Great for monitoring while tracking electric guitar: super comfortable, inspiring sound - just the right amount of isolation
September 7, 2017
These are incredibly comfortable for long periods, and sound terrific. They seem sturdy too. I like the availability of original replacement parts (pads, cushions, cable, etc.). Headphones get lots of wear, so nice to be able to repair rather than replace.I got these for studio monitoring while tracking loud electric guitar. They are perfect for that. I need headphones that block out external sound form my amps, so I can hear the other tracks with which I am playing--without having to turn up the volume to ear-damaging levels. I was impressed by the specs that claim HD280 Pro has great sound isolation. Before the HD280 pros, I had been using an old drummer's trick--industrial earmuffs over ear buds. That worked great to block out the sound, but was uncomfortable for long sessions, and a bit cumbersome for on/off, and did not have the best sound. At first, I was not impressed with the sound isolation from the HD280 Pros. They do attenuate the high frequencies, but the low-mids and lows still get through. Honestly, the sound isolation claims for these headphones are way overblown, so hard hitting drummers or guitarists who play REALLY loud may wish to use specialized isolation headphones in favor of the HD280 Pro, to preserve their hearing. But for my use (loud, but not insane, guitar amps), I found I preferred the amount of leakage in the HD280 Pro over the nearly total isolation of muffs or drummer cans. I felt it kept me more connected to my playing than my previous setup, with which I relied solely on the in-ear monitor feed to hear my own guitar, since all outside sounds were blocked.I do have to turn the level up in the HD280 Pros, a bit louder than when using isolation muffs, to hear the background tracks over my cranked amp--but still not to levels that will damage my hearing. And the HD280 Pro's extreme comfort is a welcome improvement. More importantly, the SOUND quality of the HD280 is far superior to my prior setup. I was surprised to find the superior sound inspires my instrumental performance, and makes me feel and play better. These sounded great with virtually no break in. I imagine they will only improve over time. For really, really loud recording situations (requiring near total isolation), or mixing use (requiring a more neutral frequency response, and more natural soundstage than HD280Pro), I think other, specialized headphones would be a better bet.I highly recommend these to other guitarists for monitoring while recording---they have the perfect combination of features for it. They would also be terrific for vocalists or voice over performers, since the HD280Pros have sufficient isolation to keep the playback from leaking into sensitive vocal microphones. Also good for general listening, when you want to keep much (but not all) of the outside sounds out, or keep your music from being heard by others.
Portable - Durable - Lovable

After two and a half years, I still bring these headphones with me everywhere! I know there have been complaints about the plastic breaking in different areas, but even after stuffing them into my backpack, taking them out and stuffing them back in several times a day, they still work like new. -In high school, I wore these things every day in my computer classes. -In college, I have worn them every day during my commute to and from school to listen to music and Youtube videos. As a motion design student, I often use my headphones during classes so that I am not disturbing other students with the sounds of my current project (or just to block out the noise coming from other people's computers.) Although they get hot after wearing them for a long time, these things are surprisingly comfortable. Sometimes, when I am listening to music, my playlist will end and I will continue to wear the headphones because I'm so focused that I don't realize there is no longer any music playing. -I even took them to Japan when I went on a study abroad trip last summer. I wore them on the plane to watch a movie, and used them several times during the trip. In Japan, I found out that a student I was rooming with had the same headphones! I love these things.ANYWAY, lets do the good-ol' Pro/Con thing:PROS:-Portable (just be sure to extend the headband all the way before collapsing)-Durable (I even sat on them once, although I may have been very lucky. I don't recommend testing their strength!)-Comfortable (I happen to love around-the-ear headphones. If you don't like this style, then these may not be for you)-Adjustable-Coiled CordCONS:-They do get hot after a while. This bothers some people more than others-It IS plastic, which means it can break if you're not careful-The pad on the headband isn't attached to anything and just sort of grips the band. It may fall off, but its easy to put back on-Although they are portable, they are kind of big-Sometimes I feel silly wearing them in public :PI am not too picky when it comes to sound quality, so for me these headphones are "more than good enough." These are definitely MY favorite headphones for listening to my music. I know that some people really like the sound quality and some people say it's "okay." If this is important to you, do some more digging.
Four years old, still as amazing as on day one.

I love these headphones. I use them at work to help drown out the noise of people around me when I need to get some actual work done. Before buying these I've never owned headphones that didn't just come with the iPod. This is a world of difference. They aren't "noise canceling" headphones, except that they're well built, solid, closed headphones, so they naturally block out ambient sound. Even fairly quiet music masks the conversations around me to the point that I can focus. The other side of the "closed" headphone point means that I'm not bugging other people with my music. Unless you're listening to music at ear-damaging levels these headphones don't "leak" sound.I've read here that some people have problems with the band being too snug, but I haven't had any problems, and I have a larger than normal head. The title is the greatest acclaim I can give these, though. I've had them on my desk at work, in use almost daily. I've taken them on airplanes, and they still look, feel, and sound as good as they did the day I opened the package. I can't see any signs of plastic cracking or bending, no cracks in the ear pads or headband, everything is still solid and sound. I really can't recommend these highly enough. The only bad thing I can say is that you probably don't want to wear them while running.
Good quality comfortable "over the ear" headphones.
July 10, 2015
I had another pair of Sennheiser Headphones that I had bought, that lasted for quite awhile, and pretty good quality. So I decided to pick up another set and up-scale a bit as far as quality goes. The fact that these were on-sale when my others conked out on me finally helped move my choice along.Anyways I'm not an "audiophile", bless those individuals hearts.. But I do appreciate comfort and clear sound just like anyone. And these headphones definitely deliver that. I suppose there is a bit of a 'break in' period.. when your first wearing them, but after a little usage.. listening to tunes and watching streaming media.. the headphones loosen up a hair, where they start becoming more comfortable. As far as "Over the ear headphones" these do a really good job of cutting out background noise. Especially when your actually listening to something on them. I can sit right next to my TV and have the sound cranked up, and it will sound muffled with these on. Take them off and its like being shouted at though. My setup for these, is directly plugged into my laptop. No special software to tweak the sound, no amp.. nothing like that. Just all the basic stuff and these work really well. I can imagine if you were more of hard core individual when it comes to audio and had a more technical set up, that these headphones would deliver for you.
Good passive isolation, Great sound. Love them.
April 16, 2015
***See my update at bottom.***These are not designed for listening on the go. In the comfort of your home , they're great .I own expensive and cheap pairs. I'm a classical musician that listens to everything. These are good for home passive isolation. You don't need much volume to get lost in your world .Cons: The bass is hard to hear unless you EQ it, and volume is not very high. Also, very bulky and a long heavy coiled chord.I'll keep them for home use with a movie or the stereo when there is noise around. At least until I decide to spend $300 in the Bose Quiet Comfort 20. ( great isolation , but very poor sound and bass response from a $300 headset !)Pros: I record music at home, so a flat signal helps ( hence the Pro name). The sound improved after 3 days of leaving them on the stereo burning them in 24/7.They are great for classical music. Trebles are not harsh, so there is less fatigue after a couple of hours. The even signal is very enjoyable , and the isolation works great . I would enjoy a tiny more bass, but it is there, and the quality makes up for it.Very comfortable.Coiled cable works great to move around your work space, you can tell it's what they were designed for.I love how these sound ! Not muddy at all. These Senheisser HD Pro 280 are great for the price, and probably a neutral signal that works for recording, but you can explore other options, specially for portable listening , both in regards to comfort and getting a lively sound.I hope it helps.***Update: in a week, these are giving me more bass and are comfortable for hours. I tuck the coiled cable on my side, using my belt, and walk around with them all day.Even on the bus I can hear details without playing music too loud.I don't hear ppl talking to me.Popular music like John Meyer or Dave Mathews Band, Cake, Pantera, pop, Jazz, sounds as good as piano music now. Orchestra and acoustic sound great also. I'm not using the other headphones anymore.Try them and burn them in for a week. Great value: sturdy , and great sound !
After Nine Years...
May 23, 2012
When visiting this page Amazon pointed out that I purchased these way back in April of 2003. And I am currently wearing them right now listening to Pandora. They have been worth every penny I paid for them (admittedly that was about three-fourths of the current price). They sound and feel great; and they offer reasonably effective passive noise reduction. I have worn them at work, home, airplanes and pretty much any other venue you can think of. And finally over the last few days, the headband padding is slowly falling apart. Not bad for nine plus years of extensive use. I just ordered a couple of replacements from Sennheiser. They only cost about $5 each. Everything else about these headphones are intact. No cracking, peeling or any other significant signs of wear and tear.I am sure that these won't fit everyone properly and there is no doubt that some folks won't appreciate headphones that don't cheat and artificially enhance (i.e. distort) the sound. But for me I really can't think of another investment that's given me so much bang for the buck.Wholeheartedly recommended.

I got the B66 headset for Christmas and I love them! I am 66 and it was very easy to set up bluetooth on my Android and Windows 10 laptop. I didn't even need to watch the video the seller so thoughtfully provided in their email confirmation. The controls are very easy to use. As I've read from others, there is a slight loss of volume when you turn on noise cancellation, which is easily and quickly fixed by pressing on the "+" volume button on the left side. My husband called me while I was wearing them and I was able to quickly answer his call. He said he couldn't tell I was on bluetooth and I could hear him clearly, too. One quick press on the larger button (multi function button-MFB) on the left side ended the call and I was listening again to my movie. I'm very happy with this headset.
I am very happy with my purchase
March 4, 2016
I read all the reviews before buying these. In spite of the fact that many reviews are not outstanding, I decided to go ahead and give them a shot. I decided not to post a review until I had used them for a couple of weeks and could get a real impression of the quality. I am very happy with my purchase. Many of the reviews out there indicate poor battery life, that has not been my experience at all as I easily get plus or minus 12 hours on a charge while intermittently using the noise canceling feature. I'm guessing that those who are not getting good battery life did not charge them fully before using them as per the instructions. Many of the types of batteries used in these products have a memory, if they are not fully charged before the first use they will only charge to the capacity that they were charged to the first time. If you don't follow the instructions and then have a problem it's not the fault of the product or manufacturer, sorry. The noise canceling feature works well with consistent sounds as is the nature of all noise canceling headsets. The sound is very high quality and gets better if tuned through an equalizer or DAC app on your device. The base is not thumping, but these are battery driven and lightweight; and it is great considering the size and power. The noise canceling feature draws power from the drivers and therefore reduces sound quality somewhat, but I haven't found a set of noise canceling headphones that this is not true for. I find the comfort level acceptable for periodic use (2-3 hours), but I don't care to wear any headphones for long stretches because they get stuffy. The materials used are of good quality and strike a decent balance with the weight and functionality. Some of the reviews I read stated that the aluminum cans is thin, it is thin but substantial enough for decent functionality and anything thicker would add weight and make them less comfortable to wear. I have been careful extending the ear pieces as many reviewers have reported breaking them and I have not had any problems. The material used on this section again strikes a balance between strength and weight, so yes you can find stronger headphones but they will weigh more. Overall I find these headphones to be a great value for the price.
Awesome, top-quality headphones with Bluetooth, detachable cord, and noise cancellation
February 13, 2016
First of all nobody paid me or offered me any discounts to write this review. I am also not an "expert" on headphones but I've used about 30 pairs in the last 10 years so I know what is good quality and what is terrible. So here are my thoughts:Sound: Just awesome. Plugged in is better than via the bluetooth connection. The noise cancellation works and I mean it really works well (the button in the middle of the earpiece turns it on and off). Does it eliminate all exterior sound - no - but it does as good a job as top of the line headphones. I can hear the high treble notes just fine. Speech is terrific, especially with tablet and smartphone devices.Bluetooth: It's pretty good. The pairing was simple - just follow the directions on the card in the case. I tested the bluetooth signal and walked about 40 feet away from the phone and it stayed connected. A few feet farther, it dropped. Amazingly, there was no degradation in sound quality until it dropped synch with the device. I connected it to my Kindle Fire in a couple of seconds and it worked just fine. No more cords!Price: About 1/3 of the price of high end headphones like Bose and Beats. Not to shabby.Comfort. These headphone are not around the ear but on the ear. They are adjustable and feel snug when set properly, i.e., they don't walk off the ear while moving around. The cushions are soft on the ear. I wore them for about 2 hours straight and my ears didn't hurt like other headphones do to my ears. With the long battery life, I didn't have to worry about recharging them anytime soon.Design: Sleek design - they look expensive and cool. The cord, when used, has a stop/start button for playback or hanging up a call. The headset has volume control buttons that work in the bluetooth mode. They didn't seem to work when using the cord attachment - maybe it's just me.Item comes with awesome headphones, a male-to-male cord that plugs into the headset and device. Make sure that you connect it properly - the end that has the playback button closer to the end goes into the headset. The longer length goes into your device. It also comes with a nice, sturdy case and a USB charger for the phones.I read about 30 reviews of different headphones and ended up picking these and I am completely satisfied so far.
Best Wireless Headphones Under $100
January 26, 2016
These are my new favorite wireless headphones under $100. They look and sound really good. Bass could be a smidgen tighter, but great for this price range. Very comfortable for on ear headphones. I wish they made them over the ear. Pairing was easy, and the range is good. The manual recommends you charge them for 3 hours before use, but I only charged an hour because I was too excited to try. I have them paired with a Nexus 6p. I compared these to my other wireless headphones, Motorola Sol Republic Tracks Air and Beats by Dre Solo 2 and these Bohm held their own and cost $50 to $100 less than my Sol Republic and $200 less than my Beats. The Beats are over the ear so they are the most comfortable by far too wear. The Bohm are tight, but hoping after a week or so they will loosen up since I wear glasses and can get head aches with on ear headphones. The noise cancellation is decent but there sound quality goes way down. They come with a cable if you don't wish to use them wireless, or your battery dies. I didn't notice a huge increase in quality with the cable over wireless. They come with a nice sturdy case.
Fantastic Pair of Headphones
November 3, 2015
While these headphones aren't true noise cancelling, I actually didn't expect them to be with them just sitting on top of the ear versus enclosing the ear entirely. I bought the Kinivo Btd 400 Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter to use with these headphones and connecting them to my desktop via bluetooth was a breeze. When I first wore them they did feel tight, but I've found that if you slide them just slightly forward this takes some of the pressure directly off the ear and I wear them comfortably off and on all day at work. I'm not an audiophile, but I do know what sounds good to me. The sound quality is wonderful with just the right mix of bass. It's not tinny sounding and the sound is rich and clear. So far they run all day on a single charge and I've not had any problems with the battery dying. The look and feel of these headphones are top notch and I do recommend them. Unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars on a pair you can't go wrong with the Bohm Headphones.
Love them!
October 13, 2015
So far I am in love with my new headphones. I travel a lot and am never without a pair of headphones on a plane, however I have found that I was constantly having to turn my music up louder to drown out loud passengers and crying babies so I started looking for a pair with active noise cancellation. I had almost decided to suck it up and drop $300 on a pair from Bose when my Dad sent me a link to these. The noise cancellation is amazing and I don't hear any kind of ringing or feedback. It was very easy to pair with my phone and laptop and the sound quality is very clear even as a move away and closer to my device. I will say that the sound quality of the music decreases when you turn on the noise cancellation but when it comes to choosing between crystal clear quality and not having to listen to a screaming child, there is no contest.

Very good...not quite great though
September 21, 2017
Pretty good headphones. Comfortable & blocks out a reasonable amount of noise. My one complaint (and it's a big one) is the lack of bass output. I don't need my eardrums to thump, but the amount of bass output is comical. It's also not a case of "Yeah but this is how the engineer &/or producer wanted the song to sound like" because every single other pair of headphones I own (regardless of price) puts put more bass. I have to adjust the EQ on my phone to get an acceptable amount of bass thru these. Then if I use different headphones later, I have to adjust it back down. The highs & mids are emphasized & the bass is largely forgotten. With that being said, with proper EQ adjustment these do sound really nice. For around $100 these are a very good buy. I still recommend them, but if you like a little more bass (not even "bass head" level, but just a normal to slightly above normal amount) then keep that in mind before you buy.To be clear, I did read all of the reviews so I was aware of the lack of bass. I went ahead and pulled the trigger anyway, because I did not expect it to be this deficient. Even my slim JVC over ear headphones have vastly superior bass output.I still give these 4 stars due to the noise isolation & comfort of the pads. Increase the bass output on the next revision & I'll give ya 5 stars.
Very clear and unexciting sound.
October 18, 2016
Stuff sounds a bit flat through these, but that is what I bought them for--as reference monitors for audio and video production. I don't like them for recreational music listening. The ear cup design isolates very well and I find them comfortable (if a bit warm) worn for long periods of time. I don't know if it's possible to make headphones that seal as well without them insulating your ears. If you understand how sound works you'll recognize that ventilation will allow sound in.
Good all round. Good Noise reduction. A bit tight
April 25, 2016
They worked as advertised. Sound is clear. I have never been able to wear over the head earphones due to ear/head pain after prolonged use. These caused the same issue I have always had. After a while, they become uncomfortable for me - a bit more so that most I have used in the past.noise reduction wise - feels like you are wearing a good pair of ear plugs. Works pretty well.I bought this mainly for air travel, but also had a hard time sleeping with the large profile. I will try in ear headphones instead. Wish they
Great or so
April 3, 2016
Now these are great headphones in where it's sort of what I was looking for, I wanted headphones for my big head and around my ears, you do have to adjust them everything so they won't bug you if you have a large head, audio wise they do what they are meant for as in NOT FOR WATCHING MOVIES (using adapters such as Xbox one), they are ok for gaming and music but their target audience is for studio work, if you want these for watching movies and enjoyment then look some where else honestly (unless on pc with a good set up), not saying they are bad for it just you can find better for cheaper for that specific things, they don't bother me since I use them on my pic strictly, tried them on my Xbox one controller adapter and not that great compared to some gaming ones I got for them
Great alternative to the Bose AE and AE2
March 17, 2016
I have the Bose AE version (not AE2) and upon many of other reviews, it prompted me to get these as a gift. Although it does lack a carrying case, but the sound and build quality is certainly not low by any means. It is great for airplane travel and the ear cups do a good job on sealing around your head which the company claims a 32 db sound attenuation, but I can't see this as "noise cancellation" by any means since there's no built-in microphone to even balance that 32 db out (60 to 65 db is speech, and 30 is like whispering).. so yes, it can block out "passively" the small conversations in the background due to the foam ear cups. For the price in comparison to the Bose AE2, you are getting a lot of bang for the buck.
Good sound reproduction over a decent.
March 12, 2014
I have a simple test for my sound reproduction gear. I want equipment that crisply and truly cover from 15-20 hz to 15,000+. Some manufacturer's won't tell you what range they reproduce (one very expensive brand, for example, that only adequately reproduces midrange).I listen to Bach's "Toccata and Fugue in D-Minor, BMW 565", to get a good idea how well it handles the deepest pedal notes (It had better rumble!). I then listen to Sousa's "Stars and Stripes Forever" for the piccolo solo by the US Marine Core Band (it had better be clear, precise, and undistorted at the highest pitches), then I listen to John Sutherland's rendition of "Alcina: Tornami a vagheggiar" and it had better clear and precise over the entire coloratura range; the piece also includes a Tenor and an operatic chorus. WIth these 3 pieces I get a pretty good idea of the overall performance of the equipment. The Sennheisers are, in general, good headphones, and these suit my needs at a reasonable price.

Noise canceling is ok, but everything else is great for this price point!
August 4, 2017
I have been using these headphones for a year now at work. I had no problem getting them connected to my computer. They hold a charge for a couple of workdays before I need to recharge them. I have glasses, so they bother my ears after a while of wearing them. I have had no issues with breakage. The sound quality is great, but the noise canceling isn't really that great. Currently I have these on with the noise canceling turned on, and I have a white noise app going, and I still hear my coworkers' conversations to a distracting level. Overall I like these headphones, but I'm not sure if I'd buy them again if I were looking for noise cancellation.
Purchased these 1 Year ago (April 9th 2016)
May 6, 2017
I purchased these headphones April 9th, 2016, and to this day have been my favorite pair of headphones. Today they broke, in the same spot as many other users have reported, and I'm torn up about it.I enjoyed the quality of the sound coming from these headphones. The noise canceling function was okay, but the sound quality was incredible. I'm quite like other users, where I keep them in it's round case when not in use, and keep them charged. They still have a lot of life to them, and I'm not sure if I want to recycle them, but as of now they are completely unwearable. To those thinking of buying these headphones, like anything else - nothing lasts forever. I've gotten a lot of good quality use from them, and for their price range you really cannot go wrong. I will be looking for a replacement soon, as I don't believe these are under warranty any longer. I absolutely will purchase another pair of these should I find that I'm unable to get a warranty replacement for them.
Biggest bang for your buck!
October 4, 2016
I am thoroughly impressed with these headphones. They make a great first impression on the looks side, and while the buttons and functions take a little getting used to, they work fairly well.My biggest criticisms are sort of the 2nd or 3rd close look at the headphones reveals issues for me. The gold of the logo doesn't quite match the gold of the metal headphone casing, the ear cups aren't as plush and comfortable as I'd like, but completely adequate to wear at work all day. The buttons don't feel like they're very precisely placed, they have a little too much wiggle room to them that definitely reveals the cost savings. The charge port hole of the metal to plug into is a slightly different shape than the actual plug inside the whole that makes it look a little cheap.Noise cancelling does make a difference, but I doubt they'd be adequate enough to wear on a plane consistently and block out enough noise. The case is nice and functions great, but the logo on it looks cheap compared to the overall impression of the rest of the headphones.Overall though I'm really happy with my purchase! All of my criticisms are just very picky about the overall precision and close up inspection of the product, but for a sub $100 headphone.... these are absolutely worth it!
Know what you're buying.
January 11, 2016
This could've been either 2 stars or 4 stars..These seem to be one of those products that puts form over function. The design is great. the buttons are well placed, the setup is child's play, and the materials are really sexy. The function, however, is lacking in my opinion. The noise cancelling is mehh.. But I guess it's about the level you'll get in this price range. I have some wired headphones that cost about this much and the noise cancelling is about the same. You'll still be able to hear the person in the cube talking next to you, but the background noise will be less noticeable. These aren't Bose and they don't claim to be.The sound quality is.. OK. The bass is a little lacking for me. The aforementioned wired headphones that I own have a much better bass response. They aren't exactly what I define as "over ear" headphones either. To me, those envelop your ear. These will cover your ear, but the majority of covering is just padding (not sound). That's a minor gripe. The convenience is great with the rechargeable aspect, and obviously the wireless. So if your priorities are nice design with a good feature set, and convenience is key, you will be pretty satisfied with these. If premium sound quality is your jam, then you're probably better served elsewhere.
Great headphones, just watch out if you've a big head
January 10, 2016
I'm not audio technician, but these things sound great. The base is deep while the mids and highs come through crystal clear with no distortion or tinny sound qualities. I'm sure they wouldn't hold up in a head to head duel with Bose, but for under $90 I can't really imagine better. They function very well as a blue tooth headset for phone calls as well.My only complaint is that they are a bit tight on my head. It isn't a fault of the product, as I'm a big guy, 6'5" over 300lbs. I bet averaged sized people would not have this problem. I can wear them for quite some time, but the pressure on my ears becomes annoying after about thirty or forty minutes.Update 4/23/2017: My previous complaint of the tightness was dealt with by stretching out the head set a bit.The biggest drawback to these headphones has been the short battery life. If you do not leave these on the charger all the time you get very little talk and listen time out of them. Even when fully charged I get very short talk and listen times. This isn't that big a deal for me as I use them in short bursts only. I could see this being a problem for some if they planned on using them while commuting or throughout the whole day. I downgraded to 4 stars for this issue. I still think the sound is great and with a little stretching they are very comfortable, especially for the price.

December 25, 2015
I've been using my silver/gray Böhm B-66 headphones for a week now. They work really well; the sound is excellent, and the noise reduction button does almost eliminate background noise and hiss. Pairing both with MacBook and with iPhone was very easy, almost intuitive. Extending the speakers out to their max lowers the pressure on the ears, but every 15-30 minutes a break is needed. The instructions weren't clear enough, at least not for me; I had to look up on the Internet how you have to keep depressed the "main" button on the set in order to see an alternating blue-magenta light that signals the unit's "bluetooth seeable" status. Powering off and on I had to figure on my own: keep the main button depressed until the headset turns on, same procedure to turn it off and save batteries. Lastly: the batteries do not last 18 hours in continuous use; the max I've gotten is about 4 hours. All in all, excellent and handsome wireless headphones... for the USD 84.99 I paid (taxes and shipping included). I recommend them!

Could be annoying to some.Cord is very long compared to competition, makes portability more of an issue.I tend to like a flat response similar to Sony. I was also impressed by Bose of all things, but the cost was just to high for headphones.
I got these for my dad who needed them for ...
May 29, 2016
I got these for my dad who needed them for his trips for dialysis. He has also gone through several rounds of radiation for cancer. So he is not a very big guy. He says he can only use about an hour because they are too tight on his head. I tried them also and agree, only meant for small heads. Wish I could return....
Good audio quality, poor wearing comfort - an economy Sennheiser headset.
February 8, 2016
For an $80 headset, the audio quality is good, as one would expect from Sennheiser. These are a definite step up from any <$50 headphones. Like other reviewers, however, after 30-45 min of wearing them, they begin to hurt, particularly the top of my head as there isn't really enough cushioning on the top piece. The sides also did feel like my head was being "pinched" a little tightly. After two weeks of daily use, I returned them, sucked it up, and dropped the $150 for a set of 598s and couldn't be happier.
Very new, but so far, so good.
January 31, 2015
These headphones are very new so we're going through a "honeymoon" of sorts. The first thing I've noticed is they're tight. I don't have an especially big head, but they're tight even on me. They use a coil cord which is a little on the heavy side, and, for me, a little awkward. Also the cushion ear pads squeak, kind of like a new saddle, so when I move my head even a little I get some unwanted noise but this could be because they're so new and need some time to "break in", loosen up, and soften.Sound wise, they typical Sennheiser.... GREAT!!! I've been a fan of Sennheiser since the early '60's when they were considered cheap and they looked like they came from a gift shop in Disneyland. I'm not enough of an amateur audio engineer to list stats, so let's just say they crank out some incredible sound. The lower registers are right there, the upper registers are bright, clean, and clear, and all through the mid-ranges everything is right where it should be.The cable carries the usual 3.5mm jack plug and it also comes with a 1/4" jack plug which screws on over the 3.5mm instead of simply plugging into it. Nice touch... no inadvertent disconnects if you're using 1/4" equipment.I'm giving it only three stars instead of the five I usually would for Sennheiser products because it's a kind of a neutral review and the headphones are still so new. After a while, we'll see how things shake out.
OK, But A Bit Uncomfortable, Sound Not That Impressive
September 6, 2014
I have been using Grado SR60s for several years and love them, but I have had complaints about the open design: they allow sound to escape and people in the room with me can hear what I'm listening to. I bought the Sennheiser HD-280 PROs for the sealed design and the advertised promise of isolation. They do isolate the listener from the environment, which is a good thing, but they feel tight and somewhat confining on my head. I'm not very impressed with the sound. Bass is lacking, midrange seems exaggerated and a bit squawky, and the highs sound rolled-off. Not at all what I had expected from such highly-rated headphones. They are designed intelligently, and most parts are replaceable. Replacement parts are not, however, terribly cost-effective. I had to replace the cord recently (no fault of Sennheiser) and it cost me something like $45.00 to replace a wire on a set of headphones that cost less than $100.I'm keeping my Sennheisers as a spare set but for better sound and a lighter feel about the ears I much prefer Grado and will probably stay with them in the future.
Awesome sound, but that's about it.
August 30, 2012
There's no faulting the sound on these headphones. As long as you wear them correctly, the quality is amazing. They make my old Bose headphones sound like washed out crap. However, there are some major problems with the design.First, these are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn. The person that designed these must have the world's smallest head. Mine is very average both in size and shape, and the pressure below my ear at the top of my jaw is very unpleasant. The top band is simply too thick and rigid, the earpieces don't adjust enough to your head, the foam is too hard and thin, and you have to wear them in an odd position to completely cover your ears (confirmed on multiple forums). I'm toughing it out because the sound is so good and the price was so reasonable, but my head definitely hurts after hours of use.Second, the cord. At first it seems nice to have such a high quality looking cord, and it is! But sitting at your computer you soon realize how unnecessary and annoying it is. The coiled stretchy design put up too much resistance if your head will be more than a couple feet from the jack. Plus, it's heavy, so if the cord won't be resting on something, it will tug ever so slightly. I wish it was detachable with a "normal" wire option. Finally, the materials are cheap. Yes the price is cheap for the sound quality, but I would gladly pay $20 or even $50 more for some better materials. The pads are thin and too firm, the plastic head band is too thick and rigid, and the cloth covering the speakers (while not a big deal) feels cheap.Maybe I've just been spoiled by how comfortable the Bose headphones are. There's no comparing the sound between the two, Sennheiser being the clear winner. But there's also no comparing the comfort, Sennheiser being vastly inferior.

Great Sound, Poor Build
May 4, 2017
So, one year later, I decide to write a review about these headphones. Since the time I purchased them, I have bought several more so, I have not used them on a regular basis. To begin with, the sound quality is an amazing surprise. I like the loudness and clarity of music. The bass is good for my liking. It is not overpowering, but it is at a nice level. In regards to noise canceling, they are subpar. If you are truly looking for noise-canceling headphones, then I suggest that you look for another pair. These are on-the-ear headphones, so after a period, they can become a bit uncomfortable. I have worn them for a couple of hours. For some, this may be okay, but I prefer over the ear. The style of the headphones is nice, modern to an extent, and they are lightweight. The headphones do come with a nice, hard-shell protective case. Some may be concerned by packaging and I must say that the presentation was nice. The build of these headphones is to be questioned. If you read some of the one-star or updated reviews, many would say that these headphones break. Though mines have not broken, I can see this happening. Though the style is there, the build quality is not. If you do purchase these headphones, I suggest that you slide them on and off and try to minimize stretching (if possible) the headphones when putting them on or taking them off. The pictures that I have seem would make me think twice about buying these headphones. Some have said that the charge dies quickly or it will not charge. Since I have not used them in a while, I have not tested this fact.I hope this review helps. Though the sound and look quality is great, I would not recommend buying this particular pair of headphones. If you do decide to give them a try, get the protective warranty, especially if it covers some of the issues stated with the headphones.
Just ok
March 31, 2017
I purchased these as a possible replacement to the Philips SHB8750NC/27. I was looking for a little more volume and quality without spending TOO much more money. I was disappointed to discover that the BÖHM headphones felt like they didn't have the build quality that the Philips have. The sound quality is also not as good as the Philips. Ultimately I returned these. It wasn't a difficult decision especially because these cost about $30 more than the Philips.
If you are looking for noise cancelling headphones, look elsewhere.
December 13, 2016
Pros: Sound quality is good (not great), fit is easily adjustable, has the option of running as a wired headset if the battery dies.Cons: Noise cancellation is a joke, don't even bother. Often becomes randomly unpaired with my Android tablet and needs to be re-paired.Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. I don't have any other wireless Bluetooth headphones to compare these to. But if you are looking for noise cancelling headphones like I was, I think that you may be better off paying a little more for something that actually, you know, cancels some noise.
No range, battery just ok, airplanes still audible.
October 27, 2016
Sound cancelling is nowhere hear the higher priced headphones, just to say...when people compare the two, it isn't a real argument to make. The Bose headphones cancel out so much more in terms of surrounding environment...these dull down the environment a bit, but not substantially. You will still hear an airplane flying overhead, which I only know because I'm wearing these right now, I have the active noise canceling on, and I can still make out the airplane above. Anyway, they are a bit on the tight side, and they don't cover your whole ear, so the pressure applied can limit the amount of time you'll want to wear them. Also, a review (or maybe it's in the ad itself) says you can walk 40 ft away and remain connected. Not so. I can barely get 15 ft away without the signal cracking. I would be happy with 40ft, 15 is far to small a functional range to be very useful as a bluetooth/wireless headphone. The sound is fine for the price, but if you're getting these, and it's for the added features, you might want to just wait and save up a little more for a higher quality product.
Not Exactly the Cones of Silence
March 7, 2016
These are my first pair of noise-cancelling headphones; I bought them mostly because of the reasonable price. (I find myself unwilling to drop two benjamins on headphones because they claim to cancel noise.)Overall, I am satisfied, if not exactly blown away.PROS:- solid build with nice brushed metallic design- good cancellation of low-end noise- decent quality sound overall- easy to set up and useCONS:- headphones themselves are tight on head and over ear; won't be comfortable for long periods of wear- no noticeable noise cancellation for mid- or high-frequency sounds.- built-in rechargeable battery means no on-the-fly battery replacement
Best Bang for Your Buck Bluetooth Headphones
September 19, 2015
UPDATED: These headphone recently broke... out of no where. I went to take off the headphone the side cracked. I didn't pull them hard or out far. They just snapped. This is a known problem/defect with these. I will contact support and see what can be done.*******************************************************************************************************************************************************I have been looking for a set of quality bluetooth headphones for a while now. I use headphone a lot during the week for casual listening, studying, movies, etc. I prefer flat sound profiles.I am bothered by headphones that are not true to the original sound; headphones that exaggerate certain frequencies to give a particular sound profile. These usually sound good for only a few types of music genres and listeners. I listen to a variety of music, but majority hip-hop, R&B, and reggae. When I received the Bohm B-66 headphones it was well packaged. It comes with carrying case, USB charging cable, 3.5mm audio cable with built-in remote control.Audio Quality: 4/5The audio quality of the B-66 headphones are well balanced. The highs are clear and detailed. At high volumes they can be a little harsh. The mid frequences are also detailed but warm. The bass response is good and it hits, but could be a little deeper.Comfort: 3/5Headphones of this type can be very hit or miss when it comes to comfort. There are a number of factors that play into comfort; size of drivers housing, padding, and clamp pressure. The Bohm B-66 are a little better than most I've tried before. Every 1.5-2 hours, I find myself removing the phones from my ears to relieve the pressure. I will note however, they may get better over time as they get more use and the fit loosens a bit.Design: 4/5Bohm B-66 headphones look nice and designed well. They look elegant without coming off over-the-top or cheesy. Material looks to be of high quality and durable. I have no doubts that these will last.Features: 5/5I will begin this section by discussing the built-in battery. I am quity surprised how long the battery lasts. I've been using the Bohm headphones for about a week, and have yet to charge them again after about 12 hours of use. They charge very quick, only needing a few hours. I believe the long battery life is partly due to the effiency of Bluetooth 4.0. The bluetooth is very easy to pair and connect. I have had no issues with bluetooth at all. I walk around my 950 sq ft apartment and haven't had any dropped connections or interference. I have to admit I don't use the controls on the headphones much just out of habbit, but they are easy to use when I do decide to skip a track, turn down the volume, or answer a call. The noise cancellation is not very good. If you're looking for good noise cancellation look else where.Value: 4/5These are all around good quality headphones that I could recommended to anyone. No matter what these are used for, they do a great job across the board.Disclaimer: I received promotional pricing on this product item in exchange for my fair and unbiased review.

Very Uncomfortable Unfortunately
November 3, 2017
Generally speaking I'm a fan of Sennheiser products. I've owned a couple other Sennheiser headphones and loved them. These sound quality is always good. These headphones, however, squeeze my hide like a vise. When in resting position the ear pads are pressed together tightly. When placed on the head it is very uncomfortable. I can't wear them for more than 40 minutes at a time. If you are active and moving around a lot these might work well for you (though I haven't tried this). So perhaps the extremely tight fit is a feature.
NOT the Sennheisers You Are Expecting
June 16, 2017
I am an audio engineer and a headphone enthusiast and I wanted to get a quick pair before saving up for some higher end sennheisers. The sound is equal to or better than my $30 pair of Bluetooth over ears and I bought them at a convenience store. A big selling point for me was the length of the cord but I wasn't expecting the spiraled cord to be strong enough to turn the whole cable into a 2.5 foot super heavy bouncy cable. When my computer would be at the edge of a table, the cord would just swing and bounce and eventually bent the gold aux plug, im lucky my computer port is not damaged. They are comfortable but bulky and come with only a 1/4" adapter and no case or Sennheiser quality. 2 stars because they are very comfortable.
Good sound, but not comfortable
June 13, 2017
These squeeze my head and hurt my ears. I emailed their customer support and they said to stuff some items between the phones to stretch it out. I shouldn't have to physically deform a part to get it to fit right. It should have compliance or adjust-ability to suit my very normal head. There is some hinting in these reviews that these headphones are tight, but it's a bigger problem for me than expected. I tried out my coworker's Audio Technica ATH-M50x headphones, and they were significantly more comfortable. I have to mention that those are at the $150 pricepoint, so they are not in direct competition with this Senneheiser product. One last complaint - the heaviness of the cord hanging off one side is very noticeable. All that being said, I do love the sound coming out of it. Seems to have very neutral/ unadulterated characteristics, but I'm not a true audiophile.
Low quality audio.
November 18, 2016
Subpar audio quality. I expected more from Sennheiser. I have a $30 pair of Koss headphones that have much better sound. I was disappointed. The cord is also too springy and I was trying to use these with my HTC vive VR setup but the cord keeps bouncing around and it is very annoying.
Consider more modern generations of Sennheiser products - not this one.
February 2, 2016
Sennheiser has a great reputation, and I should have avoided an old generation $98 version of their product. I found it bulky, heavy, and uncomfortable to wear. The sound quality was ok, but not great. It was outstanding for being able to hear voices in a movie, but it was not good for music.
Another trusted brand name gone...
August 1, 2014
Still labeled Designed in Germany. Assembled in USA but parts origin not identified; I would guess China given the unsatisfactory sound quality. In comparison with my old Sennheiser HD-280 Pro headphones, these are CRAP. My old Sennheiser HD-280 pro headphones had depth and presence and could be used at high volume. Everyone loved them. You'd feel like you had front row seats, whether orchestral symphony, jazz, solo guitarist or rock concert. After many years and thousands of hours, one side recently developed odd sounds. I was thrilled to find the same model still available on Amazon! But Sennheiser should have changed the model; these are a pale imitation of the original. It's noticeably lighter now, though it looks the same, but the old heavier version is still totally comfortable on head and ears. Sound, compared to the old, is thin, shallow, lacks resonance and presence. Detail is lost and you simply aren't in the room. I'm shopping for headphones again... in actual stores where I can test up front. It's tragic to see another formerly trusted brand name go down the tubes! No more Sennheiser for me.

Looks Good Performs Subpar
June 20, 2017
I bought this in August 2016 so have been using for almost a year.Comfortability: I've used these on long flights 12hr+ and cannot bear to wear them after 2 hours. These are plenty fine when wearing them to the gym.Noise Cancellation: Very SUBPAR! First of all, these are not over the ear so don't expect much. During airplane rides, there is still some noise reduction but I can still hear a lot of airplane noise. I have used these in conjunction with earplugs and I prefer the plugs more.Music Quality: I'm not an audiophile but these headphones sound good to me.Looks: Looks great. I like wearing them to the gym.The audio jack is detachable but what happens when it is out of battery? You would expect that you could still listen with it but nope. After using this, you really appreciate good quality noise cancelling headphones because these headphones set the bar really low.I used my roommate's Bose QC25 for a flight and it was different as night and day.I was able to comfortably enjoy the plane ride aside from being cramped.
A contender to Beats at a great value
January 15, 2017
EDIT: Audio is not coming through the left piece anymore! Just yesterday this happened. It's been 8 months and I've really enjoyed these headphones. Went from 4 stars to 2. If I'm able to get them replaced, I'll up my rating._________I've worked in a college media lab in which I've used a number of different major brands' headphones. From that experience, I've gotten an idea of what to look for in a good pair of headphones. Compared to Bose, Sennheiser, and Beats headphones that run for $150 to $200 more, these Böhm headphones deliver the same sound and features at a steal of a price.I wanted a wireless, Bluetooth headset that would complement my Apple devices: something for Apple TV watching and for everyday use with my iPhone at the office. After considering Beats Solo 3, I decided the new W1 chip didn't justify the higher cost. At the sacrifice of the multi-syncing capabilities and effortless setup of Apple/Beats offerings, this headset sounds and looks great, and still works well with my Apple products.Sound: 5/5. These put out impressive, thumping bass and crisp, clear treble, with a present, round sound. One end doesn't drown out the other. (A tip for iTunes/Apple Music users out there: the best clarity and a non-overwhelming yet strong amount of bass comes from setting your equalizer setting to rock, at least in my opinion.) Bluetooth listening provides no distinguishable difference sound-wise from having it plugged into your device via the provided 3.5mm cord.Features: 4/5. I have found that the noise-cancelling works well. Lots of reviews would suggest otherwise, but I've used these while walking around downtown during rush hour and I was able to enjoy my music without distraction. As for the controls, it takes getting used to the next–previous buttons. For example, a short press skips to the next song, but a long press turns the volume up. It's not much of an issue if you have another handy way of controlling your music. I typically use my Apple Watch instead of the headphones' on-board controls. The microphone may not be the best for calls; I called a friend the other day and use this headset and he complained that I sounded distant. Bluetooth pairing works well, but it's a little tedious having Bluetooth on and connected to one device when you want to switch to another device. You need to hold the "multi-purpose" button (the larger one near the next–previous buttons) around 4 seconds until the "off" tone plays, then keep holding another 4 seconds for the "on" tone plays, then another 4 or so seconds for the "pairing" tone. It would have been nice to have a separate Bluetooth button, but hey... the sacrifices we make for minimalism, right? Battery life is impressive and corresponds to what they advertise.Build 4/5: So far, no major issues. However, I do have one concern. When I extend and retract the left ear cup (containing the controls), I hear some sort of cracking, reminiscent of sort of a rubbery stretching sound, but a bit louder. I'm not sure what it's coming from. After expanding and retracting them for a couple of weeks and hearing it every time, there hasn't been any breaking or difference in the sound in that cup, so it may be a non-issue. It's just something I'm being wary of.Comfort: 4/5. I wear them for a couple hours at a time before the top parts of my ears get sore from the pressure and I need to take them off to get a little relief. This is definitely nothing new for others who have had on-ear headphones.Overall: 4/5. Great value, great sound, great wireless. A steal! There's a reason why these are high sellers on Amazon.
Great sound but WAYYYY too small
December 20, 2016
Don't get me wrong: this is a GREAT Bluetooth headset, and the noise cancellation works well. Almost TOO well, because it also reduces the volume of the music. My chief complaint, and the reason I returned the headset, is its extreme discomfort. I think it was designed and manufactured in a country where everybody's head is the size of a 10 year old's... even with the adjustable headband extended all the way out, it was still too tight. Add to that the very small ear cups, which squished and flattened my ears against my head, and you have one very uncomfortable listening experience. If you have a smaller head and little bitty ears, you will probably enjoy this headset. But that ain't me.
I bought these at a great price. I want to say around $60
August 17, 2016
UPDATE----I bought these at a great price. I want to say around $60 . They definitely sound great! The noise cancelling feature is interesting. It works. The interesting thing is that when you have the cans plugged in via the 3.5 mm line (included and awesome!) that you need to flip the switch to be able to get sound . The sound quality is really really good and I am too poor to afford the Bose so I am please with the value for quality. After a short break in period they are quite comy for long periods of time at work. 6+ hrs . Some days I can listen all day before a charge and others it peters out after 6 hrs. I do not use them for phone calls so I cannot review that ability. Comfort thumbs up. Sound quality thumbs up. Battery life thumbs up. Oh yeah and they come with a fantastic clamshell zipper hard case for transport. (They do not fold up but that is something I do not care about. )These broke in two today without excessive force in my opinion. These have not been subject to excessive temperature changes and have been handled with care.
ACTUAL OWNER - HAD THESE 6 MONTHS AND USE ON AIRPLANES
August 15, 2016
Bought these about six months back for use on flights as I travel often for work. These are an odd set of headphones.Pros:- Sound quality is good. Better than I expected, not Harmon-Kardon or even Bose quality, but can watch a movie with ease- Bluetooth pairs easily and works well, BUT (more on this later)- Carrying case is nice quality and keeps the aluminum housing from getting scratched/dented (easier than you think)- High-quality feel- Noise cancelling cuts out a decent amount of soundCons:- Battery does NOT last even CLOSE to the advertised time. The most I can get out of them is about 6 hours- Movie audio is delayed when paired via bluetooth. Can fix this by using either VLC player and setting an audio delay, or can use included 3.5mm audio cable- Noise isolation is not so great. These are on-ear as opposed to over-ear, so it is to be expected, but I wish they worked better on airplanes. Sometimes I find myself pressing the earpieces onto my ears to hear quiet scenes- If you have a big head, avoid these, as they hurt after wearing for a couple of hours. They press very hard on the sides of your head.- The max volume sometimes is not loud enough when flying, which probably contributes to the poor battery life.Overall, these are DECENT headphones, probably not worth the full $85 but I've seen them on sale for less. I highly recommend you spend more on better headphones if you are using these on airplanes. Strange note: the USB charging port and headphone jack port on the headphones allow a TON of sound into the headphones - I can plug the two openings with my fingers (not pressing onto my head) and the noise cancellation improves DRASTICALLY - to the point where I would bump it up a star-and-a-half and recommend these for use (aside from short battery life). Decent, stylish looking headphones, and while they do a lot, they dont do anything well.
Formidable Contender...
March 31, 2016
Update6/1/17One word... metal. That's what the manufacturer of all these headphones need to use to construct the headband. I really liked these headphones but like so many others, the headband snapped in the same location. Because of this, sadly, I'll have to remove a few stars.I've read a lot of positive and negative reviews about these headphones and I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant but I decided to try them out anyway. After about a few weeks, I have to say that these are some of the best headphones that I've owned so far. The lows, mids, and highs are decent and the sound output volume is very loud and clear. They also seem to be well made with quality materials. The only complaint I have is that the battery life is short (about 6 hours with noise canceling disabled) compared to some of the other blue tooth headphones in the same price range. I also think the noise canceling feature is practically useless but I have no complaints because I don't use it anyway. I would like to also add that I use these headphones while listening to my music with an app called PowerAmp, which allows you to tweak sound output to your personal preference. Aside from that, I would purchase again.

I'm disappointed. After a few years years
February 16, 2016
Look guys, this is supposed to be German engineering. This is not a car, where we expect it to break over time. These are studio level German headphones, that should have all the frills that come from the complete/efficient quality of "German" engineers. I have to say: I'm disappointed. After a few years years, I had to get the ear cups replaced: no biggie right? Only that I had to go to several youtube vids to even figure out HOW to get those damn things on (trust me it took several nights and several hours, no thanks to the Sennheiser website or official video). Then later the top cushion came undone, and then not long after, the top band itself lodged. It was ok, until that made me have to rehook it again and again, until I lost the left channel completely. Tell me honestly - I treated these headphones gently, since I'm a pretty dorky dude who doesn't use them much. What do you think will happen when your apathetic/inebriated rock stars deal with them?
Uncomfortable
September 24, 2015
Way to clunky, huge and the ear pieces are very hard and uncomfortable
These are NOT noise canceling headphones
July 8, 2015
I searched Amazon for "noise canceling headphones". These came up as one of the first 6 "finds", and has a very high proportion of favorable reviews, among a very high proportion of purchasers. I suppose it culled the word "headphone" from my search and considered that a good enough match. But these are NOT noise canceling headphones, though if you get the HMD 280 Pro, instead of the HD 280 Pro, it will come with a built-in microphone which has noise canceling technology on that end; it screens noise out of the mics input. In the manual it states that these headphones have "ambient noise attenuation", this by virtue of the density of material surrounding your ears. But again--there is no noise canceling technology at work here.
Sennheiser is Junk!
April 11, 2015
These are junk. 18 months old and there is an annoying rattle in one ear. Busted diaphragm. Useless! This, after low volume easy listening, music; no boom boom bass, treated with kid gloves. 3rd world junk. My Koss phones lasted nearly 30 years including those days when I blasted Doors albums and the like. Stay away from Sennheiser. Frankly, .I'd buy the cheapest thing that suits your ears. Pay as little as you can. Apparently "you get what you pay for" doesn't apply to headphones these days.

... and the way they make them its a very poor construction made out of cheap plastic inside - it ...
June 12, 2017
I had exactly the same experience as the other people with broken right headphone - they just broke out of nowhere no falling down no stretching just put them on and the right ear no longer sit right and then took them off to see why and the piece completely broke off - i cut the arch to see why it broke and the way they make them its a very poor construction made out of cheap plastic inside - it breaks off right where the headphone piece is screwed into the plastic arc - theres a very thin plastic. Very dissapointing because they were handled carefully (I purchased January 2016) and they just broke - I dont recommend buying these for such a cheap quality materials and costing near $100. There are many other cheaper headphones that are way better quality and under $100.
Headphones died and Warranty repair is non-existent
March 13, 2017
Well I fell for it. The cool style. The leather trim. And they even sounded good...for a while. And then one day I couldn't get the volume above a whisper. I thought they were low on juice. Nope. They just wouldn't take a charge. So fine, I wrote Bohm for a warranty repair.Yeah there's no warranty repair. No one is ever getting back to you.So short story? Spend the money and get headphones from a name you know. That way if anything goes wrong, you can do something about it. What will Bohm do about their bad headphones? Nothing.
Avoid the headache, don't buy cheap useless headphones
December 27, 2016
These headphones are the worst investment possible - and the company BOHM are simply put - Scammers.I bought these headphones and the Bluetooth technology didn't work - the noise cancelation is was mediocre - but I kept them for the aesthetic. They look good, but work like a pair of $2 headphones.Recently - the headband of the headphones broke - out of nowhere. (cheap Material). SO I contacted BOHM through amazon, no response. Then I contacted BOHM directly to ask if they could help me fix the headphone. Apparently BOHM has a 1year warranty on those, and I had contacted them 3days too late. (despite the fact that they never replied to my amazon messages). Also, there is no paper work in the packaging or anywhere that list the timeline of the warranty ...maybe I should just sue BOHM.
Throwing money away

Poor quality. I owned these for almost one year. I used them a total of twenty times (traveling or listening to music in my office). When they weren't being used they were stored in the case or flat on a shelf.Today they broke (see picture). I was simply getting them out to place on my head. There was no snap, they just quietly broke. It's clear head piece is too weak ("cheap plastic crap"). I would strongly advise against buying these headphones. Unless of course you have a tiny head.
Poor Build Quality, High Price

The sound quality these headphones produce is quite good, but the are incredibly fragile. Mine didn't last two months before the left side of the arch snapped internally, and the right followed soon after.I would not recommend these headphones; they are overpriced and under-engineered.

I have had these headphones for a little over a month and I did really like them. However the headband snapped when I tried to put them on my head today and now they are useless. I would not recommend them at all.Note: I have received a replacement pair. Customer service was very responsive, no complaints about them at all. I am leaving the review as is for a while to see if the new pair has the same problem.
