I needed to get these for the same reason anyone would buy an extension cord.I bought two of these 12 feet extension cords to plug into a party light that has an extremely short cord attached to it.Both of the extension cords that I bought worked perfectly, not one issue for me.Will buy more when needed, I love the price! Very happy with this purchase, I would recommend to a friend!

Used this cord for behind my bed to plug in light, CPAP, and charger cord for my Kindle which I read on a flex holder on my headboard. Peace

I got this for my roommate and it's been working well for months without issues so he likes it.plus you can fit a few things in the outlets without it burning out which is good.would buy again.

Nice light duty cord. Well made and can handle the larger male safety prong. This is only a two prong cord NOT a three prong!

Needed this to stretch across a room, be covered with foam flooring, and be walked on. It has worked wonders!

This is a good value for a 12 foot extension cord; however, it lacks a ground plug. It's simply a basic extension for lamps and the like, it will serve those purposes well.

Extension cords for light weight indoor Christmas light connection. Blends with white wall. Worked as expected. Cord did NOT get hot when three 100 miniature LED light strands were connected in series. If price had been lower, it would have earned 5 stars!

I bought this by accident while looking for a split cord (check out the Coleman Cable 9418-01 16/2 12-Feet Double Cube Tap, White). The image makes it look like this cord has 2 ends when, in reality, it's just a standard extension cord and the picture shows both sides of the plug in end. The cord itself was a nice quality and a decent price, but not what I wanted. I returned it and got the one I mentioned above instead.

This is a pretty standard power cord. I have had no issues with it. Seems durable, works great at the office

Seems well-built. I use it to extend a single outlet and I have a surge protector plugged into the end of it. I wanted something heavy-gauge since several items would be plugged into the surge protector and this seems to fit the bill.

This product warms up after only 10 minutes use with my portable heater, other than that it works beautifully.

perfect extension for household appliances like a vacuum cleaner or steam mop, the straight connection ensures you're getting the full length of cord available for use. It's nice and sturdy and has worked fine for me so far.

We use this to connect my Monster outlet to another outlet in our home (due to old electrical system), so far it works and serves it's purpose. It works with no problem.

One of the outlets will not allow a plug to go all the way in.

Works for the most part, but the 2 sockets next to each other are too close for anything practical, and be careful to note that there are only double prong sockets, no triples.

Would be great if it had multiple plugs, but thats not what youre buying. Is exactly what it says it is, works fine

I bought this 18 gauge cord thinking it would be lighter and more flexible than a 16 or 14 gauge cord would be (to carry in my backpack). It's a good solid cord, but too solid. Feels like a 14AWG cord. (Normally I would be giving high marks for the good, heavy quality of a product, but the use-case I need was different this time. :)

Disappointed with the quality, felt thin and poorly constructed. Customer service was good and allowed a painless return though.

It started crackling when I plugged my microwave in it.

Be careful. I ordered white (even though the picture for both is brown) and received brown. Apart from that it works okay.

They should include "no support for grounded plugs". I was careless and needed an extention, and didnt look closely to the picture. Its not worth returning for 5$ but i have to order another one now.

Fine extension cord, except for the missing ground socket. This can be a rather huge headache if anything you want to plug has that third prong. I'd rather pay extra for one that has that socket instead of have this cord that might not always work when I need it

Cable jacket is way too thick and not flexible for it to be 18ga wire. I prefer the C2G / Cables to Go 53410 18 AWG Outlet Saver Power Extension Cord NEMA 5-15P to NEMA 5-15R, Black (25 Feet/7.62 Meters)

Sometimes goes out

I ordered two of these. On one, the holes on the end are tight, but they work with a little extra push and pull to insert and remove the plug. On the other, however, I could not get the plug all of the way into the holes even when I pushed really hard. I had to return it because the plug wasn't in far enough to stay in, and it looked to me to be dangerous when so much of the prong is exposed.No one else has mentioned this problem, so I think that perhaps I just got a lemon. That happens. I've only tested the good cord briefly so far. I'll let you know how that one does after more testing.

Broke before a got it out of the package

Do not buy. Lasted 2 months and they stopped working.

Wasn't what I expected for $12.00 It shows the cord with 2 separate outlets which is what I wanted but actually that's a picture of the front and back of the same outlet.

There's a bug in this page that allows you select a 9" white cord here but you'll still get a 12' brown version.

Doesn't work! Ordered twice, for a total of 4 units, NONE of them worked. My 2 other OEM chargers that came with ipad and iphone both work fine, so the problem is definitely in these units. Don't buy!

The extension cord is perfect length, but however whatever is plugged into it for more than 10 minutes becomes very hot & stops working & or charging . I would not recommend buying this cord at all I'm about ready to throw it away honestly .

I bought this because I recently found out most extension cords contain lead (makes sense, solder and all) but I thought it was just on the inside, I never realized by touching the outside of an extension cord I'm being exposed to lead. I still don't quite understand it, but lead poisoning is enough to make me change my ways. I have an extension cord in the living room that everyone plugs their iPhone into, as an apple cord will restrict you to being inches from an outlet. Anyway, here I was trying to buy a cleaner safer extension cord. It worked for two days then died. Useless.

Garbage. Stopped working after about 3 weeks of use. Looks nice, but is only 18 ga (good for 10 amps), not up to what a typical 110V circuit is breakered for. Go to Lowes and skip this - it is NOT a bargain.

18AWG. My fault for not looking, but who expects such a small gauge on an extension cord?

Overheated. Could not use. Useless.

I'm sure they work well but if you are looking for brown as it is pictured you will be disappointed. They only ship black ones, brown is not optional. Had to return as the black color did not fit the decor for what they where intended.

This is a 3x 18AWG conductor 25 ft extension cord. Description is incorrect, and the seller should update it to reflect the proper cable. I will be returning this as it does not have the capacity I need.
