Typically my hair looks fried the day after doing a purple shampoo treatment, even with other conditioners leave in and not, that I've used. But even my coworker kept saying the next day that my hair looked really healthy and was surprised I had used the purple shampoo the night before. It is a little heavy on my fine hair if I use it on a whim. But as a treatment for when it's dry, this is the perfect remedy. Excellent Products!! November 5, 2016 I love this set!! Don't be afraid to order if your unit has smaller dimensions than the cover itself. This one fits my square A/C unit perfectly, with room to spare and even has a nice little opening to accommodate the electrical lines. The sturdy drawstring cord at the bottom guarantees a snug fit, and the "breathability" of the material will help prevent condensation build up underneath. Good quality at a great price, and the neutral colors are nice too. We're expecting lots of rain here in California this winter, (fingers crossed!) so this waterproof and highly wind-resistant cover should work perfectly. Good quality and price November 24, 2014 Excellent cover for my air conditioner. It comes with a built in snap that locks around the base of the electric/cables etc. so that it will never blow away. Good price for such good quality. I have one of those frost king silver covers before that always blew off even with the bunge thingy that comes with it that eventually gets lost. For a few extra bucks this cover is so much better. The only negative thing to say would be the base of the cover has a elastic draw string that works just ok. This is the 3rd product I have purchased from Classic Accessories, the first was a BBQ cover for my Weber grill, the second a cover for my outdoor umbrella, all three are well made from high quality materials. I have a Carrier unit that measures 35" X 35 1/2" across the top, partly because the top is slightly concave. The specifications for the Veranda air conditioner cover are 34" X 34". I have seen numerous post asking if the cover will stretch or if it will fit a slightly larger unit like a 35" X 35". The answer is yes it will slide on and do the job although the seams may not line up perfectly with the outer edges of a 35" X 35" unit. The material doesn't have much stretch, but I had enough play to adjust it sufficiently cover the top without the sides being to snug. Once I had it situated the way I wanted it, I adjusted the two bungee cord straps to batten it down. The best thing about this product is the price, its an absolute bargain for a quality made cover. |

I put a little in my hands after I rinse my hair with conditioner and run my fingers through my hair to help detangle it as it's really dry from bleaching it and impossible to comb. I leave it in until the next rinse. It works great for my dry, bleached, curly hair. It tames the frizz and I can run my fingers through my hair again. July 14, 2016 This hair mask is a great product. I'll admit I *may* have been expecting miracles. Those it did not deliver. However. it smells absolutely divine and it makes my hair soft (though not incredibly more soft than my less expensive drugstore stuff). I use this 1-2 times per week and leave it on for about seven minutes (suggested time). I have also left it on for 30-40 minutes (hair wrapped in a towel) and saw pretty much the same results. This product is easy to apply. It has a thick and creamy body butter consistency and I don't "lose" any product in the shower (at $13 bucks a jar, thank goodness!--yes, I'm cheap). So that's fantastic! I've recently gone lighter and my hair is kind of dried out. I wanted desperately for this to return my hair to what it once was, which may be unfair of me! Why did I buy this? To heal my severely dry, raw, itchy scalp. (Any effect on my hair would be an added bonus.) Did it do what I wanted? Yes. My scalp is in much better condition, though it isn't completely healed yet. I liked it enough that I bought it again. Did it moisturize my hair? Yes, but not miraculously so. Not as much as Redken All Soft. Still, my hair has been notoriously tangly all my life, and using this has significantly resolved that. It's like a leave-in conditioner. I can only really tell a difference when I blow dry, though -- if I let my hair air dry, it looks just the same as always. This will probably moisturize your hair, but if you're looking for a miracle hair mask that will completely repair color-damaged hair, I'm not sure this is it. Did it get rid of my split ends? No. Actually, I lose more hair using this product due to the extra towel dry/comb through of wet hair. How often do I use it? Every other day/every time I wash my hair. At first I tried doing it every other wash, but my scalp became severely dry and raw again after one regular wash/condition cycle. So, now I use it every time. How long does one container last? First container lasted me 5 uses and this second one will probably last me 6. (My hair is halfway down my back and moderately thick.) December 12, 2016 I bought this to match our fire pit cover and our grill cover which I have had for a couple of years. My grill cover has held up nicely. The fire pit cover has a stress rip where the handle on the screen rubs the underside of the cover. So I took off one star for durability. Aside from the rip, which I will fix, I am very pleased with the construction of these covers and the quality of the fabric and and the tie down straps. These the best covers I have owned so far. Does the job although the fit isn't perfect. October 30, 2015 Does what it's supposed to do. I couldn't find a cover that would fit my AC unit perfectly so I just settled for the standard 34x34x30 size which is actually way to wide for my unit but the extra width adds to the inch missing from depth (31" tall). I put the cords through the appropriate opening, pulled the draw string extra tight to close around the bottom and used some extra bungee cords I had to wrap around the unit just to make sure it was secure. I also have the Classic Accessories grill cover which does what it's supposed to do and all the covers in my back yard match (as if I really cared about that. Lol) Well built, does the job December 25, 2013 After leaving my air conditioners exposed to the elements and a very harsh North Eastern winter last year, I thought I ought to protect them a bit better this year. These covers should do the job. They seem sturdy and provide good coverage over the units. The drawstring at the bottom is effective at getting a tight fit and they haven't blown off in a fairly strong wind so that isn't a concern. There are two flaws for which I deducted a star. 1. I have two AC units, one taller than the other. The cover is too short by about 3 inches for this unit but covers the other perfectly. I don't know why there is a height difference but I think it will only be a minor inconvenience. I was more concerned about protecting the tops anyway. 2. The cover is pretty ugly. It would have been nice to have a couple color options. A neutral grey would have been better. look great, but one problem. December 6, 2013 Listen, i have one of these things for everything. Both AC units, wood rack, two sets of furniture, two chaise lounges; you would think i have stock in these Veranda covers. i think they look great and they fit perfectly. I have one criticism though; there is only two corners that can be buckled down. Of the four corners, only two have these snap type straps (similar to a dog collar), that you can use to lock down the cover. In severe wind, which we recently had here in the northeast, the covers were blowing off at the unstrapped corners. As much as I love them, i wish they would have had the buckles on all four corners. i toyed with the possibility of giving 3 stars, but stuck with 4 because of how much i like them, despite the design flaw. Bungee cords here i come. Good cover, wish it had better options to secure it to AC unit. November 24, 2013 I am a fan of the Veranda cover series, I have them for my grill, my offset umbrella, and my log racks. The fabric of the cover is tough but flexible, even in the cold. The colors are nice and blend in with my landscapig better than some of the garish colors of other colors. I only gave four stars though because, compared to other covers in the line this cover does not secure as well. The only mean of securing the cover is by a plastic buckle on nylon webbing in one corner that goes around the power cables on the bottom corner of the AC unit. There is elastic and a toggle to cinch the bottom of the cover smaller but even after doing this the cover was very loose on my AC unit and likely would blow off in the winter wind. I added a brick to the three unsecure corners to anchor the cover better. I would suggest to the manufacturer that small loops be added to the cover so that stakes can be used to secure the cover if the consumer wishes to do so. |

Three Star Reviews: | 7% Not enough moisture March 19, 2017 I use the shampoo from Art Naturals and love the results of hydrated hair. This product does not give the kine of deep mask I was looking for. it does not seem to give the moisture I was looking for. I will not order again. Meh. February 15, 2017 It hasn't hurt my hair. I cannot say I have noticed a lasting improvement, besides my hair becoming oily faster than normal. Good Fit, Nice Looking but Short Life Expectancy June 2, 2014 We use this cover to protect our round swimming pool heat pump unit when it is not in use. We find the cover to be very attractive, and made of a high-quality "canvas-like" material. The tie-cord embedded in the lower fabric seam is very handy for securing the cover to the unit. We expect to get many years of use from this product. The preceding were my unedited original comments that were first posted for my Nov. 2013 purchase. It is now May 2016, and 2-1/2 years later. Portions of the cover have begun to harden, crack and rip. I was very pleased up until now at how well the cover has stood up to the outdoor elements, and since it is a fabric-based product I did not expect it to last forever. We use this in Florida where it gets a huge amount of exposure to the sun. For the "premium" price as compared to product made of plastic, I would have expected it to last about 5 years, not half that time. So I have reduced my rating from 5-stars to 3-stars to reflect the abbreviated time period it has provided very good service. |

However, it seems like they changed the formula or something tis not right hat my hair appears too dry after the shower. My hair is dyed but has always been and I used this product before. I am disappointed if they changed something in their formula. They changed the formula August 18, 2017 I bought this before and loved it, then got a second one a couple of weeks ago and they definitely changed the formula. It's more runny and does not work the same as before. My hair isn't as soft and manageable as it did with my first bottle. I'm so sad they changed the formula :( Did not absorb - left my hair basically the same May 23, 2017 Did next to nothing. My hair is a bit dry and damaged in areas but it's not breaking off or so bad that I would consider cutting it. This conditioner did nothing - nada. It would not absorb. I may try it with a cap but the whole point is convenience.
