What a pleasant surprise that this could be a low-cost alternative to the $100+ versions. I'm not saying its a replacement, but it did cleanse my face well. I am not a huge fan of the microdermabrasion cream or head, but I do enjoy the brush head with my regular cleaner. I bought this in February, and I'm still going strong with the same batteries in July using it 2-3 times/week, when I really need a better cleanse or want to prep my skin again for serums. I am using some retinoids as of late, so I don't use this everyday. When I wasn't using retinoids, I did use it almost every day and did see a significant improvement in skill dullness. For a physical exfoliant and cleanser, this works pretty well. I am happy with the purchase.

Decently priced compared to local drug stores and at high speed is pretty good at cleansing. Never been a fan of the electric facial brushes but this did impress me. After using once I thought great I just wasted money again for another fad. Wrong, my face was smoother and it is a life saver during those numerous days of peeling after getting chemical peels or doing electric derma needle treatments. I think using your own cleanser for the brush head or scrub for the dermabrasion sponge head would suffice instead of staying with just their brand of refills which are quite small for their price. The facial brush is a little softer than expected but overall worth the price and would recommend this as part of a daily cleansing routine to prevent future acne and aging.

I bought this kit (much cheaper through Amazon than in any store I checked) and received it three weeks ago exactly. I began the twice weekly microdermabrasion treatments the day it arrived and have used the cleansing brush and cleanser (already ordered and received two more 6 oz. bottles of the cleanser) two to three times daily depending upon what I've been doing that day and how active I've been. I took a photo of my face five days into treatment and another last night. In under three weeks I've seen an amazing improvement in dark spots, scarring, acne, smile lines, and skin tone. As much as I hate photos of myself up close like this, I'll include them so that others can see my results instead of just reading about them. I did notice an outbreak of acne after a couple of microdermabrasion treatments. This is a normal and a fairly common side effect when beginning treatment and will go away once your skin balances out and adjusts to the treatments. Ensuring you use a good moisturizer after treatments is essential. I've also been applying my Azelex along with one of my moisturizers (I use CeraVe after treatments due to its gentleness) after microdermabrasion treatments and haven't had any problems (peeling, irritation, lasting redness, etc.). I would definitely recommend this product. It's made a huge difference for me.

My skin is dry (I'm in my 50s and live in a dry climate). But, if I put on too much moisturizer, my pores get clogged. I wanted to purchase the Clairisonic, but wasn't sure I wanted to spend <$120. This is the perfect solution. I've been using now for about two weeks, and have noticed a big difference in my skin (and it's not just delusion, I promise). Dry patches are gone, little funky bumps now gone - I have a condition called Millia (little annoying white bumps that look like zits, but they're not) - this has help to diminish those, as well. I use then microdermabrasion three times per week (not on consecutive days). The daily scrub the remaining days. I think this product helps my moisturizer work more efficiently, and I use less. This was worth the money.

Great value. I give my husband back "facials". He loves it. I also like that the long hose lets me safely use in the tub. The spritzer is kind of silly. I thought it would be more like a steamer, but you can get the same result from a spray bottle.

I am a licensed esthetician and love this machine! I am starting my own mobile facial business and this is perfect! It is very quiet and although it isn't as expensive as other machines, it definitely gets the job done.

This was my 2nd time buying this since the one I had bought 2+ yrs ago finally died. It's a great cheaper alternative to $200+ brush systems and I would recommend this to anyone who has skin issues (acne, sensitive skin, wrinkles, etc) but this until didn't even last 3 month before it would periodically shut off. Even after switching the batteries, it was still shutting off. Clearly, I got a faulty unit and I'm currently in the process of getting a replacement. Aside from that inconvenience, I don't really have any complaints. It does wonders for your skin and once you start using it, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.

I have owned the popular and well known sonic brush and although I cannot say this product is much better, I can say It does a good job to clean your face.My sonic brush broke down after a year and a half of use and I couldn't bring myself to spend that amount of money again. I decided to buy this one because it was obviously much cheaper.Pros: cheaper, better job than hands, microdermabrasion headCons: not as powerful as the expensive alternativeOverall: for the price this is a great brush that is going to provide you with that superior face cleanse you are probably looking for.

I have acne-prone skin; have had it longer than I would like. I used to use another brands face brush and it did a little to improve the texture and smoothness of my skin. This Olay brush and creams/microdermabrasion is doing a good job - 1st use with the microderm crystals face felt completely different. It is nice that it came with batteries and two different heads - sponge and bristles.

I received this a few days ago and used it right out of the box. As many have said before there are no instructions included with the product. I first wet my skin and then applied the crystals which made for an easier application of the crystals on my face. It almost felt like I was rubbing concrete on my face, however that was not a bad thing. I started on the higher setting and then played around with it. I rinsed my face by splashing then I attempted to do so with a wash clothe. I still had residual crystals on certain parts of my face. I switched to the brush and used the cleanser, I also used another product to help clean which was also an exfoliator and I must say that my face feels extremely smooth. I noticed that it has a certain glow to it that it did not have before. I will definitely continue to use this product.

This is pretty good considering such a great price. It is best priced getting Plus kit through Amazon- paying only 5$ more to get both systems of "microdermabrasion" and facial scrub brush. I like that heads for each are universal for handle and easily purchased for replacements. I use scrubber once daily (in evening) after I've done a quick once over wash of face with my hands b/c I wash around my eye area first to get make-up off. Then about every 2 days I use the M.D. scrub/sponge in evening. While it isn't a professional grade M.D. unit it certainly does a nice job for $25. I also think it is nice that you can use any type of wash/scrub you want with brushes and adjust pressure during use. I have combo/oily skin with some dry areas now that it is winter and am in my mid 30's- this is doing a great job at allowing my skin to become smoother/more even toned and feel like I am at least holding steady with the good fight of aging! I don't think this would erase deep lines and wrinkles but it will definitely improve quality of skin tone and firmness. I would certainly recommend for anyone and in fact am buying one for my sister for Christmas.

I received this product a little over a week ago and so far I love it. I notice a significant difference in my skin. I am using my regular face wash with the every day brush twice a day and the micro sponge with the olay thermal Crystal cleanser twice a week. My skin type is dry combination but clear. I have a few fine lines on my forehead in particular. Overall, since using this my skin is so smooth. It feels so fresh, clean, and healthy. It is definitely more radiant. I really feel that with long term use my fine lines will be less noticeable and feel that this will help to reduce more lines. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars are because it would be nice to have a timer and I'm not quite sure how long it is going to last. Also, a few times I have gone to turn the unit on and it won't start. I have to give the head a little spin and it will get going.

Not sure how I feel about this machine yet. The instructions were not good at all! Not sure how the three glass attachments work quite yet but hopefully I'll get it all figured out before I use it on a client! Just wished it came with better instructions overall, how to assemble and how to use!

I am an Esthetician and I purchased this machine to use in my practice. This machine works very good. It has a vacuum with very good suction, the sprayer is very nice too, specially after doing the dermabrasion treatment. The diamond dermabrasion works well too. I have not used the machine on clients yet, only on my own face since I want to try it and experience it for myself first. It seems to be doing a good job so far.

This machine surprised me by far! After a month of research I decided to buy this rather than the handheld machine for reasons of personal preference. I have only used this twice but I'm very pleased with the suction. I know it's doing something because brown dust is in the cotton filter as well. I will update this again in 2 wks. But so far so good

I got a sold 6 months out of this product and now its starting to breakdown. It was a nice, cheaper alternative to the clarisonic face brush (~$100 at sephora). It was great while it lasted and I saw a noticeable improvement in my skin. It gently exfoliated and totally refreshed tired skin. Now it uses up battery power quickly and needs to be restarted 4-6 times during a 3-minute session. I would potentially buy again if they made changes to the product. For now, I'm looking elsewhere.

Good for cleaning make up off your face. Gets more foundation off than scrubbing with liquid face soap and my hands. However, I would not label this as "microdermabrasion." I had microdermabrasion done for six months years ago and this thing doesn't even come close. I bought it thinking it was a good alternative to going to a dermatologist for this but it's not. It's weak!!! Very, very weak. If you want real microdermabrasion then go to a professional or try a diamond tip machine like I'm going to attempt. Hope that works better since if you get microdermabrasion from a dermatologist that's what they use.

It isn't very powerful. The cleanser is okay pretty basic. I found the speed was acceptableon the highest setting. The "buffer" leaves much to be desired. The scrub is very fine and strong which is good but the sponge tends to rub it off rather than rub it in. This was my first try and first facial brush purchase. As far as daily cleaning it's fine. This would be better for someone with really bad oily acne that hurts from using tough scrubs. Personally, I wanted something tough for blackheads (without using a dish spunge scrubber) it didnt touch my blackheads. I have tiny pores and rarely get pimples. I get tough deep zits in my chin and t zone and blackheads on my nose. I hope this helps!

UPDATE: While it worked -it was just fine and I would have recommended this Olay face polishing unit; now it simply wont turn on- I won't repurchase. I will pay a little more to get some durability- not sure what that price range will be; I've dropped to 3 stars- since the price is low, even with light use it comes out to pennys a day - but I want my tools to last- my unit did not last (it often sat on the shelf for months at a time with no use, so when I say my use was light- I mean very light); original review follows....This has been a great addition to my skin care routine. While some reviewers complain that it rotates too slowly or isn't otherwise powerful enough I've found that if it were faster or more powerful it would be way too easy to over do it and really irritate my face- too much power and in seconds you've irritated your skin- at least for me with a fair (blonde) complexion. It has changed the dull look to my somewhat dry winter complexion- it now looks fresh and more even without a stitch of makeup on- along with my other products (Sibu Sea Buckthorn and some other essential oils that have also made a big difference) it has taken a few years off my appearance and I'm getting random compliments- a woman stopped me at the post office the other day to ask what I use on my face (I wasn't wearing any makeup at all). An even bigger difference is my neck area around the crease: my neck was looking like what one would expect on an 80 year old- I had no idea that the problem was that I needed to exfoliate there. I stopped wearing any necklines that drew the eye to that area because I was so embarrassed- the difference between my neck and face made it look like I must have had a facelift- 80 year old neck and 50 year old face. Exfoliating was the key and while there are plenty of ways to exfoliate I'm now sold on this little tool- it's so easy and convenient- I just keep it in the shower and use it gently and briefly about 3 times per week- just 2-3 passes per area. I am no longer embarrassed or obsessed about hiding my neck- I don't even think about it anymore. It took about 3 weeks of regular use to get the result I now have- I recommend going gently and briefly and getting a better quality of crystals than what's included with the unit- they seem too sharp to me, I found a different- better quality sugar scrub that is effective but still gentle. I am sold- so rarely do we ladies get real results- for me this worked- it was what I needed.

I used my friends Clarisonic and really liked it. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money for it so after reading some reviews, I decided to try Pro-X for a minimal investment. It is not bad but it is not a Clarisonic. The power of Pro-X (batteries) can't compete with Clarisonic (electric). However, Pro-X does have enough power to do a good job. It does have a torque when you put it on your face so you have be mindful of the pull and keep it under control. Pro-X is lighter and smaller than the Clarisonic model my friend have. That is a plus for travel or gym bag. I can see myself buying the Clarisonic to have at home and take the Pro-X on the go. Besides being lighter and smaller, if I loose it I wouldn't care as much. I do like how my face feels after using both products. Be sure to keep your hair back. A few strands of my hair got caught and pulled out the other day.

Does anyone knows the contact number of seller? The manual is not very helpful. I am not sure how to connect the 3 soft cords that comes with it. I wish there is atleast a picture of how this machine should look like when properly assembled

I am still in the process of trying to learn to love this. I bought it several months ago. It has no directions in the box so be prepared to find some online. I found a video that helped me figure it out. It seems like it is pretty high quality but if you turn it up to high you will scratch your face. But I think that is avoidable by going for the low setting.

For the money, I like this machine. It does a good job and I believe is a good value for the price. My only concern (complaint) would be the very poor instructions. I had to find a video on youtube (https://youtu.be/uvBJBDDQQkM) that is an instructional video for this machine but was a different model. From the first time using it, realized the heads don't actually 'snap' in to connect. Meaning, if you turn it upside down (or basically move while in the shower) the head just falls on the floor. Both that came with it do it. I checked the product in another large retail chain beauty store while was shopping one day, and the one in that box had the same problem! So, it's NOT an Amazon stocked products problem.

It worked for 5 months, until suddenly it stopped in the middle of usage. Thought it might have been the batteries, so I changed them, and it still didn't work. Apparently it's cheaper to buy a new one than getting mine fixed. I hope the new one isn't as "disposable" as the current one seems to be.Aside from that, when it worked it worked perfectly! My skin looked so smooth, my pores smaller, no breakouts in the middle of my cycle (when they tend to appear)

I bought on of these originally around Christmas time. The thing seemed good; however, it only worked a couple of times and stopped. Since it was brand new, I sent it back to have it replaced. They sent me another one that worked longer. However, after a couple of months of irregular use, that one stopped on me, too.Ross' has much cheaper models of these. They sell for anywhere between $12 to $20. However, I thought this one would be heavy-duty. So, I paid to get the "superior" quality. I'm disappointed that, at the cost, the thing, I can't get it to function for a reasonable period of time.

I thought I could save $100 by getting this Olay version instead of a Mia Clarisonic. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The brush heads on the Olay just spin in circles--there is no movement within the brush itself. I used the Olay a few times and didn't notice any difference, but I had never used a Clarisonic so I couldn't compare. Well, last week at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale I got the original Mia Clarisonic for $79. Let me just tell y'all: it's night and day. After one use of the Clarisonic, my skin was smoother and my makeup went on much better. As is all too often the case with this type of thing, just save up to get the nice version instead of wasting money on something that's just so-so and you don't wind up using.2 stars because I did like one of the scrubs that came with this kit (the one that gets warm when you apply it.)

I bought this item ($30) and used it for a week before I left it on the bathroom counter where the kids got ahold of it and lost the brush head forever. And of course, the replacement heads were "currently unavailable" from Amazon. For the week that I used it, I seemed to like it okay... until I tried some other ones. I grabbed a wooden handle face brush from the drug store for a couple bucks then found a plastic handled (to keep in the shower) soft bristle face brush, from Big Lots of all places. I paid $1.25 for it and I absolutely love it!! Save your money on this one. I wish I had. On the plus side it does come with the batteries (although I now realize this is pointless, because you WILL use your arms anyway) and I do love the Olay line of face products.

The first time i used this product, I felt it did wonders to my skin. my skin was all white and glowing and clean, my husband when he returned from work asked me what the difference was, as i was glowing. I was really happy. I was just using it once a week and using it the following week and so on hs brought no difference in the way my skin feels, infact it made it more dry. i developed pimples after using it. it was literally breaking my skin. so i gave it a gap of few weeks and I used it again but unfortunately i broke out again and so now i have stopped using this product. I am prone to occassional breakouts, but this product is increasing its chances.I wondered why the first use showed wonders and realized it was so because I hadnt had a facial in over 4 months. so naturally it was like a clean up and the whole brushing removed the dead cells off of my face and it glowed. May be I can use it once in few months but not as a regular cleansing system as i can relate it more to a pedicure where rigourous cleaning removes all the dead cells from your feet, and i dont want that kind of cleaning on my face on a regular basis apart from facials made with gentle hand strokes. I would definitely not recommend it for regular usage.

I'm disappointed. I guess I thought the diamond tip spun around to exfoliate. This machine is basically a face vacuum. The tip vacuums while you manually debride your skin, kind of like rubbing sandppaper on your face while suctioning it. Ive used it once and havent noticed a difference. I'll add another review once Ive used it more. Ok, I've been using this for a few months now, I have noticed no difference in my brown spots. I do think it helps with unclogging pores. It seems to make my skin flakier. My skin constantly flakes after using this. It think it disrupts the epidermis so that it's not smooth.

First of all I don't k is if I got a knock off or something but this thing came with NO directions . Also it's too harsh on the face . Me and my friend bought this and used on our face and we have a bunch of scratches ! And trust me I didn't go that hard on my face either . The last thing that's confusing is after researching this thing on the Internet , i found a video of a estitician working on a client showing u how to use it . And she said that if u have acne then u shouldn't use this . WTF! isn't that why most people use these things ? To get rid of acne blemishes ! I'm so confused and appealed and this thing is a waste of money

This was so cheap. The little brush heads that come with it won't do much, especially the stone one. They are quite small and it doesn't rotate very fast. I returned this the next day after getting it. Don't waste your money. I got it on a half price deal and it still wasn't worth it.

Worked well for about 2 weeks, then would shut off with very little pressure after a few seconds. Changed the batteries out, so I know it's not those. Maybe the motor is faulty. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to using this.

Seriously folks this is got to be the weakest dermal abrasion system I have ever experienced. Considering that the enclosed batteries may of been old, I swapped out the batteries with fresh ones. Twice. All I can say is this item is a complete joke. I am strongly skeptical of anyone who says it can actually clean their face with any level of quality with something as weak as this device. It is something you might expect to get for one dollar at the Dollar Store.

doesnt really work at all. the spinning pad will displace the polish compound, and drive it away from the pad. so you will basically be rubbing your face with just the spinning foam pad, while polish scrub beads just sitting on your face doing nothing.

The motor wasn't strong enough for this to work as advertised. It's nothing like the Clarisonic I had.

I would have given this a 5 due to the fact I ordered one earlier this year and its perfectly fine. Unfortunately the one I bought last week works only some of the time. I only purchased this one because my son used mine and loves it. Keep your box people is all I have to say. I didn't, expected them all to be fine and obviously they aren't consistent. I'm stuck with it.

This is the worst product I ever bought! No user manual and the parts are not complete!

This machine has plenty of suction power and came with many different tips and accessories. The quantity of tips doesn't really matter though because the quality is poor. I have used a variety of microdermabrasion machines before so I am experienced. Even on low suction the gentlest tip left fine scratches all over my face. I had no idea it was damaging my face this badly so I continued over the entire face. I tried to return the machine but apparently it is not eligible for return. I contacted the company and they have not responded. The photo below is 5 days after the treatment. The machine does not exfoliate the skin, just scratches it. There are far better machines for less, with better customer service.
