I LOVE this machine. Let me just say that after reading reviews I was so nervous whether the suction would be strong enough but decided to give it a try anyway. This machine arrived unused and in perfect condition and was packaged well. The suction is incredible! For those who say it does not have strong enough suction, they may either be made of reptile skin or they do not have a good connection between the skin and the diamond heads, or maybe they did not screw the diamond head all the way on the handle. This at home microdermabrasion machine definitely will have enough suction for everyone. The claim of "professional" in the description of this product is on point! There is nothing amateur about this machine. I would suggest if you have never done microdermabrasion before or have not done it yourself to watch a youtube video of people showing you how to use one. There are so many helpful tutorials on youtube.

This machine has saved my face by the way. I am 32 and have always had perfect normal skin without any sensitivities. Suddenly 3 months ago I started breaking out for no reason! No stress, no change in diet or exercise. I was sensitive to everything and had seriously bad acne on my chin. I was getting a new zit or pimple on my chin every day, sometimes 2 every day. I would just wake up and suddenly have 2 very unwelcome solicitors on my chin in the morning. Not only this but my chin was covered in acne scars. I tried washing my face twice a day, salicylic acid treatments, apricot facial scrubs, clay masks, everything and the only thing that worked was the incorporation of using this machine twice a week, washing my face at night, and a natural acne oil from Forces of Nature in morning and night.

I spent hours of research on at home microdermabrasion machines. Let me save you the homework and tell you to just buy this machine. It is fantastic and I can't see my life without it.

Absolutely LOVE this. Sorry I spent what I did on professional microdermabrasion. I was scared to use it at first & it took me a while to try it, but I now use it almost weekly. I was looking at the small home type ones and the one I had my eye on had sold out. I found this one on a deal for almost the same price as the home versions. Easy to use and only takes me about 10 min.

My wife has a salon. She is certified in microderm. She loves it and so does her customers.

Honestly not a bad product. Not as good as professional but works well enough for the price. Tips are not the best quality but again for the price not bad. Very light but large footprint. If this is the only thing in your price range go for it but if you can afford to spend more it might be worth it.

So far so good. I've only used it four times over the last 2-3 months. Haven't noticed any significant differences in my skin tone but does help clean out your pores. I do like that it came with so many tip choices, I like to switch it up and this is a great option most other microdermabrasion machines did not offer. The suction was strong, I can't see having more without damaging your skin.

The machine is great and works perfectly. My only request would've been for More complete and comprehensive instructions. They were hard to find anywhere, not on Google searches or YouTube searches etc.

back home I had a monthly diamond session..and it helped a lot to keep my skin fairer and smooth..when I came here to US.i never had one..not even once bcoz it's too costly.so I decided buying this product..instruction is so easy..though I have some knowledge on diamond peeling.i am completely satisfied..I've used it thrice since I bought it last month.i just hope it will last..longer!

This product is very good for the price you pay for it. The only problem I had was there is very limited instructions. If I had not gone to a Dr and had dermabrasion in the past not sure if I would have known how to use the machine. More instructions would be helpful. Otherwise, I would recommend the machine.

First off, I would have given 5 stars if there were more complete instructions. A DVD manual would be most excellent. I carefully read the reviews before purchasing the Kendal Professional Diamond Microdermabrasion Machine and am glad I purchased it based upon the favorable reviews.HOWEVER: This machine is not for the novice. I have studied skin care and kept up with my personal regime for over 40 years. This includes dozens of salon microdermabrasion sessions. Therefore, I knew how to use the wand and tips. And speaking of tips, here are a few:1. Do not apply a lot of pressure.2. Make sure the suction tips are flush with the skin.3. For best results, use sweeping motions.4. Avoid leaving the suction tip in one place to avoid abrasions and redness.5. Do not use over active pimples, cuts, lesions or moles.6. IF this is your first time with microdermabrasion, wait a couple of weeks before your next treatment. I was concerned about some of the reviews who said they were using it every 3 or 4 days.7. It works best in conjuction with Alpha-hydroxy peels and Retin-A. However cease use of peels and Retin-A at least 5 days before your next microdermabrasion treatment.Great Product - would recommend to others!

This device has already paid for itself. It's a bit intimidating, but once you get the hang of it you will love it. Hope that it lasts! I recommend watching YouTube videos of the process. The instructions left a little to be desired for. Less is more. Start with a finer tip so you don't irritate your skin. The machine is huge. You will need counter space or a big cabinet to store it in.

I'm sure this is a good machine, but I found it pulled my skin too much, even at lower settings. I'm sure if you perfect the technique your skin would not pull os much, but I don't have that much time to dedicate to it, and the last thing I want to do is stretch my aging skin on a weekly basis. Also I had some breakouts after using it, so I returned it. I've had better and quicker results using high grade microdermabrasion crystals, and blending them into my cleanser, much gentler approach and good for people short on time.

Very LARGE, so it's a pain to store away and too ugly to leave on counter. I've done it on my hands and noticed a improvement . Next is my face . We'll see how it goes

Purchased this item and it arrived at my front door in less than a week! it was very easy to assemble and clean. I used it right away and quickly learned that I need to practice! My face looked ridiculous after words. I looked like a cat attacked my face and it remained like that, plus red, inflamed and swollen, for about a week. But once it subsided my skin did look brighter and smoother. I will watch more youtube videos and will try again in a few days. Hoping to do a better job the next time!

I think it works like it should,there's no directions and even tho I'm a licensed professional in the industry, there should be a manual,at least.GOOD LUCK,and I recommend if you are not licensed to AT LEAST utube it.or you could RISK SERIoUS damage.

Suction is not strong compared to the microderm system that was in the med-spa Where I previously worked, however for a home system and someone without another professional system to compare it against the suction would be considered strong and actually works but you have to move the wand very slowly across your face to achieve a good exfoliation, but the wands are terrible. Where I worked, we used the diamondtone Altair system. I actually ended up splurging on a wand from the Altair system and currently use it with this system.

With the wand from a different system, and weekly to a week and half exfoliations I can definitely see a difference in my acne, my sun spots, and the overall general appearance of my skin. It is smoother and has a nice healthy glow. I do also use a beauty control acid pad and obagi products to help with the sun spots. So for a home system (with a better wand) this gets the job done for a decent price considering this price would only buy you a few microderms at a med-spa.

I've had this for a couple of months and I admit I don't change the filters regularly and I haven't had any issues, yet, knock on wood. :)

Really loved this product but it doesn't explain how everything works. The instructions are pretty bare, and trying to youtube videos was a nightmare. I would say with that combination it was difficult to navigate and I risked really damaging my machine. The picture shown is not exactly how it is put together.

It's an alright machine. Its very bulky and if the company would have let me return it, I would have. Since I am stuck with the machine I give you a review. I have been using this machine for 7 months and have not noticed any real change to my face. My face feels soft after I am done with a treatment, but nothing more.

Does this do anything to my face? Not sure but it feels good to use it. Plenty of power

No booklet. Still sitting here wondering what I should do now . With no booklet, I am in limbo. What to do next.

I gave it three stars because i dont think it can really compare to the ones you find in a medspa. After using it a few times im just not so excited about it. It does leave my face smooth and clean but as far as acne scars i dont really see the difference yet. Its a good buy for the price as well as if you cant afford to get to a medspa or spa often because of distance or price at least you can provide yourself a tx at home.

Suction is poor!! Maximum is 5 Hg and that is less than what is recommended for sensitive skin. What a waste of money.

Update: In order to improve the suction, I added 2 rings inside the diamond tip. The maximum increased to 20.

Came broken for the first time. I replaced it. After my fourth use I can't see any improvements on my skin

As an Aesthetician who is used to using the New Apeel Diamond Tome Microdermabrasion machine, this one is terrible in comparison.

It may or may not be good. Instructions did NOT cover my model and I have no idea how to hook up what looks like brushes. The info that came with it was of no help. I have never used one before.

I have had microdermabrasion done professionally, this machine did not compare! I sent it back, refund was professionally. No problem with my refund at all, I was pleased with the outcome!

Did not worked. Pressure really low. I returned it a werk ago and I havent heard from the seller.

I think the machine was bought by someone else because diamond tips were used. So disappointed and will return it back asap.

Device had been used. There were dirty filters inside the machine.

Once I opened the product I could see it had been used by someone else and returned. There is very little suction. I would like the manufacturer to contact me so I can return the,product at no shipping cost.

Returned this product. When I received this, it was used, and dirty. What a disappointment, I so looked forward to using this. The product received great reviews and I feel that Kendal probably was not responsible for the reshipping of the product but the distributor is the party to blame. I hope I can now find something comparable.

Low suction power

Machine has NO suction, parts were USED and worn. This is advertised as NEW. Received today, photographed today. Oil filter has someone else's skin flakes in it. The hose was already attached to a wand and a very worn our diamond abrasion tip as shown and compared to a less worn (but still used) tip. Going to return for refund immediately. BE AWARE that this is the second one I have sent back. the first was an HBSFo1, and still looked like it had been used, but at least it had suction! I cannot trust this seller, and she is on ebay, too! I tried to order another one, but realized it is the same seller: Shining Image.UPDATE: Seller apologized and gave immediate refund; however, there needs to be accountability for items sold as 'new', therefore, I will not remove my review. Maybe this will help anyone else who has had this experience.

I recently bought the kendall hb sf02 and the suction is almost non existent. I put it to maximum and still barely any suction. Ive used a $60 micro machine that has more suction than this one. So I called shining image to discuss this issue and everytime I call I get an answering machine telling me to leave a message. Ive yet to here from them but I will let you know what their response is. I bought this machine because I saw such great reviews about how powerful the suction was only to be very disappointed.

Broke, from the moment I took it out of the box, never worked.

I thought I had investigated all the home microdermabrasion machines and picked the best according to reviews considering the product and customer service. This machine is terrible. When the filter is in place and on highest suction it still will not do anything to improve skin and register full on the gauge. Stay clear from this. I have emailed the company several times and they only respond with telling me to seach YouTube videos. I have requested to return it and have only had it a week and still no response.
