.

It was not the individual packets, it was boxes of sugar. Very disappointed.

Problem -at least half of the packets covered in watermarks and the equal inside the packet is stiff, hard as a rock and unusable. I'd like a refund. I havent had this problem before, but stiff watermarked equal is disgusting.

The worst sweetener I have ever purchased. It takes twice the amount of other brands to properly sweeten drinks.
