As a Licensed esthetician who recently started their own skin service, I must say that I am in love with the kendal 3 in 1 diamond. The clients rave about it.

It's well worth the investment and takes minutes out of your day. It takes about 2 weeks to see results. Watch YouTube videos first before using it so that you don't practice on your face and make BooBoo.

I have fallen love with this microdermabrasion system. I started using it about 3 months ago and love how it makes my older skin feel. I definitely feel that my face absorbs serums, creams, etc better after using this. I know that I don't use it enough but I'm trying.

Had been looking for a gentle mechanical exfoliater and this one fits the bill and my wallet. I Only use once or twice a week and it really does a great job. After use my serums absorb and sink into my skin so much better.Have been using awhile and pads last awhile with proper cleaning. I use alcohol to sterilize them after use. They don't suds up very well but that's fine with me because I'd rather use my own cleanser.

I bought this product from Amazon years ago, and I'm still using it to microderm my face. I can happily say that after 3-4 years of use, this product is still going strong for me and is a regular tool in my beauty arsenal. I found that at first, I was using it too often as my skin began to dry out and get rough and flaky looking. However, I was using it about every day in the winter time - I don't know what I was thinking. After that initial experience, I toned it down drastically after doing research that said microdermabrasion should be done no more than once a week - especially when it's a rough pad like this one has.After that mishap, the rest is history; my skin has never been so soft and glow-y. I use it once a week, run it around the different zones of my face for two minutes as Neutrogena suggests, the whole process takes about 10 minutes. Afterwards, I rinse my face off and complete the rest of my beauty routine (I've written it below). Definitely gets the dead skin off and leaves your skin looking and feeling smoother. I would definitely recommend this little tool to anyone looking to improve the texture of their face in one easy step.PRO TIP: How I use this tool: (25 year old female, sensitive skin, combination oily in T-zone, dry forehead and around mouth)1) Wash my face with a non-irritating cleanser (I'm currently using Biore charcoal face wash)2) Apply toner (I use witch hazel)3) Exfoliate using this product - I use this microdermabrasion system once a week4) Serums (I use vitamin C and hyaluronic acid serums)5) Moisturize! Great product works just as well as it's $100 plus counterpart. Love the disposable face pads that make this much more hygienic.

I just love this and use it daily...I wish it came with more pads, but I just ordered additional ones when I purchased the system.

nice product but it has a lot of moving parts with the directions its hard to figure out so I sent it back. the machine itself looks pretty well built not a flimsy machine. quality looked great just a little too difficult for me to figure out

I was excited to treat myself to this and then became intimidated once I got it. I stared it for a bit and then after watching a few you-tube videos I gave it a shot. It's great! For home use it comes with a ton of filters. Mine DID come with a manual, though videos were more helpful. I have not figured out what the glass tube things are for or how to use them. Once set up initially it's quick and easy to use. It's actually quite simple to set up but the lack of direction leaves you fearful you'll do something wrong and break it. My only REAL issue is that the place on top where you put the larger filter was on so tight that I ended up unscrewing the whole piece from the base and can't get it back in quite right. I eventually got the upper part off only to find it comes with a larger filter already in place. The suction is very good - start on low till you find what works best for you.

The machine came quickly. It was smaller than I expected? In the box, there was a book of information, but none of which pertained to this particular machine. There was even a peice of paper stuck in the box that said "Since SI-BM02 has the same machine structure, appearance, adn functions as NV-108 described in the manual. Please read pages 9-10 for its basic description and operation. The "manual" tells you what you received and a small diagram of the machine only. It never instructs you on how to set up which I had to spend over an hour trying to figure out myself and while it works very well- for the price I would expect set up instructions for the actual machine that I purchased. When purchased, I think the description said that it came with the spray solution- I got two empty bottles with no clue how to hook up or use.Using with 40% glycolic peels every 7 days and seeing great result!

I have used these a few times. They work well. They were more affordable here than in stores.

My face is so much smoother and softer after using this. It's a great for exfoliating, I don't use it everyday because it'll dry my skin out. But I user it at least 3 times a week!

This is my 2nd one of these do-dads having gotten one in 2006 when it had the crystal goop you put on and lightly sanded your face. Haha. I don't like all the chemicals but it does a decent at home microdermabrasion.

Love how soft this makes my skin feel. Works better than a mask, but it's also rougher. If i'm not careful it sometimes breaks me out a little

I like the microdermabrasion system but wish they sold the attachment head separate!

I have been using these for a year now and it still works! I use it once a week only along with Olay pro cleanser which I use 3x a week. Although it doesn't completely prevent blackheads, my skin feels so soft and toned.

Suction not as good as I had anticipated. Overall it's a decent little gadget.

Tried it the same day thought suction would have been a bit stronger then what is seems. Still getting the hang of it excited to keep using it and to see if there are any good result on my clients. :)

Received it yesterday and tried it out. Definantly works well, love all the different sized tips and replacement filters it came with. The only problem I had is that the on button is stuck pushed in. To turn it off and on I have to use the plug. Not worth it to me to pack it all back up and return and start over. Could see a difference in my skin in just one use. Can't wait to see the changes in 5-6 weeks!

the diamonds do their job but i didn't feel much vacuum or suction from the machine, I just feel I little bit disappointed it does works but it's not what I was expecting

Despite other poor review I searched far and wide and this seemed the best for derma and mister AT MY PRICE POINT. Clearly I should have waited till I had more money for a better machine :/The misters DON NOT SUCK UP WHAT YOU PUT INT THE BOTTLE. they just blow out air. Mine could be faulty BUT the design looks to my husband and adult kids to have no possible way to disperse they liquid in the bottle... so that makes me wounder about the other reviewers, and how the mister worked for them ~ curious.The tips, will they get the job done well enough but certainly not Spa AND NO WAY med grade.at max the sucking is pathetic and I saw the you tube video they posted ~ NO the suction is not that strong.so for the money yea its a deal... if it lasts more than 7 sessions cuz thats about the equivalent of 2 or 3 spa derma sessions with better diamond tips.Would I have bought it knowing hat I now know ~ YEA I WOULD :)doing my own at home and focusing on the areas I WANT focused on and saving the cash... WORTH IT.

Definitely gives your skin a nice smooth and clean feeling, but I think it is too abrasive for my skin type. It broke me out a week after using, not sure if it was due to this product or using this with a combination of other products. I stopped using it and my skin returned to normal. Not true microdermabrasion.

I bought this because of all the good reviews. But I did not notice any differences in the way my face looked. I bought this mainly to get rid of the flakes on my face, and it just takes forever to use.

Didn't notice any particular difference in my skin after using it 2-3 X a week for 3 weeks. I'll continue to use it weekly since I have it & won't have to buy any exfoliation scrub.

The surface is very rough, dermabrasion effect, thin skin should be used with caution

I just got this an opened it and used it immediately. This is an awesome my skins feels like a babys butt lol. It does dry out your skin so you will have to use a moisturizer. Your skin feels light and clean and fresh, the little head does come with some form of soap foam when you get it wet. I do hope that it doesn't break me out, if not I will buy atleast a year worth of puffs. BTW it came in great packaging and cute little box. I am never disappointed when Amazon package my items just wished everything came form their warehouse.Update 26/8/2015This thing is making me break out all over my face. Before using it i had no small bumps and after two uses its acne all over. This is still agreat product just not for sensitive skin.

Not bad for 15.00. Why not. I thought the brush part rotated, but it doesn't. It just vibrates on low and high. The pads that contains the crystals last about 2 uses honestly. My skin does feel soft and smooth afterwards. Great for in between visits to your real micro dermabrasion dr.

Harsh on skin if used in circular motion. Dried my skin out. I just can't recommend this product. Really saw no difference just dry skin for days.

Too abrasive for my skin: didn't do anything good for my face; stopped using it

It made my face feel soft and clean for a day or two but, did anyone else get a bad acne breakout after using this? I used it so I can't return it, I feel bad throwing out, and now my money is wasted.

This package of refills seems old or something. They seem much rougher on my skin than usual and they don't seem to have much cleanser in them. I am not sure what the problem is but I have been using these pads for years and have never had this problem before. I have even wondered it they might be counterfeit because I have never had the quality of a Neutrogena product be bad.

The suction power of this machine was not at all what I expected from this product. There were also missing parts (the 3 glass ventouse for vacuum) so I simply returned this product.

disappointed no instructuions ! there are no power to the machine the highest power is the lowest you can get! so Im returning the item.

I was so excited to receive this machine based off of the reviews and the price. It was shipped in a week which was nice but once I figured out how to put the machine together, (which took forever since the information provided, had nothing to do with this particular machine) I was very very disappointed. The suction on the machine is terrible. The highest notch, should typically be the lowest. I've used diamond tip before and they are usually rough to the touch. These tips. Were far from. Even with pressure added, I didn't see anything or feel anything happening. Not a happy camper.

I just brought this 2 days ago, and I just receive it yesterday... I was so excited and I can't wait to used it.when I open it up from the box and assemble the accessories,I try it first to the elbow... I don't even feel any vacuum or suction from the machine even I put it on a max level....Then I check the hose and everything still the same nothing is just a piece of a junk,... So I just pack it and put everything on the box.Now I'm going to return it ,my money doesn't worth with this piece of a crap machine.

I was so excitied about this purchase. Wanted to try it before a wedding that I was to attend.Instructions are poor although it was suggested I find a u-tube instruction video which I did and it was very helpful. Dont understand why instructions which came with this machine are not clear or user friendly.I followed instructions purposfully and still the suction was very poor. I was very disappointed in this product.

I would love to review the product, but it never worked. I attached the hose and end piece as instructed,plugged it in, flipped the switch and nothing. There is a disclaimer saying it may take a while to warm up because of a rubber flap or something, but I left it for 30 minutes and nothing. I am sorely disappointed and will be returning.

SO disappointed! Was replacing my old Neutragena Wave, which was originally sold for microdermabrasion and though it looked like a toy, worked for years. This thing is a 3rd more $ and does....what? It vibrates. Very hard. But it doesn't actually move at all, it can't even work up a teensie bit of the loads of lather that come in these pads. I had to add water to lubricate. I'm now going to spend another $14 bucks and get the Wave, it actually worked on my issues, with obvious improvement.

Made me break out terribly. Took weeks for my skin to recover
