I absolutely love how small and portable it is, plays a great picture and the sound is good too.
Works well for my needs
May 2, 2016
For what I needed, this little projector is great. I use a flash drive to project pics and videos of the grandkids onto my wall, and occasionally I plug in my Kindle Fire 6 with a micro > HDMI cable to watch Netflix on the same wall. The quality is not hi-def, but for $47 I didn't expect hi-def. Some of the pictures are nice and sharp, and others not so much. This may be due more to the size of the .jpg file than any fault of the projector. I am happy with my purchase.

October 11, 2015
I have read several reviews where people say this is intended to be a big gift for their child or to be used for important business... for something that good spend over $500. THIS PROJECTOR IS ONLY FOR NOVELTY USE AT HOME. It is something you can connect to a computer and watch a DVD or maybe play some games. There resolution isn't very good so you cannot read small writing and not superbly bright. With all that said, it is perfect for my son to use for watching movies and playing games. Great job!

I bought it for projecting videos, and it does it well, the only problem are the letter, the low output resolutions make the letters be crappy, but in overall is a good piece of equipment for the price you are paying for, you only need to atach the computer to play power point presentations, the rest, movies, music, pictures and stuff can be played from a usb stick sd memory just as the product description says, its very good, 5 stars

For the cost this is a great projector. We ordered this to use for out door movies for family night. We just project it on to our garage door. A sheet or tarp would provide a better picture though. Unfortunately we live near a somewhat busy road (busy for rural America) and a small Dollar General. The sound isn't quite loud enough to compete with background noise. Using it inside the sound would be great in my opinion.

If you want a "theater quality" experience you have two choices, go to the theater or make enough money to build your own... Now for the rest of us who just want to enjoy a movie at home and don't necessarily want to watch it on a tv without spending a lot of money, this little projector is perfect! I bought it for a "drive-in" night at the house for my little girls, because unfortunately they will probably never get to experience a real one, and they loved it! We watched the Lion King and the colors were bright, the picture was crisp, and the projection was huge! I connected our Bose sound bar to the projector via the headphone jack and plugged in my external hard drive (the projector can open the files and play them itself) and it was like watching Mufasa and Simba again as a kid. I projected the image onto a thick white tarp I bought off Amazon for like an extra 12 bucks and it worked perfectly.

For about $40 you can't go wrong. I use this to cast a Christmas Slide show against the side of my house. It plays from an SD card. Once you get it set, I will loop through your video over and over so it's perfect for what I need.

AtmosFX-ready projector
November 19, 2015
This little projector did exactly what I needed for Halloween: it produced a high quality image for AtmosFX media. Those who are saying this is crap, are expecting way too much from an inexpensive piece of equipment. I would never use this for projecting a computer screen, or for watching a HD movie; it's just not quite at that level. But, for the visual effects I needed, and for watching a movie in a small space, it totally works.
This is nice toy for what it does
May 12, 2015
This is nice toy for what it does, the feature i use is the sd card, put some cartoons on it and let the grand kids set and enjoy a large screen picture, it has a few limits, display area should be as dark as possible, I use a Pull down screen, and the on board sound is not good at all but it does work, for a completely portable device it works fine.

August 26, 2014
If you're expecting a higher quality projector to project a giant image, plan to spend a lot more. This one is fine for my kids to project the Wii onto a wall or even an outside movie onto a makeshift screen (white sheet) but if you want something more than about 4' wide, you'll want a different product. It has sound, but you'll want speakers to play for better quality. Overall, it is what I expected.

What I would recommend for this particular projector is a larger power adapter since the 1 supplied with the projector is overheating.2.5 amp versus 5 amp.I purchased additionally below described adapter and it has reasonable heat output compare to the 1 with 2.5amp rating only.TNTE 12 Volt Power Supply - 5 Amp Standard (12V 5A DC) Adapter-Connector Size: 5.5mm (Outside barrel) x 2.5mm (Inside Barrel). October 10, 2015
This is actually an honest review. I originally posted a bad review for this projector but in reality the error was a user error not the device. I eventually figured it out and after connecting my Blu Ray disc player to the device using HDMI output the picture quality was amazing! It is not really designed for use with cell phone or kindle fire which is what I kept trying to connect it to. The instructions were not very detailed for someone like myself who may need additional information but overall I'm very impressed with this device and the picture quality.
Good for what it is, but not for Home Theater use
November 21, 2014
This is a good little projector with some limitations. It's not going to be your eye-popping, amazing HD projector but if you go into the purchase knowing that, you should be ok. I bought this for a Halloween display (to project scary tombstones) and not to watch movies. It's great for what it does and I even ran the videos off of an SD card, so no external source was needed (no DVD player or laptop necessary). Nice little self-contained setup. The amount of light is good in a dark room or in my case a darkened yard at night. Quality is only SD but looks good at 10+ feet. Speaker is ok but I added some external powered speakers so it could be heard in my yard.I'm considering buying another one to use for next year.
Not too bad...
February 6, 2014
I wasn't sure what to expect with this projector considering the price and size but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. The unit itself is very small, but nice looking. Set up was fairly easy and the picture on it is actually decent! It comes with built in speakers which sound awesome and the picture size can go pretty big like 50+ inches with it being fairly close to the wall (obviously can go bigger the further away). For the price you can't go wrong with this projector...you can't expect what you see at the movies but it also isn't bad at all. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a basic affordable projector for fun at the house.

Portable, Low Resoution
January 25, 2017
The unit arrived with all of the needed accessories and looked promising. I'd expected the projector to have a low resolution, and that's exactly what I got when we tried the unit for the fist time. It gets the job done for basic presentations, but the room has to be very dark, and you have to be a good distance from the wall or screen you're projecting on to. Would not suggest for movies or anything with detailed graphics.

January 22, 2016
I think I would like it more if I could pause it when watching photos. I goes right into slide show and keeps moving. Additionally the extra cords I purchased were not the appropriate ones for my lap top. I would have rated it higher because of its portability and simplicity. But I bought it to work in conjunction with my laptop.
Does the job for Halloween Pumpkin Projections
November 29, 2015
If you're looking for something to power pumpkin projections for Halloween (AtmosFear FX) then this will get the job done fine. The low resolution / low LED output worked nicely to imitate candle light on our pumpkins - & the low profile of the device made it easy to conceal behind a fake tombstone. The array of inputs are impressive. All aside - I wouldn't use this for anything but. Needs to be dark; LED not strong enough / resolution not detailed enough for ghost projections. Priced exactly right, however - and will do the job!
Get's the job done cheaply.
December 28, 2014
For what it cost, it's not bad. My only complaint is that the throw ratio listed in the product description wasn't really very accurate. For the purpose we used it for, augmenting our annual Halloween display, it worked perfectly. You'll definitely need a tripod of some kind if you want to project vertical images, because of where the heat vents are located. Be aware it doesn't have a keystone adjustment option, so unless you are projecting it straight on you'll get the keystone effect with your image. If your looking for a cheap projector for a party or to use with video decorations this is a great buy.

Home theater use only
May 23, 2017
Bought this and was amazed at how little the projector was. Along with the size, there is lackage of power at larger distances. At about <20ft, the video quality is not as clear. Other than that, it's a quiet projector that allows for home theater use.
Ok for the price but not for presentations
April 26, 2017
Projector performs, but room must be very dark to see screen. Limited ability to increase size of projection. Do not buy if you will be using it for presentations. Projection is hard to see in less than a dark room. If it worked better in a lite room I would have given 5 stars.
Decent projector.
January 27, 2017
its decent for the price you pay nothing outstanding but it sure does the job if you need a projector. I use it for outside barbq's have it connected to an outdoor speaker and it works well. but the image are not as clear as you'll like but like i said for the price is okay.
Works fine for basic projections
November 14, 2015
I purchased this projector as an art project tool to project and enlarge basic drawings onto a blank canvas that I intend to paint. For this purpose, it seems to work fine. One drawback is that there is some distortion on the outer edges of the image, which if you are just watching a video or looking at slides, it wouldn't be that noticeable. I had to purchase an additional Mini-DP to HDMI cable to connect this to my MacBook Pro laptop because when I used the projector's on-board SD card slot, the slideshow software wouldn't allow full screen viewing of the disc image. I haven't yet tried to view any videos on this projector and will update this review once I get a chance to do so. For the price, it gets the job done.
its nice
April 10, 2015
It is not the best but it was worth it. I use it as my main it is a good first projector
Portable and will get the job done but picture quality is meh
August 11, 2014
For its size and price, it works as expected. The picture is not super clear and a bit blurry but it is still useable and you can see the shapes. Sound quality is fine but could use a boost with speakers. It is small, portable, and easy to hook up and use. I bring it with me to camping trips and hook right up to my laptop as well in my classrooms that doesn't have a projector.

B1 LED LCD MINI PROJECTOR
April 6, 2017
This product is hard to program , Some options in the menu don't work and not compatible with all electronics
Major design flaw
March 31, 2017
Unlike other similar projectors, you must unplug and plug this machine in each time you want to use it. This is a major design flaw. When i contacted the seller about this problem, they gave me a cryptic explanation that didn't make sense. This is my second mini projector and the first one powered on and off normally. I cannot recommend this product or this seller.
No user friendly
October 13, 2016
I have spent a fortune trying to adapt my phones to work with this thing with no luck. I've had it since December of 2015 and haven't used it once. The company tried to assist me in getting the right adapters but those didn't work either. I am not happy with this product at all. If I could ever get it to work I would be thrilled. But so far this is a big waste of money for me.
I personally wouldn't recommend this product
September 27, 2016
I personally wouldn't recommend this product, The viewing range is about as big as my 21 inch computer screen! Even then it's completly blurry to the human eye, It's a good toy for kids but myself I wouldn't recommend this for adults or even if you were thinking as I was to use this for a home video system it just won't work, You get what you pay for!
Go for the more expensive projector.
March 24, 2015
Invest in something a little more expensive because you get you money's worth with this little projector. The screen isn't crystal clear instead it looks pixelated. Trying to play video games on it is a chore especially those high in graphics like Grand Theft Auto 5. The sound quality isn't that great either-- it sounds like that of a bootlegged movie. And, the sound has to be as loud as it can go to drown out the sound of the small fan inside the projector. It has a t.v. component, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get it to work nor find an adapter to make it work-- it isn't a coax connection. It has a slot for a micro-SD card; but, it's useless considering the picture and sound quality. Trust me, save up and buy something more high-end. This projector isn't worth the money.
Poor optics
September 8, 2014
This item was wonderfully compact. To get a picture, however, required buying an additional connecting cord that, for an iPad, cost $49, as much as the projector. The capacity of the projector to illuminate from a distance was acceptable with an area as large as 60" , as claimed. The resolution afforded by the optics was, however, woefully inadequate. On text, fonts as large as around 48 were barely discerned and text at 14-16 font were not readable no matter how close the projector was placed to the wall, rendering the item useless for presenting items requiring the looker to read.

I bought this piece of crap 3 years ago when it was $65...might be worth $40 but it's extremely basic, horrible resolution, and has a hard time connecting to devices. Good for a kids bedroom or something I suppose...but would not buy ever again. I use it like twice a year.

June 28, 2016
I bought this device for an overseas trip to try to provide some entertainme t for people that worked for me. It was functional and we could, however, its resolution left something to be desired. Like other reviewers have posted i saw the high resolution and that that that was the output. Another issue i had was agaimy own ignorance in that i didnt understand lumens. We nearly had to have the room 100% light free or else it was hard to see the subpar quality image. At this point i inted to dismantle it and use it for parts.
I don't understand all the positive reviews for this. ...
June 12, 2016
I don't understand all the positive reviews for this. I intended to use this to project a second screen onto a wall in my office for training purposes, but the image is so pixelated that text is entirely illegible unless it is very large. Even a normal powerpoint presentation is difficult to read. The keystone is just a manual angled lens and it takes part of the image out of focus at the extremes, so you can either read the center or the edges but not both. This thing is a piece of junk and not worth even the small amount of money they are asking for it.
Instant dead pixel made me hate this projector.
April 26, 2016
You are getting what you pay for really. The lens doesn't focus to be very crisp at all, and a pixel died in the center of my screen after the second use. It is unbelievably annoying now, as I can't focus on anything else other than the large black dot.
Not as it seems.... Gotta know the terms!
March 31, 2014
Alright, so I took my time and got to learn this baby, let me tell you about this thing.First things first, this is an example of "almost" false advertising, you see it say "maximum resolution: 1920x1080", and that is true, the maximum resolution it can TAKE IN, NOT PROJECT is 1920x1080.Now me as a college student ignorant about lighting and projection saw 1920x1080 and said, "this a steal!" and bought it. After buying and messing around with it, I really discovered what was going on.For one, maximum resolution and native resolution are 2 different things. max is what it can take in, native is what it can put out. So yeah, you guessed it, this thing takes high quality video game, movie, and computer images and downgrades them to a measly 320x240 , that's not even better than the gamecubes quality, never mind any console from the 2000's up.So if you're looking for a steal, you sir, ma'am, person, have come to the wrong place. Now don't get me wrong, this thing does what it says it will do, and it does it well! It really is quite a quiet machine (if you use the audio cables, if you turn up the volume, it has an annoying buzzing sound while it plays audio), and the projection is fairly bright. In a fairly dim room, you can see the screen just fine. Along with that, this truly is a gaming projector, it has minimal lag, if you stare long and hard enough, you'll see the tiniest bit, and in a fast-paced game like Mario or Need for Speed, it isn't noticeable unless you're a hardcore gamer (I would define myself as such) and even then, it won't slow you down much. And it is as they say, this thing can get a really wide projection, i haven't found a wall big enough but it can easily span a clear projection with a 5 foot diagonal for my dorm room. And you know, if you're a retro gamer, anything gamecube quality or worse will play GREAT on this machine, believe it! But don't expect anything better out of this, it is a 320x240 projector.Me, I am a retro gamer (if you can call the gamecube retro) so I am not going to go storming back demanding my money. That said, I don't want you to do what I did and mock all my friends for buying $400 TV's, saying I'm going to get a projector that can do just as good a picture as yours can and then find out what it really does. Especially since I have to figure how I'm going to throw that story under the rug.... :/Still, I gave 2 out of 5 stars because I wanted people to read the reviews and see what was wrong with this console, or at least not be deceived by it's sneaky placement of facts. They could've simply said "displays crisp 320x240 pixel image, good for retro gamers!!" and the people it attracted would be happy with their purchase. But now they have guys like me typing this review instead going to class which starts in like 15 minutes, and I still haven't done the homework for it yet.... So with that I end it here. But one last thing, if your looking for a good projector, less than 150, then there must be a problem or something about it you haven't seen yet.And remember, NATIVE RESOLUTION IS WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR, NOT MAXIMUM RESOLUTION.Now have a wonderful day and please pray I'm not late for class and that my teacher is not checking homework today.

Cheaply made, doesn't have a lot of adjustments
July 11, 2016
If you're reading the poor reviews, believe them. With so many different ways to stream movies, it really was impossible to get this to work in 2016-2017. I have tried my ipad, computer and iphone 6s Plus. I feel like I have so many different cords and components attached to it it's ridiculous. The sound is subpar, so you need speakers. But your speakers whether BT or pin need to be charged right? Then you need the cord to attach your component to projector. Not worth it in my opinion

I used this projector to show photos taken from my digital camera. I used an SD card from the camera and it works well for that function. The projector does not come with enough instruction on how to do certain things with this SD card so I have to try many things to come up with what I need. The projector does not have strong enough light power to show images clearly. The focus is also not very good either. I wished I can send it back but I learned that this kind of mini projector is not worth the money.

Nor can I get my mac to register that it's even plugged in using the usb firewire. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
August 13, 2015
This thing is a piece of junk!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! They try to portray it as an HD product- although it may READ data that may be considered HD, the best it will display is 320x240 pixels. I bought this as a cheap projector to simply be able to project an image an trace it for some artwork. 320x240 is, what I sadly found out, a very low resolution. Unless you're wanting to project Atari-worthy images, you just need to shell out some more cash for a decent product.

I usually dont write reviews but I had to for this one. I was use like you right now, reading reviews just to make sure this product was going to be worth my time and purchase. But I'm going to save you a ton of waiting time and headache right now. Don't buy this or any other projector that looks like this on this site cause its all the same bull. Dont be con-ed by the low and cheap price and the awesome specs... Its a piece of $h!t quality projector. Mine didn't even power on when I got it and I didn't even expect it to when I first took it out of the package. LOW quality materials used to make it all around. Save your money and go use it to buy yourself a nice dinner out instead of buying yourself stress and a headache.
