Absolutely love this faucet! It was fairly easy to install, looks beautiful, and is taller than our old one so that I can fill up my water bottle from the sink- practical!

Beautiful faucet. Relatively easy installation made possible by the very clear instructions that were included with the product. This was my first time installing a faucet and I thought it was pretty straightforward so if you have experience I would imagine it to be a breeze. It's a sturdy and beautiful faucet with handles that move easily. I would buy it again!

Bought this for our downstairs bathroom after picking up a granite counter on craigslist. Installation was fairly easy, but I've done multiple faucet installations in my 52 years.Looks really good with the black granite. Handles are solid and have a good feel to them when moving them. Spout is fairly high up which provides lots of room to wash hands, etc. Very happy with my purchase.

We put this in our new bathroom, in a "corian" style hard surface vanity countertop. This is a sleek, elegant, yet simple set that looks wonderful. We are very happy with it.

Purchased for a bathroom remodel where we installed granite countertops and new faucets. Love, Love, Love this faucet. High quality product that looks absolutely fantastic. I especially love that the product is resistent to water stains as we have nickel in another bathroom and I am constantly cleaning.

Recieved, looked at it and it looks elegant. I haven't installed it yet because the hole on my bathroom sink is small compared to the size of the faucet. So I am going to enlarge the hole and that will fix the problem.Update: finally installed it and I'm really happy with it. There has been a lot of comments about the noise and it's not noisy at all. It makes a regular noise as any faucet makes there's water coming up & down so it's just that.There were also comments about the faucet having small puddles, the same I think people are exaggerating or very picky. I left a picture so that you could see it for yourself. I recorded a video but somehow I'm not able to upload it. Anyway I'm super happy with this faucet.

Nice quality for the price. Looks much more expensive- seems to be made well and pretty solid. The only caveat is that the water pools on the tray a bit after use, but this is really a pretty petty issue. Would buy again.

There are several voice-tress reviews saying this faucet has issues. I didn't run into any of the listed issues.1)The fittings issues has either been resolved or someone had the wrong fittings to begin with. Ours connected flawlessly.2)The supply lines are steal braided rubber. Not the best, but not the worst be a long shot.3)Water did not pool in our faucet at all. Check your counter for level, ours is dead flat and we have almost zero water left in the faucet. ( we have a couple drips left over from surface tension)4) There is no drain stop built in to the faucet which is accurate. This is a little strange since it is to short for a vessel sink ( which is not supposed to have a drain stop) but for us this is a non issue since it is going into a first floor bathroom. Decide for yourself.5) The instructions are bad which is accurate. There is a book that covers every aspect of installing every faucet this company makes. Another oddity. For use it wasn't an issue. The only install concern was which side the hot water connects to. If you look at the front of the faucet there is a small red/blue indicator. We used that as our guide and everything worked out fine. (hot left, cold right) which is standard.6) Water splashing. Totally not an issue for us. We have 80psi and a 1.5 inch line running into the house so we were expecting this to be an issue. It wasn't and isn't. Perhaps if the sink is VERY small this could be an issue. Our sink is the typical small bathroom sink.7) Needs a larger hole. It does, this is NORMAL for a single hole faucet. If you have a three hole faucet check to see if 1 1/4 inch pipe will fit it. If so you are all set. If not, you "may" have to enlarge the hole or go with a different faucet. (three hole design).8) noisy ... yep it is. Not so loud as some people are saying though. They make it sound like a jet is taking off, its more like a scooter.9) heavy ... yep seems like that helps quality to me.10) not legal in usa ...I'm not touching that one.11) expecting a moen from an off brand for 33 bucks. Yep way to many reviewers doing that.

We ordered these for our new bathroom sink. I was worried that the water flow would be just a slow flow. Not even close. The water comes out just fine, and is easy to wash hands, etc in the sink. Color is accurate. I had my contractor install, and he didnt complain, so im assuming there where no issues.We have had numerous compliments on these faucets.

Great looking faucet. Only took me a few minutes to install. The hardest part was getting the old faucet off. Paired with a quick countertop refinish (Rustoleum tub and tile spray) it was a quick, $45, update.

I was a bit hesitant to pull the trigger on this faucet based on reviews stating that it comes with a ½ inch connector vs. the standard 3/8 inch connector you find in the US. I guess the manufacturer is listening. Mine came with 3/8 inch connectors. I had actually found pex ½ stop valves that I ultimately had to return.Pros:• Beautiful faucet• Simple install• Nice flowCons:• The faucet does not have quite enough angle on it, so water tends to pool once it is turned off. If this is going to drive you crazy, don’t buy it or find a way to add lift at the back when mounting to create the angle.• The connectors are proprietary. If the hoses go bad, I am not sure you will be able to find a replacement.Advice:• IF you have high water pressure, do not open the valves all the way to help prevent splashing

I am really satisfied with this purchase. This adds a whole new layer to our bathrooms. Really high quality.

Good faucet, good bang for the buck. This one isn't going to win any art awards for design, but it is stylish and doesn't attract any negative feedback. Could have spent twice as much, but for a kids bathroom it works out just fine and looks classy.

Exactly as described and works great; however, due to the fact the facet has no angle water sits on the facet opening. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for this reason and I feel that I will need to replace in a five or so years, although for the price I have no complaints . It has excellent pressure, so much that water actually bounces out of the sink if you open the facet all the way. It has a nice chrome look and feels very sturdy. It was very easy to install and the plate covered my three hole sink perfectly. If you looking for an expensive look and feel at a cheaper price, this is definitely the right faucet.

I have the same issue as many. When installing, to prevent water seeping under it and dripping under the sink, I had to tighten it - and doing that caused it to lay kind of flat aka not angled so water does sit inside the top once turned off. ASfter a week or 2 even with using it few times daily, the constant water up there causes white mineral stains on the faucet. I try and kleep a towel nearby and wipe it dry after each use - which is good because as you use it, splashes cause water spots all outside of it everywhere - so cleaning it is a regular thing. Overall tho I do like it a lot :)

I purchased two of these faucets. With both identical, new plumbing, one faucet has an excellent flow while the other is noticeably slower. I'm not exactly sure of the difference, but I'm guessing it's the faucet. Short of switching them, I am going to buy another one to see if that helps. But to get a modern faucet at this price is a bargain. Moen is like 10x more!

The price is great. Every item needed to install, including flexible screw-on feed lines is in the box. Looks and works great. I do have one minor complaint. It seems a bit louder than my old faucet when it's running. On the other hand the old faucet cost four times what this one does. So I think I can live with a little sound.

I love the way it looks and it works beautifully. I gave four starts because it gets water spots with every use that need to be cleaned off and a tiny bit of water puddles so if you install in a sink that you are not using much, that could be an issue. Otherwise I love this faucet. We installed one in each bathroom and they are a very nice addition.

Looks fantastic! The other reviewers are correct in that it does leave some water in the faucet spout after use (but that doesn't really bother me). I don't find the noise to be bad at all, like some have stated. It's sturdy and beautiful. However, install was not a breeze as it didn't fit in my standard 3-hole 4 in centerset sink. We had to drill out the center hole a bit to get it to fit.

First off, the faucet is beautiful and works great. I like everything about it......except for that confounded old-school drain stopper mechanism! When will this this "Erector Set" approach to modern plumbing be replaced with something better?!! I absolutely abhor the "above-counter lifter rod clumsily attached to a metal strip with holes beneath the counter" style of drain stops, which invariably rubs against something below deck! In this case, the plunger assembly rubbed against ("hit" actually) the otherwise surprisingly well-designed manifold included with the faucet. In the end I was unable to get the damn thing to work consistently or easily. I ended up buying a "click" style pop-up drain from Lowe's for $40 that works like a charm! Problem solved.........DONE!This isn't rocket science, Moen. My cheap Pfister faucet came with a click style pop-up drain that has served me very well, and installation was a snap. For what a Moen faucet costs I expect better.

I have this installed a few days ago. At first glance it looks really nice. Some water would stay on the "mouth". It seems to be working fine so far. The big problem I have is the noise. I read about people complaining about the noise. I thought I it wouldn't be too bad. How much can a faucet make? I could deal with that. Oh Boy I was wrong. It's really loud. It's louder than my bathroom fan. If you don't mind waking up your whole neighborhood when using the faucet, have at it.From a quality vs price standpoint, it's a really good deal. Would I buy it again knowing what I know now? I would spend more money in getting a faucet with less noise.

Really love these faucets. Lightly brushed nickel. One major problem, our water spots for them. The water collects on the side leaving a large stain. Have to wipe them off with a cloth after using. Very hard to clean.

Very elegant faucet. Easy installation. Water seems to splash out after it hits the sink even after decreasing the water pressure. Had to place a small carpet in front of the sink to keep the floor dry. We do love the look. The manufacturer needs to make minor adjustments to perfect the water flow. Might work better in a larger sink.

great look, very good quality.BUT if you turn them on full, the water sprays out of the sink. So maybe dont have short shallow sinks.

Looks ok, but a couple of negative points which prompt me to give it 3 stars:1. Too LOUD!!! You can hear it all the way across the halls even with the door closed2. Is not stain resistant. You have to clean it after every use. The spots show on this faucet very easily. High maintenance.

Frankly, I don't know how to rate this purchase. The faucet itself is attractive, very heavy, well made, and an all round very cool fixture. And there were no complaints about the delivery. However, the Amazon suggestion about which items are "frequently bought together" made me make an additional purchase, based on their recommendation, of a flat plate to cover the holes in a three-hole sink, and a stopper device for the sink basin. When the faucet arrived, a flat plate was included. This is my oversight, since looking at the picture, I should have seen that a flat plate was included. Another week went by before my new Kohler pedestal sink arrived from Home Depot, and then a few days after, my plumber arrived to put everything together for me. In the middle of this project, he informed me that the connector brass was too large for the sink hole. In a mild panic, I ran out to the local Home Depot and purchased the only nice looking waterfall faucet they had in stock. This replacement equipment was an entire set of things -- it included the faucet, a flat plate, and a clic-clac sink stopper. I paid about three times more for having to make this hasty purchase than I had paid for the the Eyekepper faucet alone, and now I not only needed to return the faucet, but also the two extra items that I should not have purchased in the first place. I still regret not being able to use this faucet, but the plumber didn't offer me any alternatives. Perhaps if he had suggested that I might be able to find a small connector piece at the Home Depot, I might have been able to use it. You live and learn.

Awful! Metal seems are crooked on this and the water doesn't drain out of the spout correctly when turned off. I waited too long to install this, as the return date has passed and now I am stuck with a shlocky product. Heading out to Home Depot to replace it, which is where I should have gone in the first place. UPDATE: adding another star here because the seller did reach out and offer a refund. Doesn't make the faucet any better for us, and I still need to replace it, but I would at least consider purchasing another product in the future from this seller since they were willing to refund.

It was a nice looking faucet, but it was unfortunately just a tiny bit too big for our sink hole. Also, the instructions were very complicated and very hard to understand. There were directions for multiple different facets in the same booklet and it seemed like they were translated from a different language to English via Google translate. I also think we may have been missing a couple pieces when it arrived. If you can figure out the instructions and it's the right size for your sink, I'm sure it's a great faucet.

Initially I was in love with this product. Over the past month or so there is a clear film that is peeling off of the faucet. I only clean it with water and nothing else. I own two silver versions on these and they are fine without any peeling. I would probably stay away from this color

This is really loud!! When the water runs, it sounds like there are 100 faucets running at once. Looks nice and works OK, but kind of cheap to the touch and the noise is an issue

The water lines that came with faucet have a 3/8 fitting and I have 1/2 inch main water fitting. So I need to price sum new water lines with a 1/2 ends . Will update after pricing part's.

Looks good and runs like you'd expect but there are two very big issues with this faucet: 1) there is no hole to stop your drain. So this means you have to access it some other way which really stinks. 2) this one is a biggie… After you turn off the faucet, it leaves water standing in the flat area that it pours out of. So basically, when you turn it off there still water sitting out there and it looks weird and I swear it's attracting mosquitoes to our bathroom. This isn't a small amount but stays there for days. Check out the photo. We really want to love these faucets and they look cool and they seem to operate well, but there are two major design flaw is that make us regret putting these in.Update 11/27/16: I'm adding another issue... these things are loud. My wife turned hers on and I was in another room and was shocked by the noise. I bought this because I thought it was modern and awesome, but it has turned into a major regret.

VERY poorly made!! All plastic washers that don't last very long. To replace a washer you need to removeThe facet from sink and I have yet to find local replacement parts. I give up. After a few years of this I need to buy a new facet. Frustrating, time consuming and expensive. Keep looking

Once again Moen fails me. There products are terrible, do not be fooled. First of all this particular faucet did not come with supply lines. Second, the pivot rod for the drain is not long enough. Third, the instructions are much too vague. Terrible, terrible and terrible. So on top of already having to spend more money on supply lines I now have to go buy a longer pivot rod. This is stupid don't purchase Moen.

Buyer Beware: Internal parts have lifetime guarantee for a reason, they break every l & 1/2 to 2 years and you have to pay the plumber to re-install the parts and the one I bought is not a water-saver.

Loved the look, installed correctly, however, I purchased 2x of these items. There was just one problem. One of the items came with a manufactured "tilt" to the vertical section. Which is fine, however, the second faucet does not have this. No way of knowing which is incorrect because the descriptions are not correct. Also, the faucet end has a bevel to it, where the water leaves the faucet. Again, I like this feature, but it is not on the other one. Very disappointed. Hoping the seller sends me the correct item asap. The difference in the two is VERY noticeable.

Renovating bathroom and bought this weeks before finish. Long story short, looks great, price is amazing but DID NOT WORK. Water just drizzeled out, and when off water stays on faucet. Well after 2 weeks you just forget about returning it. So dissapointed looks great but my plummer shouted "KOBE" and tossed it in the trash.

I returned it, it has a good ending but it looks very cheap. I didn't like

The faucet looks wonderful, but it's a poor design because it's straight, so when you're running water and then turn the faucet off the water will just sit there. Will have to replace, since sitting water isn't attractive or healthy to me. Very disappointed! All it had to be done was to angle it slightly and it would be perfect.

I love the look of this faucet and the pressure is great. However, very disappointed that after only one week it is stained with white residue because water lays in top of faucet and does not drain out after each use. Unfortunately it was put in a new bathroom and construction ran over so we did not get to use product before 30 day return period and now it is too late to return. I would definitely like a refund!
