I bought him a few different pairs of gloves trying to get the right style and fit for him but over time he didn't like the bulkiness of the gloves I'd bought. I finally let him try mine one day and he absolutely loved them. It was a perfect fit for his small hands and no one but me knows that they're "women's" gloves because they are black with a white swoosh, pretty gender neutral. I'd rather he wear women's gloves that fit than to wear men's or unisex gloves that don't fit him well. These gloves have just the right amount of grip and padding to be comfortable while being thin and lightweight enough to let you get through an hour to hour and a half session without sweating and feeling gross.
