I love this!! I use it daily! It is small enough that it doesn't take up much room so I can leave it out. It is made VERY well! Very sturdy!

I purchased this and was skeptical due to the price, but it arrived, and I can say that my fears were unfounded. The stepper is of high quality and construction (I'm 160 lbs), and the bands were of really nice quality too. I love that this unit doesn't reset until you hold the button down. You can start, take a break, go back 30 minutes later, and the counter and timer will just pick up where you left off so you can see how many steps and calories total.

This product does give you a pretty decent workout, I broke a sweat on this thing yesterday when I first got it. You do have to use some WD-40 or lubricant on the little hydraulics and possibly other parts before you use it and it does state that in the manual.Now, the caveat is that if you happen to be "a very fit athlete" then you probably would not get much benefit. But, if you are looking for a product that is for general use to keep fit, this would do the job.

Originally, I bought it to help my 80-something parents get in shape, but their 17-year-old, very athletic grandson also likes to work out on it. Since you can adjust the tension on both the foot peddles and the arm bands, almost anyone can benefit from the product. It is also made of quality materials and will take a lot of wear and tear. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a good in-door exercise device.

Strong durable and feel great. The twisting motion feels like it does so much more for timing and strengthening that traditional steppers alone.

I've had this for about 2 months now and I'm still doing it daily. It is a great workout, you can really feel it and I really like the option of using the arm bands. It is sturdy and strong but still light enough to carry around easily. I bring it to work with me to do on my lunch hour and now one of my coworkers bought one too.

it's great actually, just making a squeaky sound now that i need to treat with wd-40. i have a stand-up desk now and when it is at its highest setting, i can use this stepper while on my computer. not easy to do a lot of typing, but when i am reading and just clicking, or on a conf call, it's great. tension is enough, and i like the minutes/calories counter.

I work from home and go to school which means many hours at a desk! I purchased this product to help bring some movement into my life. This has worked out perfectly. It is so easy to jump on and walk for a few minutes, that it almost exhausts my excuses for not getting more steps into my day. The tension is easy to change and helps to customize the workout. It is easy to go from a "stroll" to a harder workout that I feel all the way up my thighs. A great way to get in those extra activity points while taking a break or watching TV

So far so good. Very easy to put together. This item Does NOT twist regardless of what the box states. Overall, product does work pretty good. It's only been used 3 times. If anything changes about this product, I will update my review. I, personally purchased this product. I did not receive any discounts or any other benefits for my review.

I love this machine! I brought it to work to use at my standing desk. It is very easy to use & can be tucked away almost anywhere.

Aside from the fact that pieces broke off of it within the first few uses, it's been a great purchase. It takes almost no space at all, and I can now get some exercise when watching TV. It's more like a stepper, really. There's no stride, so it doesn't imitate walking, but can still get your heart rate up when you otherwise would have just been sitting on the couch.I have also used it while on conference calls, works great. The bands are somewhat useless to me as I am 6ft and they're just too short for me. Might work great for someone 5.5.

I really love this stepper. I use it at work where my desk can be raised and lowered for alternate sit and stand, or now step instead of just stand. The step counter doesn't work well but I don't mind. I use an app on my phone to track steps. It has really helped me get more steps in a sedentary job.

I would have preferred higher step range, I feel without the option it delays positve results, Not saying you won't get any results but I didn't feel like I was burning as much had that been an option. The portability of it is great for space saving.

It is not as intensive exercise as I was expecting.Ok for a beginner.

Needed to replace my 10 year old stepper that just broke :-( Just got it and it was easy to setup and get started, so far so good. Impressed with how nicely it was packaged for such a heavier bulky item. will be using it daily and will update my review if needed.An extra star off for late delivery as it was supposed to arrive with 2-day Prime and just received it today rather than Saturday.

I feel somewhat mixed about this stepper. It does what it's supposed to, but it's not very comfortable to walk on for long periods of time. It feels somewhat clunky and heavy, and when I step down on it, it produces more shock than I would like it to. I'd really much rather take an actual walk. I use it sometimes in front of the TV, but I'm not in love with it. It is really difficult to get your heart rate above normal with this thing on any setting. I also just saw that the seller is charging over $50 to set up this thing, which is ridiculous, unless you have some sort of major disability and no friends. It is incredibly simple and took me less than a few minutes to set it up.

A nice little product. But it squeaks. A lot! Apparently this is a known issue. It has a few points in the manual that the manufacturer recommends for greasing. These, unfortunately for me, did not help. So now I have a squeaky little bird in the room when I exercise.

For price and size of equipment very happy. Perfect for work. Would like to rate it 5/5 stars.However, one of the bolts attaching the strut to the foot pad stripped within 5000 steps.Hoping manufacturer will replace this, in which case I will happily change review to 5 stars.

It worked ok at the beginning but after a month something fell apart. The rubber fell off and it made a loud noise, and it gave an uneven footstep that I had to stuff something in there. I don't know what to do about it.

Did not arrive in working order.

The machine works fine if you are using your own step tracker, but the step tracker on this piece of equipment pretty much stopped working about 10 minutes out of the box. Taking it apart to find the battery is much more difficult than they make it out to be in the directions. So disappointing. My watch has a pedometer on it, but sometimes i think its not as accurate as the actual machine would be. I would have given it 1 star for this but the stepper does step & therefore i do get a bit of a workout if i stay at it long enough.

Stepping action worked okay, but very shallow steps. Adjusting tension screw didn't affect it very much and seemed not to be able to hold stable tension because I had to keep adjusting it. Computer never worked properly. It would work for a couple of minutes, then would just stop counting steps and timer wouldn't work. Returning it after 3 days and getting a different brand that will hopefully work better. I like the concept of this and actually did use it for 3 days while working at a table in my office, I just don't trust this one and am returning it while I can.

I like the convenience of this product and I also think it's a great workout. I've used it a total of three times and it SQUEAKS like crazy with every step! It's so annoying that I want to return it. If it didn't squeak then I'd totally keep it.

Not good. I wish could return this. Not enougn tension on the buttock area for a nice work out.

Worked great after 4 uses but now it does nothing but squeak everytime you use it. very annoying. oiled and padded the cable but atill squeaks. wish i never bought it now.

this item came broken, it was a mothers day gift and did not work... my mom didn't even want a replacement i just got my money back. The hydrolics seemed to be broken, when you step on the stepper one would permanently stay down and the other up..

Wow, what a cheap machine. It broke after 3 seconds on it. Perhaps I got a lemon, but I'm not going to bother with this trying a replacement. You can tell the welding on it is poor and will break easily.Honestly, I think you get a better workout buying a 2 inch step platform and walking in place. Save your money.

Does anyone out there know how to make this stepper work? I cant seem to figure out why the hydraulics on each step wont interact with each other doesnt matter the intensity of the resistance band either. There isnt anything in the very basic manual that i havent done please advice anyone?

AWFUL! barely moves, has little range. Literally feels like you are doing nothing. Living in NYC my space for workout equipment is limited, I was hoping this little machine could provide light cardio for rainy days/early mornings/late nights but as someone who is in great shape and exercises regularly this is ineffective.
