My husband has been on a search for over a year for these stadium seats, so I took over and found these chairs on line. He was greatly surprised to receive these chairs for a Christmas present and absolutely cannot wait to use them. They have every feature he thought he wanted, particularly the arms.

Excellent chair for the price. It has two metal hooks to keep you to the bench, and they are positioned perfectly by being on the side metal bars. I purchased another chair that appeared to be similar but only had one hook and it was connected to the fabric in the middle of the seat, did not work at all. This product definitely does its job. The only thing I would note is that it is not made for someone over 200 lbs. My wife is about 120 lbs and has no issue with the chair, however I am about 210 lbs and when I lean back it feels like I might eventually break it given enough time. Great product for the money!

Got this one for my wife in Cardinal's red so that we can watch our son play baseball this season - very comfortable - does the job - I was a little worried that we'd see some wear and tear on the joints, but these chairs (I bought the black one for me) have held up very well - pads on the arms are more ornamental than padding, but there is a great back pocket (so we can store our sunflower seeds there) and the cup holder works pretty well, too, for water bottles - packs down flat for storing in the trunk in-between games.

My husband wanted this seat for sporting events. The size was perfect for him. It is sturdy and comfortable and easy to transport to his events

The chairs are very comfortable and I love the convenience of how they fold up! The only drawbacks I have is there are not any straps to strap the chair to the bleacher and the cup holder will not hold anything tall, but it would probably work for a soda can.

Covers can be removed for washing.. Color was just as shown, for the yellow one, However the purple one was a light orchid, not purple.

Bought to use during my daughters tournaments. They do get a full days use each time. It is nice to be able to lean back and the arm rests are nice as well. The cup holder doesn't really work for a drink, but it is a handy place to put your schedule, pen, phone, candy, whatever. If you have a tender hiney, maybe get a gardeners knee pad or another type of cheap cushion for your buns. I wanted to buy two seats and I only wanted to spend so much money, so I went with this version. Had I only been buying one, I might have decided to spend the same amount of money on ONE more expensive type. This works well for the purpose and it's nice having two rather than just one.

Great chairs but seat is a bit to big for bleachers. back side has a big hang over and will bump into person sitting behind you. Other wise great light weight chair.

It is what I expected. Have used it during the baseball season.

Bought this for the grandparents since they now have 7 grandchildren who are always busy with sports. They haven't had a chance to use them yet but they loved them when they received them.

Very comfortable and I wanted something that had enough width which this does. Has a nice strap for carrying. Only thing is it isn't able to clip to all bleachers inside the schools, so you just sit it on the bleachers without it clipped on. So you have to be careful not to tip back too far or lean ahead to much or you will fall out of your sit.

Comfortable, not bulky or heavy. Would have given 5 stars but the clip under the seat that is supposed to clip onto the bleacher seat broke the first time we used it. Only used it outside once. Will use it inside this winter in high school gyms. Not sure the clip really held it secure anyway. I did not contact the seller that the piece broke.

This seat was very comfortable. My only issue is that it's a little big for the stadium seats. The people behind me were not happy, so I scooted the seat forward a little, which felt unstable. I finally moved (there were other seats available for that game), and was able to sit back and relax for the rest of the game. If the stadium had been full, this would have been a problem.

Worked great the first two times then the right "C" ring broke. Cup holder on right side is usless as it is behind the person seated in the chair and can only be reached by reaching with the left hand across the body.

You know, not top of the line.
Not as comfy or as sturdy as our suspension style seat, but half the price.
One of the arm supports is milled a little too large and the back rest is more flexible than it should be since the support isn't as tight.
I like the cup holder and the little storage pockets.

This is not as good a seat as the suspension style, but it works for occasional use.

I give this item 3 stars because it doesn't allow you to sit straight up when you lean back in the chair if you hook it to the bleachers the hooks have spring's in them which causes your chair to lean back and on the person knees behind you. The front bar hurts my legs because I'm a fairly short person.

I give huge credit that they refunded my purchase price without a hassle. I was so hopeful the chairs would be as nice as they looked (I bought 2). They would be, except the support straps on the side were too long or sewn in the wrong place so the backrest reclined way to far to be useful. The armrests seem appealing but are too low/short to be functional - maybe o.k. if you are a short person. Kudos to Amazon for taking care of it all though!

My wife and I got a pair of these, and while the thought was that it would be great, actually using them was a bit of a pain. We arrived a high school marching band competition after the stands were rather full. One is unable to utilize these if you will have people sitting behind you as it actually cuts into the section where their legs would be. Also, the bar that goes across the front dug into the back of our legs. This would be better suited to have a pad build into the seat as it would be more comfortable.

I used it for the first time last night. It does add padding on the seat area. I’m not crazy about the back of it. It’s like it wanted to fold up putting pressure against my back.

Clip that holds it to bench bent and broke. Probably because I weigh too much. The wife loves hers. Cushion is better than sitting on the hard metal or wood bleachers at games.

Comfortable seat. However the included hook on the bottom is horrible. It is only held in with a couple of small 3/8" wood screws. I read many previous posts complaining about the hook ripping out of the seat, so I knew ahead of time this would be a problem. I took the 2 hooks that mounted to the frame of my older stadium chair and installed them onto the frame of this new chair using a couple of rivets and viola... I have a great new chair to watch my favorite high school football team on Friday nights.

It sits funny on the bleachers at the schools, you kind of sit leaning way back over them. The bar in front starts to hurt the back of my knees after a while. However, it is light, provides cushion and has lots of pockets for your stuff.. It is fine High school football games.

The chair is nice but it only has one hook for the bleachers so it doesn't give as much support as I would like when you latch it. I feel like I am falling backward. Also, I ordered two of the gray and red chairs and I was sent one red and white chair and one red and tan chair so they don't even match and neither one is the color combination I ordered. I was unhappy about that.

The seatr gets three stars since the bracket which is to hold the seat to the bench is worthless; however, the seat can be used without this bracket. When used without the bracket you can not lean back hard but the chair is large enough to still give proper support while sitting normally. Besides the bracket being poorly constructed it is placed wrong so even before it broke I was not able to lean back in this seat. In all other respects the seat is well made and the company would be smart to just eliminate the bracket. I camp for months at a time and use a picnic table for a desk outside. This chair has allowed me to sit and write for hours in comfort.

I received the Black Stadium Chair with Stadium Hooks and I was very disappointed in the workmanship of this item. The stadium hooks wouldn't stay in place and I was afraid I would fall back. Also the material is not comfortable to sit in for a long period of time I do not recommend this chair for children or senior adults.

If you are looking for something to keep your butt off of the cold bleachers, then this works just fine. If you are looking for back support or a chair that keeps you at 90 degrees, this is not the chair for you. The straps that are supposed to hold you at 90 degrees do not keep you at 90 degrees. Works great as an ab workout when you lean all the way back and you have to support yourself without falling backwards. I will not be using this chair next year and will look for something with better support.

Returning this item (today). I read so many reviews I must have gotten mixed up. In any event the reviews regarding the non-useability of this item are spot-on. The base (depth) of the chair is too long for most any bleacher seats out there. As others wrote, no back support unless you lay the thing all the way back and lean on the bleacher seat behind you. Also the bar across the front (lower seat frame) just cuts the circulation right out of ones legs. The seat padding is mediocre as well. Don't waste your time and money.

Although this chair is VERY light, the chair itself has NO SUPPORT. The hooks do not secure very well on the bench and if you want back support you have to lean back VERY far. I tried different ways and different positions, but this chair just does not cut it. The limp hooks on the bottom of the chair do absolutely nothing to support you. I would have given it 0 stars, but the plus side is it does have a cup holder and lots of storage. As far as support goes, there is NONE. I will see if I can return it.

Don't buy. I'm fixing to return mine. I have used the chair at three different events at three different locations am each time I always felt like the chair was going to fall backwards. Yes the hooks under the chair were being used; problem is that the chair is too deep f

I opened this product, sat in the chair and immediately wanted to return it. This chair is made for smaller people. There is almost no point to the arm rests as they are too low to use them comfortably. There is not enough cushion on the seat to sit in it for a prolonged period of time. I could feel the metal immediately. This might work great for a smaller person but you will still need to get another pad to place on top of the seat for it to be comfortable for sitting for a few hours at a sporting event.

The frame/bars WILL leave an impression on you! There is no padding on around the bars to cushion your legs or back from feeling them. The seat cushion seems nonexistent because all you feel is the metal frame. The only thing this seat is good for, really, is to provide some back support. But this is NOT a comfortable seat, even for 5 minutes. Try another

We expected too much from this product. We have always been a huge fan of Stansport's products. This one did not meet our expectations. The bottom hook that keeps the chair in place ripped out after the second use. The bottom pads are not suspended high enough and it just ends up being a seat pad with a back. The upper pad on the back is to firm and rubs in to the back. We have to put a blanket over it to prevent it from hurting. The chair needs more padding where the legs meet the chair. The bar cuts into your legs. Also the hook does not stay on the bleachers. It feels unsafe when you sit on it or try to move in the chair. Will not send back do not want the hassle.

This seat doesn't lock secure to the stadium bleaches. This seat only has the front hook. Where as the seat I had before had the hooks on each side (which didn't come from your company). Which kept the seat secure in place. when I use this seat I have to be careful not to move much because the seat will fall back. I almost fell backwards because the hook doesn't hold it in place. I didn't return the seat because it would cost me too much postage. Also the opening for storage has nothing to keep the items from falling out. It should have a snap or a strap to hold it together. Just not at all satisfied with it.

bought 2 chairs. straps broke on one after 3 uses. straps on 2nd chair stretched out so far there was no longer any back support.

To be clear I'm 165lb so this is not a matter of being a fat guy. It is a matter of poor quality.and design.

This chair is crap.
The "arm rests" are cheap and wobbly and the seat back is secured with tension. The tension strap stretches and stretches out until you are slowly reclining yourself into the crotch of the people behind you in the stadium. Eventually it wouldn't sit up at all, and I purchased it for back support. It got thrown away after the seller did not respond to emails.

When I receive this product I first noticed that the cup holder was installed backwards so it sat in your lap instead of the outside of the chair. When I went to use it for the first time the straps were too long so it reclined all the way back to the bench behind me. After sitting in it for about 5 minutes the threads ripped on one of the straps and let loose. I do not recommend this product.

I was very disappointed with this product. This chair leans way too far back! The straps on side that hold the back upright stretch allowing you to go learn to far back. The chair was too deep to fit on the bleachers. If you used the hooks on the front again you were laying too far backwards. Tried not using hooks and moving chair forward, this helped a little but not much. Not much padding, but I really wasn't expecting a lot, just really wanted a back rest. Very bad purchase for us.

The seat did not fit the stadium bleachers; it appeared the hooks were not placed in the proper place to keep the chair on the bleachers. When I sat down the chair leaned back far enough to touch the bleachers behind me. I returned the chair for a refund.

After two days of use the arm rest came completely removed from the arm base. Not what I was expecting for the price. Need to call to get some sort of refund...

The chairs do not fully go back, so when you are sitting in them you are hunched forward. I left it to late to return them, otherwise I would have. Very poor design.

They are easy to set up but there is absolutely no padding for comfort and the storage area isn't big enough to much of anything. Honestly wish I hadn't spent the money on 2 of these. Bought 2 at the same time and they were shipped separately. Also packaging was horrible when delivered. Not happy at all.

While it's an attractive chair with pockets for your stuff there are two main problems with it. 1. The hook on the bottom to hold it in place is useless. It does not stay/fit to the stadium bench and you have this constant feeling of tipping over backwards. 2. there needs to be a way to tighten the straps between the back of the seat and the bottom of the seat, as again it just feels as is you are going backwards. If you put the back of the arm rests forward enough to where "they" sit on the bench the chair better stays forward but leaves you no leg room. Was disappointed for sure.

These chairs were SO uncomfortable because of the metal tube running across your upper back. Additionally, the steel hook used to fasten to the bleacher (under neath) came loose the first time we used it (on of the two scrawny screws pulled completely out). I will be looking for one that does not have a bar across the back....beware.

This chair is very large and hangs out way over the back of the bleachers at the high schools so none can sit comfortably behind you (there is no leg room). It only has one hook in the front center to hook under the bleachers and does not stay very well. I tried to return it but missed the cut of date by 2 days. I am displeased that I am stuck with this item I will never use!!!
