Love love this oven ! The only downfall is the timer sound is kinda quiet. Not so good for hearing impaired folks. I've had this oven for 6 months now with nothing but praise !

Fantastic range, everything I was wanting in a new stove.

We have had this for a year now. It is fantastic. I was a little concerned when I read the reviews, but decided to buy anyway. For the person who could not bake cookies, I don't know what to say. This over gets hot and cooks very fast. Two choices are either conventional or convection. The convection is 25 degrees less but heats at 25 higher. By that I mean if you would use 350 degrees in a normal oven, you type this on this oven, and it actually uses 325 degrees. I can use metal and foil inside. The inside cobalt blue color is so pretty. There was another review about being able to use burners only high or low. That is not true. You hit high or low and it starts at the highest or lowest temperature. Then you can use the arrows to increase or decrease the temperature from there. It does not come with a cord, so I purchased one because I want a new one. I could have used the one from the old oven, but opted for the new cord. To know which one to get. Look at your current oven and unplug it, then count the prongs. You need a 3 or a 4 prong based on the socket in your wall. Hope this helps you out. This is an outstanding oven and it was so much cheaper on Amazon from Best Sales.

Love this range. I came from gas and was concerned with response time. Both burners and oven heat quickly and evenly. Looks great, cleans easily. Oven tends to retain more moisture than my old gas oven, so I need to step back for a few moments before swooping in to get food out.

I got this stove the week before Thanksgiving. So far I love it! I baked all the pies and rolls and all the rest of the items we served this year (DH cooks the turkeys outside) With 4 shelves I was able to serve all the food hot.

The clock on the microwave tends to go out but that is not a problem for me since I have clocks everywhere. I really like the different light settings and the fan exhaust speeds. It has many features and probably many that I will never use since I am not a cook. Overall I am pleased with this microwave.

The microwave fit perfect and works very well. It was so nice to pick the exact item needed and have it delivered to the house. So many times when going to the appliance stores they are limited and you can end up purchasing something you were not really satisfied. Also, I did not have to haul it up the stairs myself.

It arrived very well packaged, not damaged. The interior is huge. The touch pad is an actual touch pad unlike the frigidaire I had, the touch pad on that had to be pressed forcefully.This microwave requires only a light touch, it comes with a template for installation. This made it quite easy to install and I am in no way considered the handy person.Interior is grey, it has a sleek looking exterior , the display window could be bigger but that does not bother me at all.I have not had any door latch issues as some reviewers mentioned.If you are on the fence about getting it , I suggest getting it. It was well worth the price for me.

The microwave arrived a day early, everything was included, and its in great shape. Here's a hint: Leave the protective tape and cardboard on the door, it saves a battle with the extended hood..

Not only I bought this micro oven, but fridge, and gas race as well appliance from this vendor and I cannot be happier. It arrived on time, it was delivered straight into my garage and the product arrived as described. The micro over look shard and work as described.

Looks great and works well. I'd really give it 4.5 stars as the touch panel is not sensitive enough (press & hold the button rather than pecking at it), but works OK once you quit trying to go too fast with the input. Installed quite easily too.

We have had this range for about a year now. The top is very easy to clean if you use the right cleaner. I use Cerama Bryte and it works great. I haven't tried the self cleaning feature yet. I'll update when I do try that. I use the stainless steel oil cleaner on the stainless steel parts and it keeps them from showing finger prints. I truly love this range and haven't had a single problem out of it since we got it.

This would have been a 5 star rating but it didn't come with a plug. We had to go out, buy a plug and hardwire it in. If it said somewhere in the fine print that it didn't come with a plug then I guess that's my bad. Other than that minor inconvenience I LOVE this stove. I couldn't believe how easy it was to clean up the oven after a spill inside! Very happy with the purchase!

Arrived in good shape, easy to install but I like the ones that automatically start when pressing 1-9 for 1-9 minute durations better.

I've only had this microwave less than a month, but have had no issues.

Great microwave, super powerful... but my clock seems stuck in eco-mode no matter how many times i turn eco-mode off.

You can see every fingerprint on the key pad but besides cleaning it often it works really well.

Oven came parts missing filters and turntable chipped.. Waiting for replacement. Oven installed.

The microwave is great - except for the damage done in shipping! Still working on trying to resolve that issue.

VERY NICE LOOKING. THE DIGITAL FUNCTION BUTTONS ARE HARD TO PUSH. TOO INSENSITIVE. YOU HAVE TO PUSH THE BUTTONS 2 TO 3 TIMES ON THE AVERAGE TO GET THEM INPUT.

The exhaust fan works well when you need it, I would give this oven 5 stars except for the slow response of the command buttons.

Installation was difficult, because one of the supplied support bolts was either misthreaded or faulty. Could not get it to engage with the hole at all. Luckily, one of the supplied bolts meant for drywall installation was similarly sized, and it did engage. Used a washer to spread the load out from the smaller head. As far as prep, almost everything lined up from my previous microhood. I was able to use the same support bracket, same ducting, even the same support bolt hole on the left side. But why LG decided to go with an asymmetrical placement for the hole for the right side is beyond me. Also, the cord position was different, but I guess that placement isn't standardized. So I had to drill two holes.The fit side to side and vertically is the same as my old unit, but this one is several inches deeper. It extends out from the cabinets a good four inches. It's not unattractive, but it does limit vision of the stove controls a lot more then my old one did, as well as vision into pans on the back burners. Not a showstopper issue, but something to consider.Unit works well so far (one week), but the fan is really the reason to buy this one. Ventilates way better than my old microwave hood combo. Provides good ventilation for all four burners of my stove, not just the back ones.The single LED light is both too small a point source, and too blue in color. Wish they would have gone with a warmer LED, and used more than one located in the center. The cool light isn't a good match with food, and the single tiny source provides a lot of dazzle when it reflects off surfaces. I may have to take off the lens cover and spray it with frosted glass spray to diffuse the light more.I'll post more as time goes by and it gets used more.

The product works fine, but the bottom plate rattles. I tightened the screws but it did not help. I contacted the company but they were no help.

Replaced a 11 year old GE Profile unit with this. In some cases I feel this product is a step backward as far as options and ease of use.Clock will not stay on (supposedly an energy saving feature) -- ridiculous. Can't see in the small window to the dimly lit inside to see how food is cooking -- frustrating. Touch screen sensor food profiles have to be accessed by pressing the numeric keypad to see options -- time consuming.On the plus side I think the exhaust fan is great and isn't too noisy considering how much air is being pushed. Cooking is fast and even. I wish I had gone to an appliance store to see the features explained more clearly instead of purchasing online.

So far, this microwave has been doing OK, (with the exception of the exhaust fan which I think has a bad switch because even though it says it is in "LOW SPEED", the volume and pitch are the same as "HI SPEED").I've had it for almost 3 weeks now, and today I started a return because it quit heating. I decided to check out the LG website for any information concerning repair help and was led to a troubleshooting guide. After going though that, I found out that it has a "Timer Mode", (where it runs, but does not heat). After clearing the screen, it started working again. I don't know why they made the timer mode look and sound like the microwave is running. My last microwave had a timer that ran independently of the microwave itself. With this one, the only way to tell it's not cooking is that it doesn't heat at all.

WOW am I ever surprised! The product descriptions states "Spacious 2.0 cu. ft. interior Accommodates a wide range of meal and snack items" this spacious interior is in reality 1.4 cubic feet!!!. LG's claim of 2 cubic feet include all of the little indentations on the sides and bottom So perhaps this unit has a 2 cubic feet capacity .. if you laid it on it's back drilled a hole in the door and poured in 2 cubic feet of liquid! Well so much for honesty in advertising ... I'll write another review when i actually start using my small microwave but for now I feel duped.

The microwave arrived slight damage from shipping (I wasn't home when shipment arrived). The frame slightly bent which needed repair. I was able to repair and installed the unit. At this point I find out that the retractable vent wasn't working either. I have to take it down and repair the spring mechanism. This mechanism can be easily damage during installation. After an hr or two of repair the microwave, I was able to installed the unit. The unit works great but I also notice the when the tray is turning it makes a scrubbing sound and sometimes would not turn at all with food on it. The problem is that the tray is too large and over hang the internal frame. When the door is closed the tray is scrubbed against it (see the attached picture). I have contact LG about the issue, but have not hear back yet (only one day so I am not too upset about it just yet). How LG handles the 'tray' complaint will determine my final rating of this product. At $400, I do expect the microwave to be better than this though.Updated 7/5/2015:Don't expect LG service department to address your issue, though. Their customer service system is set up in such a way that you cannot reply to their reply. You have to fill out the web base from each time with the model number, serial number and your problem description again and again. The form is straight out fro 1990's web early days bulletin boards. I think it is intentionally setup this way to discourage you from filling them out. Their recommendation for me to resolve my problem is to purchase the identical tray again (14.2" diameter). For the life of me I can't figure out if a 14.2" diameter is too large, how is another 14.2" tray resolve my issue. I sent picture to show that the 14.2" tray is overhang at scrapping against the inside of the front door. They tell me to buy another tray and would be 'happy' to take my order..Really? WTF ? I was considering buying LG fridge and stove to upgrade my appliances but I don't think I would do it now solely based on their customer service. I guess Samsung is next.

My husband wanted me to order a range and dishwasher to match a refrigerator we had just purchased while there was a sale, so I had to hurry in buying. I made sure the range and dishwasher would match the refrigerator, scanned the features, saw "Easy Clean" and assumed that was LG's version of self clean, and moved along.Well, guess what? It's not. It's nowhere close to self cleaning. It is a sucker punch, that's what it is. You're given a pump spray bottle that you fill with water and use to soak down the oven; then the oven just heats to about 200 degrees for 20 minutes and it is done. Yes, that's it! Then you have go in and not only clean it but first sop up all of that water that served no purpose whatsoever except to turn grease into a gummy mess that still won't come off. So you know what? You'd best not be cooking any meat in there, not with that convection fan in the back. Why on earth would LG do this?!I love the refrigerator and dishwasher. I wish I could say I love the range. The cooktop works well so far, and oven does have that pretty blue oven interior. But this "Easy Clean" has completely turned me off.

Door seal disintegrating, pic attached. The design of having to push a button and then hold down the button to increase the temp for a stove top burner is time consuming and the digital read out makes it difficult to set the temp. It was sooo much easier to just turn a dial ONE time to set the temp on my old stove. This stove is not for everyone. I contacted LG 3 times about the door seal with a reply that keeps asking where I purchased it and when. 3 times I sent them a pic of the reciept and the seal. No response if the seal is covered under warranty.

The oven and the glass top on this range are great, but I bought this one because it also had a convection as well. I have used the convection a half dozen times and it's not a good convection. I used a GE Profile in a motor home for 5 years and fell in love with it. The fan is off and on all the time. This is not a true convection. My little travel trailer did not have an oven so I bought this lil Pro Waring Oven/convection and works like a true convection. LG will not admit this was a horrible design. When using the convection it takes longer to cook and food is dried out around the edges.

Hate it! The range settings are not low-high but in numbers.There is really no good way to interpret where you need to cook things based off this. I wish we never purchased this. It was an expensive buy that was a total mistake. Never again LG!

I bought this oven two weeks ago and up until yesterday only used the range top, which has been great; heats up fast, easy to clean, etc., which is why I gave it two stars despite the glass door defect. Yesterday, however, I preheated the oven to 450f degrees and roasted cauliflower for 13 minutes when suddenly the inner glass panel of the door shattered! Clearly the glass had not been tempered properly. Now there is glass everywhere inside the oven and Lowe's is sending somebody to "take a look" in a week. Great. Seems to be a manufacturing defect and mine is not the only one. After this happened last night I Googled this situation and found other owners with similar problems (cracked or shattered front door). I am just glad the glass didn't explode outward and hurt somebody. Buyer beware!

LRE3083ST - great features. Would be a great stove, not so much if your a person who cooks for a family.I purchased this stove to replace a 20 year old GE. I really miss it now! After purchasing a French door refrigerator I decide to upgrade to this stove. Looked it over and like all the features the sizes, compared it to the others in the same class. Great cooking size for oven, convection, 4 burners, two small two large, great features... Looks great so I bought. Well, the small burners will not actively maintain a rolling boil(water and potato). So, I call LG support and I'm told sorry, the pans that work on other stoves and that I've cooked with for 15+, aren't rated to work on this stove. I'm sorry to say that my old stove really out performs this one. Yes, it's a 3 quart pan, boiling water/soup, but other stoves, seem to have no problem doing it on there small burners. Now cooking is a real pain in the neither regions. Now, I'm stuck with this piece of S&*%$ because I'm beyond the return time for this appliance! Be aware of that and try every option right away.

All I am judging this unit on is looks and usability, The clock does not continuously display, the mounting holes do not match up with GE. I prefer the usability and comfort of controls of a GE Profile however you can expect to replace the GE Profile every couple of years with a control panel fault after my 3rd GE in 9 years I decided to buy this LG Not as user friendly however it may last longer who knows.... The other comments you read are correct. View window is small, under lite is dim inside is black and if your not venting through the roof you will have to change the vent system.(everything you need is included)

Bought this 23 months ago and it works just fine till today. LG chat suggests the magnetron failed. The microwave appears to work but the food does not get hot and the turntable isn't turning. Another reviewer had the same problem and their technician replaced a faulty relay. I hope the fix is simple. For the last 23 months it works well but it is very loud with the vent fan on even on low as others commented. Also it would be nice to turn off the turntable which you can't. Lastly, there is no timer to time your baking cookies or dinner. Our oven has a timer but often it would be nice to have two timers. I wouldn't have even believed a kitchen appliance made would not have a timer. All in all, ok but loud. By the way, the fire issue was fixed in 2014.

I had the older version 2083ST and it stopped working so I replaced it with this microwave - has identical size and older model does not exist.Two aspects were problematic from the prior model - one of the mounting screws was located in the wrong position, thankfully the wall bracket and one of the screws aligned perfectly. So had to drill one more screw. However, the two screws are not symmetrical i..e the distance from the sides of the microwave are different. This is bad engineering, as the center of gravity is not the center.Second, the interior is grey, so we cannot be see the food cooking. Moreover, the bottom of the outside panel is tinted (or black) so unless you are 6 ft tall, you cannot see the very dark interior with very small light.Further, the microwave arrived with the mounting bracket (which was located at the top of the microwave carton) bent; thankfully, we had the older one, we did not have to use it.Overall, disappointed with LG design and there is no backward compatibility with older models.

This microwave is NOT worth the money! I will be sending it back! Does not cook correctly!

I purchased this microwave from a big box store about 2 weeks ago. Last night it went dead abruptly while heating dinner - no power, no display, no lights. There was a sharp whiff of burned electronics. Then about two hours later I heard a beep and it came back on. It seems to be working again and there's no odd smell but I'm not sure if it's safe to continue using it.Aside from the unacceptably early failure, I have some criticisms of the design. The touch controls are not laid out in the conventional way so it's a little hard to get used to. There are no 1-touch buttons to instantly cook for a minute or two. The only 1-touch button is for +30 seconds. The clock display does not stay on (supposedly to save energy) but I would rather have it stay on. The LED cooktop lighting has a cold bluish cast, giving food a pallid, unappealing color. The interior lighting is a 30-watt incandescent and it is rather dim.The installation instructions were okay but not always very clear. I did manage to install it without redrilling any holes and it went in without a hitch. There are several ventilation options, including rear vent, top vent, or through a filter and back into the kitchen. It comes set to vent out the top. The oven is taller than the old one, sticks out further, and leaves less clearance over the range. I have always wondered why these ovens aren't made in a slimmer profile design.Some favorable points: the extended vent works pretty well and is much quieter than the old microwave, which is a major reason I purchased it. It is also quieter while cooking (when it works) and the door doesn't slam like the old one.I am not sure if I would buy this appliance or brand again, but I'll update this when I see how well the retailer resolves the issues.

We purchased this unit and were pretty happy with it overall, it was competitively priced. However, it broke 2 months out of warranty. That's when I found out how terrible LG customer support is. When you email them, you cannot follow your thread, but have to start all over again each time. The phone people cannot help much, and when I asked to speak to a manager, was disconnected, and never got a call back. I did my own problem determination, using the paper guide on the back of the unit, and this indicated the board was bad - one of the most expensive items!!Come to find out this is a common problem with many LG electric stoves! Service plan costs $400 - about the cost of the board, so after trying to get LG to replace for free or partial, we give up as it's close to Thanksgiving and have company arriving. LG contracts with a local company, who in turn subcontracts with another company.They guy arrives and fixes it in 15 minutes ... the connector to the board was bad from the factory (his assessment), he snips wire and puts on a new connector. So I just paid $400 for a .10 part!! Technician says LG have a lot of board problems.We tried to get LG to compensate us, but customer support refers us to warranty, who refer us back to customer support. After about ten phone calls I gave up - maybe that was their intent all along. LG used to be a good brand, but based on this product, and my interactions with them, we could not recommend any LG brand.

I purchased this range in black from a local retailer. The first time I used it (350 for 1 hr) I accidentally touched the trim that goes around the cooktop and meets the oven door. I pulled my hand away quickly and thought - man that's hot! The second time I baked, it happened again. I called LG and Carl in customer service told me to use caution and if I suffer a burn I can fill out a liability claim with them. He could not tell me how hot it should get. So I called the national consumer safety board and talked with them. There is a standard and this section of the range (it's a plastic part) should not go above 180 degrees. I purchased a infrared thermometer to test this . It is running over that and went as high as 200.3 degrees! This is outside the limits allowed for a freestanding range. I contacted the store I purchased it from and they will be out tomorrow to do their own test. I just hope I can return this. It is a danger to me and any family the would accidentally come in contact with it. I can not stress enough about how dangerous this is. And, LG could care less.

We bought this product two years ago and were happy with it until this Christmas Eve when I preheated an empty oven and suddenly heard a loud noise and saw flames in the oven. LG was completely unresponsive and absolutely unhelpful. This product is hazardous and the company is irresponsible. I will never purchase another LG product!

LG products are made to wear out in a short time span, forcing the proud owner to pay for service call and/or purchase repair parts. the membrane panel on this oven will require replacement after just 2 years of service. The membrane alone costs $150 and LG has sold thousands of these. Dont be ripped off. Dont buy LG.

Bought this range 14 months ago and recently on clean mode, the whole house filled with smoke. The oven was actually burning up the insulation. The repair man said it would cost over $500 to fix. The whole thing would need new insulation and the insulation cost $299 plus several hours of labor. Do not buy this range. LG is junk!

Bought this unit from Lowes 15 days ago. Tried to cook about 600 cookies yesterday for the airmen at eglin. The temperature swing was too great and could not get a stable temperature after 2 hours of warm up. I was trying to get and hold at 300F. The swing was 265 to 315F.You can hear relays clicking often. I thought technology would have prevailed into current ovens. I replace this with a 1972 GE oven that had a swing of 10F. and no relays. It should have electronic relays and a proportional temperature controller. I guess after 40 years no new technology on temperature control.I should have looked closer to its cheap regulation. I can not understand consumer reports giving this great ratings.

It came damaged/ dented on the back. The opening that you can see through on the door is so small I cannot see in the microwave. I'm 5'4". The beeper on the touchpad and when the cooking ends is super loud - there is no way to soften it so we had to turn it off completely - such a pain!

Lasted 5 months

Worked 3 months then went out...had repaired 3 times and on 3rd visit they deemed it unrepairable. Went a total of 14 weeks with no microwave!

Looking to make some soup on the stove-top? Boil water for pasta? Better make sure to do it on the right side of your stove and hope that the touchpad still works afterward. We purchased this microwave in July '15, and three times had to call LG customer service due to an unresponsive touchpad after boiling water. Each time it took a few days for a tech to arrive, and when they did, the touchpad had begun working again. Each time the tech told us that since the problem had been "solved", and the production functioning "properly", they couldn't repair or replace any parts, *even though this was an ongoing issue*.It has now been three days since my wife decided to make some chicken soup, and we've been without a working microwave ever since. We've unplugged it, and plugged it back in, left it unplugged for a day, and nothing has changed. The light works when the door is opened, and when you plug it in it prompts you to set the time, but with an unresponsive touchpad it might as well be completely dead.Now that the warranty period is over, LG will not cover a repair tech coming out to fix this issue. Even though we reported multiple times the exact same issue while it was under warranty and nothing was done. We purchased all LG appliances for our kitchen. Fortunately for us, the refrigerator died while under warranty and was repaired. The microwave did as well, but as I said above, was never repaired properly, and now is basically dead. That's a 50% failure rate in under a year. We will not be purchasing any LG appliances, or any other LG products, ever again.

I bought this unit to replace an older LG model that was discontinued. The older model worked fine until I melted it with a small kitchen fire (naturally the one time I disconnected the smoke alarm). The new model arrived quickly. I got a friend to help install it. You'll need a friend -It's too heavy for you to hold it up with one hand while you screw the bolt on with the other.I gave it four stars in my initial review but I'm changing it to one star because after only a couple of months, the microwave's fan and interior lights would go on sometimes when I closed the oven door. But if I opened and gently closed the door again, it'd turn off. It's been about six months since I first installed this oven and this problem is becoming frequent. Today, my son texts me from home that the microwave won't turn off no matter what he does so I told him to leave the door open and when I get home tonight, I will disconnect it so it doesn't burn the house down. A microwave oven is supposed to make our lives more convenient, not fill us with dread that it can start an electric fire. Checking on the internet, it seems that this is not an uncommon problem. It's probably not going to be covered by warranty. And how do I get it to the manufacturer? They aren't going to pay a repairman to make a housecall for a lousy microwave oven. If I pay for shpping both ways, I might as well buy a new microwave. Lessons learned: I will buy appliances from a brick and mortar store whose return/service policy I understand and I will not use an over-the-range microwave again.

The handle is attached to the door by two weak screws that bear up against a nonmetallic surface on the door. For my unit, the lower attachment door surface broke within six months and the handle pulled away from the door.I am having a service call take care of it but it looks like a design flaw. Even if I get a replacement door, I expect it will break again in six months. Avoid this model design.Updated Dec 2016: Yes the replacement door also is showing the same problem.Worse: The magnetron failed as soon as the one year warranty was up. Would not heat food. We had a service call and replaced it.It has failed again in 9 months. LG wants more for a service call than the new microwave cost.I would avoid LG microwaves completely. I still have a countertop Panasonic microwave working perfectly after 15 years - unfortunately LG does not know microwaves :)

Came with case damaged and not working; likely a DOA from another customer who like me checked it for working before installation where having it repaired under warranty would have been a better option than returning it. I did purchase another unit from the same outfit and it arrived undamaged and worked just fine.

I have the 2.0 cubic ft version of this microwave. The front keypad requires too much force to make selections. Venting performance is very poor - even vented to the outdoors with 6" ducting you smell cooking odors all through the house. Worst of all, the plastic trim on the edge of the ExtendaVent warps from range heat and eventually falls off in pieces - right into food being cooked on the stove! The plastic intake cover also broke off and is completely useless. I used it up until 6 months ago until the Magnetron tube blew and now it's completely dead. Total time of use was just 2 1/2 years for a family of 4!! I called LG customer service 4 times and even lodged a complaint with the BBB. LG is completely unsympathetic to any of these issues which are in my opinion due to a very poor design. I recommend staying clear of this series of microwave ovens.

If I could select a -5 star rating I would, but the lowest you can select is 1 star.I currently own the model LMH2016ST with ExtendaVent which is similar, just a 2.0 Cubic foot version with controls on the right side. THESE MICROWAVE OVENS SHOULD BE AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAGUE. The ExtendaVent uses a PLASTIC trim panel on the front - it is not stainless steel like the door and side panels.After just 9 months of use, the panel warped from the range heat below and began breaking apart in pieces, falling into food being cooked on the stove. The tabs holding the black air intake panel behind the microwave door has also fallen off.I have submitted complaints to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Better Business Bureau because LG has blatantly refused to investigate the problems, even after they requested I submit a complaint to them in writing with photos showing the defects which I provided.Check out their web site reviews: others have posted similar complaints which amazingly they leave for customers to see but refuse to address.Don't believe LG acts irresponsibly concerning product safety? They were fined $1.825M in July 2015, the maximum fine. According to the CPSC, in 2009 LG knowingly failed to report to CPSC, as required by federal law, a defect and an unreasonable risk of serious injury with several models of dehumidifiers. Fires caused by the defective dehumidifiers resulted in millions of dollars of property damage. I will never purchase another LG product until they become responsive to customer concerns and I receive assurance from the U.S. CPSC they have made substantial improvements to product safety and design.

Installed to find out it does not work.

No stars for my review. Poor quality appliance support. Received unit with part that holds retractable vent in place damaged. Called company customer service and you receive an off shore help desk. After hours of working with these folks and having them place a repair shop order, parts needed were identified and then LG said two months to provide replacement parts. Then LG said they would do a product review to see if entire unit replacement was more practical. After nearly a week of additional waiting the LG customer reps now have done nothing. I would not but this unit or any LG appliance again. Have been on the phone for one hour this morning to speak to a supervisor. Last time I waited for 30 minutes and they hung up on me. One Sorry Company
